One of the worst KOA I’ve stayed at. Staff indifferent to my arrival, continued chatting amongst themselves while I was waiting at the counter, no escort in a confusing campground, dump station dirty. This place needs a supervisor to come visiting quickly.

This is second year in a row and we got there and didn't have our promised site. We made our reservation 6 months in advance and needed satelite availability. Didn't get it. Neighbors said they had same problem and weren't put in site next to family as requested. The park is nice, but really no amenities as would be expected as a Holiday KOA. Will return if we can be guaranteed the site we want.

Reservation was made 6 months in advance for a deluxe site, instead, I ended up in a site that wasn't wide enough for my slide outs to open. Rather than move me to another space, the rude agent at the desk repeated detail of my reservation back to me, placing the blame on me rather than admit they made an error. There were many open spaces. Same situation happened to another guest at the park.

Stuffed 2 trailers into a very narrow space, while the spaces on each side had just a small van in them. I would say poor site management.

Great KOA. Not all done up like some of the others. Very small town friendly KOA. Roomy sites plenty of room for the kids to play.

Very beautiful. Very clean. Close to hiking and ocean. In the wilderness but still close to town. Quite and peaceful. Highly recommend. No pool but that was ok.

Told me how. To pull into site and that was wrong .not a 50 amp just a 30 amp .Don’t know if I was able to use my points yet .Of all the KOAs this was low on the Bar.

We had a great stay at your KOA! It’s was peaceful and the grounds where nice. Our only issue was trying to find camp site 401, we had the hardest time finding it!

Over the past 50 years we've had the occasion to stay at a few KOA's here and there, mostly tried to avoid them as they are .......well lest say cookie cutter, blah and packed in... BUT not this one. Yea a few sites up front are stacked in but holy cow the rest of the camp ground is fantastic! And let me tell you about the Staff, super friendly and helpful. The Showers were super clean too!

This is a beautiful park nestled within a Redwood forest. If you are tent camping or have a small rig, some water and electric, look at the back side of the campground. Old growth stumps mixed with tall beautiful trees.

The site was great, everything was clean. I have no idea why but people adults and children were trying to walk through our campsite all afternoon. We moved our chairs to block the area off and they started walking through the neighbors campsite. Then when the sun went down people started driving up to the back of our campsite with their lights on like they were driving through. Uncomfortable

Deb Cunninham was the kindest and most accommodating person!! She stayed late, opened the store for me to get a tee shirt and took care of my every need. She deserves to be recognized ��

Very accommodating. We were able to check in one day early! Very informative office staff. Julie had a lot of information to share. We liked the tours 1-9 sheets of paper with step by step suggestions. Nice big showers. Beautiful tall tree grove was part of campground. Nice camp store. Good assortment of items. Traveling with family so had RV site and a cabin. 100+ degrees in cabin with no air conditioning!! Staff helped with locating a hotel within 5 miles. Made for an expensive stay paying for cabin and a hotel room.

Check in was easy. Very clean inside and grounds. Plenty of stuff for people to do onsite. Private campsites. Also the cabins were good looking . Might come back for those!

Wonderful stay, the location was great for our 5 day stay. Our location was good (C12) well kept. Water/pwr/sewer worked good. Was very nice having premium site. Only real drawback which is minor, was little to no wifi coverage. Being in an IT field, it would be very easy to rectify.

The sites are poorly designed and maintained. We filled the spot completely from side to side, the sewer connection was uphill and our fire pit and picnic table were located up by our vehicle and a campground road rather than by the trailer (because the site was too narrow and our trailer was instead opening onto our neighbors site and sewer). Unchecked residents didn’t follow burn restrictions.

The location was great and within distance to all of the local areas to see. Spaces between each site were close to each other though. My family and I were eating breakfast in the morning as the site within feet were in the process of dumping their rv tanks.

Trees and shrubs intrude into camping sites. Need a good trim. TV reception was awful. Fine after a long day of driving for a one night stay.

We have stayed many times through the years and always love this KOA. Unfortunately, the first day we arrived and hooked up to a full hookup site, we found out there was a backed up sewer line in the row of sites we were in. It wasn't addressed until the end of the next day. We feel they should have told us this up front before we hooked up to the sewer. Their maintenance staff is lacking.

My rating is based upon the campsite I had. I was in the trees with my trailer. If I had been stacked in with the other trailers, it would have been a 3 - there is a tree between the trailers. There is highway noise, but not too bad. Comfortable, relatively clean. If in a tent, it could be within the trees, also. Had to turn the lights on during the day - trees blocked out the sun.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We had several issues at our site and they were taken care of. Lots of room to walk our dog and visit with family.

Overall a really good experience. The restrooms were a bit on the dirty side but they are used by a LOT of guests.

Quiet 3 miles out of town in woods, older camp area with good wifi, and full hookups, play ground for kids.
