this was only for one night--overnight while on-the-road; the electrical box at the lot I selected almost didn't open because the post for the water line was too close---had to force it open; left it that way hoping that someone would notice the issue--the only things I utilized were the parking space and the electrical hookup

Nicer campground that was near enough to interstate but far away where the sound was not obtrusive. Staff was friendly as was other campers.

The site was nice and worked well but the sewer hook-up was to tall out of the ground. I had to use some of my firewood to hold up my drain lines. Everything else was nice and the weekend went well.

Convenient place for us to stop one night. Clean bathrooms and grounds. Staff adhered to masks and had hand sanitizer at all doors.

We were just overnight visitors, so I can only describe our very short stay. We arrived after the office was closed, so they assigned us to a spot very close to the entrance. It made it easy for us to set up camp in the dark as we didn't have to drive around looking for our site. The campground is located close to I-74, so it was easy to find.

It’s ok for an overnight stay but wouldn’t stay any longer. Mostly seasonal campers with a lot of junk displayed. The office & store was very cluttered and appeared unorganized. Waited a couple mins for someone to greet me and not wearing yellow as expected. As if I interrupted them from something. Was pleasant tho. Showed me 3 sites to pick from and sent me on my way.

office was dark and unattended every time I went in I had to wait for someone. that includes store. totally uninviting. stayed 2 nights to rest up and do laundry. couldn't do laundry due to covid but they should leave some appt times for people. campground was 80 percent empty by sunday at 1 and yet I couldn't have a time. only positive front flower beds were still gorgeous.

Overall, the campground was fine. We had intended to use the laundry room since we'd been on the road for 2.5 weeks; however, there was so many clothes all over we didn't feel comfortable that it was clean. There were clothes on the table (stacked really high) and hanging out of a washer/dryer (can't remember which). For that reason we chose not to do laundry there.

Very nice hosts. My daughter loved their dog, lol. Very clean grounds and restrooms/shower house. Good food up in town just minutes away. Will definitely stay again when going to Badlands ORV park.

Enjoyable stay for one night as we traveled home across country. Site was level and easy in/out. Campground was quiet - would highly recommend.

We felt the daily rate was too high for the place. Not having cable should have caused the rate to go down. Our fire pit was almost overflowing with ash.

Employees were extremely friendly. I wish there had been more for my kids to do. I thought there would be activities and such, but maybe it’s due to covid.

Very friendly staff. Quite and relaxing. Just a short drive from state park and golf courses . Will stay again if down that way.

Convenient for a one night stop over on the way west. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the maintenance guy who came out to look at an issue with the electrical post at our site. The EMS on our rig detected an issue and kicked off the electricity. Turns out the 20 & 30 amp service share the same ground, and the 20amp GFI had tripped from previous camper. All good after resetting.

We stayed 5 days and do not feel it met the standards of other KOAs we stayed in previously. There was a terrible odor in the bathrooms - sewer and mold combined. The showers were moldy and my husband said one of his was a trickle and I never could get warm water. There was a dog only that greeted us when we went in the office. The dumpster was overflowing!

This was a decent stay for a short weekend. It was nice, quiet and close to home. The downside was the sites were uneven and very dusty. What grass there was wasn't mowed. Check-in was quick and easy and everyone was friendly.
