great location , very close to some great hiking, the tent sites are really in under some redwood trees, clean showers, BUT the entrance road is more potholes than road ,needs to be fixed ASAP

Horrible entrance and exit with nasty pot holes, very bumpy. Lawns uncut, doggie bag stations left unfilled, basic maintenance unattended to, we were very disappointed in the overall experience we had there this time.

This KOA has its own Redwood grove. The area grove is with it’s dense canopy provides protection from the sun and a light rain. Our site was a full hook up pull through with deluxe patio. The site was easy to navigate, level, and clean.

This was the second time we stayed here. This visit was a bit disappointing in that the men's restroom was not serviced during our stay and both toilets were stuffed with toilet paper and not useable. We likely won't return.

Nice grassy camping spots, very peaceful and quiet. Lots of fun things to do and explore in the area. We adventured a ton. Would have liked paved roads throughout the campground though.

We loved our time here! Our sites overlooked a beautiful open meadow that was lovely view for all of our meals! This camp is conveniently located to so many redwood groves and adventures! Be advised of the current closures on the 101 due to the landslide... open for 1 hour and then closed for 2 hours throughout the day.

The staff was nice, bathrooms and shower were maintained and the kampground was beautifully set in the woods. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

The team at Crescent city KOA is outstanding. We arrived after hours but directions to our spot or very well laid out for us. The sites are close, but they have enough greenery between the sites to feel more secluded. Had a great time with our friends and we will definitely be back

The driveway into the campground has so many potholes our RV was rocking all over the place and our site was so over grown when we put out our slides you couldn’t walk around the RV and could only hang in the front driveway part. This KOA is not maintained and needs improvements. Not sure how it got a Holiday designation. Only positive is how close is it to the Redwood National Forest

We checked in at 5pm on a Saturday and the office was closed. Had to enter in our own credit card and check ourselves in and find our own slip. They office is only open from 10-4 Monday thru Friday and on Saturday and sun they are open 10 to 1. The shop is very minimally stocked. The bathrooms in the back are frequently clogged and dirty and I had to call to notify them. The staff doesn’t c

This was a great campground! There were woods, meadows, a playground, a dog off-leash area. We really enjoyed our too-short stay!

The camp ground and the staff was awesome! The only issue we had was our cable was so fuzzy we could not even watch our tv.

As we understand the campground is under new ownership. It is VERY understaffed and the office was only open 10-4, sometimes closing at 2. The maintenance staff was very helpful and did what they could but needed help. Would hate to see an emergency happen because no one was there on site if help was needed. Worst KOA experience ever and will never go back!

This was the worst KOA. To start they messed up my booking and put me as far away from my family as possible for our 5 day stay. They apologized but didn't offer any thing to make it right. The store is open only a few hours a day. The place is run down and trashy. Small sites and the pot holds are horrible when you enter. The park is the worst and missing a middle monkey bar. Never going back

I told them I have a 45' 5th wheel and was told no problem, When I arrived I was just barely able to make it around the office to my site dragging branches down the side of my trailer. Once parked in my site there were more branches rubbing my trailer. Upon leaving I was again barely able to squeeze out of the park, again with branches rubbing the side of my trailer (2020 Voltage toy hauler).

Office closed with poor hours. Electricity was not working properly. Kept tripping the surge protector. Stayed at campsites before and after with no problem. But great location and loved the campsite in the forest.

Our first time at a KOA, and we only stayed 1 night on our way home to Oregon from CA. The grounds were very clean, well-manicured and family-friendly. We wished we had more time to hike the grounds and explore the area more, but we hope to be back at some point.

First time we ever have been here and won’t be the last! It was a perfect amount for exploring in the woods with our kids and lots to do in the area! Beach or the redwoods, what more could you ask! Campground was nice and clean, and everyone was friendly!

I call an reserved a site but when I arrived office was closed an there wasn't site for me yet 6 others had a site listed on door. Fortunately I found a cleaning lady that helped me. There were 5 sites listed an I took one.the next morning I was accused of making up a story an was told I would have to move not in a nice way! The only helpful person was the young cleaning person. Full of pot hole

No paperwork, was listed but no site map or WiFi pw. 30 amp service tripped the breaker while just watching tv. Called and left message, no return call after 4 days. Poor management and zero follow thru. I would like to have my money refunded!

Nice sites, basic amenities, good location. Not paved so it was not good for skateboarding or scooters. Nice wooded sites for tents, too.

Quiet 3 miles out of town in woods, older camp area with good wifi, and full hookups, play ground for kids.
