It was all great except when I asked about the wifi which wasn’t working, the front desk girl told me it was my issue…which it wasn’t. And I mentioned it wasn’t working in the cabin and she said that Spectrum just came out to fix it two weeks ago and so it couldn’t be down. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Answered questions that I had and was very helpful. This was the first time I visited this KOA location and is the reason I will be back! It is Staff like this that give exceptional service that people want to come back. Our cabin was locked and there was no hope of getting it unlocked so we stayed in another cabin that was unlocked and available. Could have been a bad situation but turned out fine.

Nice stay. Would have preferred a warmer heater. One was provided but did not warm us up enough. Apart from that, the stay provided shelter on rainy days.

Excellent KOA. We stayed here 11 years ago and always wanted to come back. Was just as great this time. Awesome location, and really enjoyed the cabin. Extremely clean on arrival appreciated all the amenities provided. Only suggestion is that our cabin (DC2) really needs a new mattress, it was very uncomfortable. Other than that, the cabin and KOA was great!

Campground was clean and quiet. Everything was close to camp sites. Owner was great about accommodating our large family getting our spaces as close together as she could.

Lovely little spot with clean easy in and out cabins. They leave the light on if you show up late and I have never had an issue with my cabin rentals.

This was our 3 rd visit to your Koa we enjoyed our previous stays tremendously BUT not this visit. We arrived at 5 ate our food cleaned up there was garbage overflowing and I noticed the sink didn’t get warm by 7 when we showered there was NO hot water.the next morning I mentioned it to the office and they knew about it. I feel they should’ve told us when we checked in we wouldn’t have stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as first time to CC KOA. Extremely nice staff, and grounds. However, did feel the bathrooms needed paper towels, and could have been maintained a little better, but definitely will be back. Thank you Julie and Leslie for being so helpful!

We had a great time! The cabin we used was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean, and when there was a problem, I brought it to the attention of the office and it was resolved immediately. We hope to visit again.

We had a great time, plus the 6 hr road trip up there. Cabins were nice. Everything we needed was there to use, plus BBQ pits. The park was clean, very friendly, nice area for the kids, and pet friendly. Town was not far away to do shopping there, instead of packing everything to take on the road trip before hand.. Beautiful weather and good fishing for the whole family. We will be BACK!

The cabin was perfect for our short stay. The attendant was kind, helpful and professional. The bathrooms and laundry facilities were clean. The location was very convenient; close to dining, shopping, beaches, and recreation. We will definitely stay there again soon.

Dear Fallon family, We love your campground. We have been coming there for many years. Would have been a lot nicer if the refrigerator in cc3 would have been working. Very clean and well kept. Staff and Cabin was excellent. Only issue is where the cabins are located. Have to look at the maintenance shed and recycling.

We loved the campground! Beautiful grounds right in the middle of the Redwoods. We will definitely be back. The cabin with bath and kitchen were perfect.

Great KOA. Really beautiful setting. Staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Ladies restroom has old and finicky plumbing(toilets) that needs to be addressed. One out of 3 toilets out of order for my 12 day stay.

This was the 5th year we stayed here. It is a great place to be. The deluxe cabins are awesome and they are kept super clean! The bed was comfortable. We will definitely come back!

I gave this KOA two stars because campfires were not aloud but other campers dogs are aloud to bark non stop. If campfires were aloud I’d have given 4 stars.

Quiet 3 miles out of town in woods, older camp area with good wifi, and full hookups, play ground for kids.
