Amazing KOA, we enjoyed our stay like always. This time we stay in the bigger kabin. Even through the central heating was not working, all of us stayed warm. It had enough room for 3 adults and one kiddo. We normally stay in the smaller Kabin when it's just my husband and me. Always helpful and friendly staff, don't miss the Redwoods in the back of the KOA.

I love this campground, third time here. We stayed in a cute cabin without bathroom. Only problem was the bathroom near us was not open, we were not aware of this when we booked our stay. We made it work. The employees were friendly. We had to leave earlier then expected & I was refunded those days, thank you.

We rented a cabin and had a great time as always. This is a great place to stay because we can explore the beaches, redwoods, and coastal towns and still be close to camp.

We enjoyed almost everything. The cleaning or sanitizing solutions used in the cabin had a strong unpleasant odor that lingered all day, but that is our only complaint.

Our pop-up camper wasn't working, and even though the power was out, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and so helpful getting us set up in a cabin for the night. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our time staying at the Crescent City/Redwoods KOA! We stayed for four nights in one of the adorable cabins scattered amongst the Redwoods. The grounds and facilities were well kept and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Great rates for a fantastic experience! Thank you.

Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Mounds of hair in the shower floors, dirty toilets and overflowing trash can. Stayed the same for the whole stay. Not dirty enough to complain, just something you might want to do better on in the future. The cabin was awesome! Staff friendly!

We arrived late in to the early morning hours and when we arrived the cabin was preheated for us. I can't tell you how much that meant to us. After a long, long, long drive to arrive to a warm room made the start of the vacation so much better. Thank you for everything!

Absolutely love this place, was here about 30 years ago and the memories of the time we had is still in our heads. The cabin was fantastic and a nice place to lay our heads after a long day in the Redwoods. We will for sure be back. Thank you to the staff for the help you gave.

The staff was friendly and minor problem in my cabin was address immediately. My cabin was bright, cheerful and very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Look forward to coming again

The front desk was bright & bubbly and got us right in with everything we needed, and then some. The cabins were in good condition, we were able to get two next to each other for our friends traveling with us. The toddlers loved the chickens and goats at the front, and the playground. The playground has seen better days, but nothing I would consider dangerous.

Our heat was out and they moved us to a different cabin. It would have been nicer if the sink in the kitchen had hot water! We let it run but it never got warm! Shower could have been warmer too! The campground was quiet and clean!

Very quiet. Close to the ocean and services. Easy to find and roads to location were great. This location does not have a lot of amenities that many families may like (pool, community cooking area, etc), but we choose it for the area and for it being a smaller KOA. Very clean and well maintained.

Sadly, I left cabin 3 in less than 2 minutes. As I pulled in, a very strange man asked if I would keep the porch light on all night, so he could see his way to to the restroom, and not accidentally walk into the wrong cabin. I felt like it wasn’t a request, but a demand. I came for the night because I wanted no lights and peace and quiet. Within minutes, that was dashed. So I dashed. To a hotel.

Lovely smaller property amongst the majestic redwoods. How can you go wrong. Cabin was nice and clean as were bathrooms and showers. Staff very friendly. We will stay here again.

Great stay! They provided us with a cabin that was away from others so we could have some privacy and space. They even turned on our space heater before we arrived! Bathroom was very neat and tidy and warm. It felt very safe and the location is perfect! I highly recommend!

Nice campsite. Three stars for the poor maintenance. The restrooms looked very disgusting. I cannot make of it if our cabin was actually cleaned it smelled like bathroom cleaner i discovered a stash of marijuana under a bed. If you have your own bathroom you will be fine but if you are a camper and will use the amenities on site, brace yourself.

Deluxe cabins nice.Just wish they would wave the 2 night minimum in the winter. Would stay a lot more. One night of money is better than no money. Especially during the week there's nobody staying in them.wish they would deliver wood to cabins.

Before this last week, numbers would be 10 an 5. But I wanna come back1 more time before I can say 10 an 5 again. This last week cleaning was no were near your normal standard. I read that you won 2 K awards. So maybe it's your short staff issues that so many companies seem to be facing. I hope so,as we loveyour campground.
