Absolutely loved every second my husband and I were there!! This place felt safe, was so welcoming, and well kept. I loved the amenities they have and that they're 10 mins from town! I wish we could have stayed longer. Couldn't get enough of the vibes there! (They're also only an hour and a half away from the permit hike at Tall Trees Grove!)

Tent spaces were Beautifully situated among the giant redwoods. Each had a picnic table and fire pit. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was knowledgeable of local area and helpful with day trips.

The campsite itself was great. The facilities were dirty, not regularly cleaned (garbage in the same shower stall three days in a row. Ran out of toilet paper. Loud camper in another site screaming about his stuff getting stolen. The office hours are short and inconvenient. Very nice campsite but the rest of the experience was far below what I have come to expect and appreciate in a KOA.

One of the best KOA campsites I have stayed at. Having the opportunity to camp within the redwood forest was an amazing experience and my girlfriend was so impressed/amazed by it. I always saw staff members cleaning the site. From the man who drove his golf cart around to ensure a clean site to the women dusting the cobwebs off the walls, the people who operate this obviously care. A+

Easy check-in, especially for us arriving so late. Beautiful camp spot that was clean and well taken care of. The bathrooms were not in a great state, as the showers were plugged up and unable to be used. Would stay here again!

Beautiful environment in the park with good location to the redwoods and Oregon coast. That’s the only reason we’d recommend. The bathroom was disgusting the entire three days we stayed. Toilet paper ran out quick and was never replaced, weird brown stains all over the sink area, and doors that did not work on the stalls. That was just the men’s room. The women’s room was worse.

Great campground to stay at as a jumping off point for the Redwoods. Some of the tent sites are actually in the redwoods! There are tent sites, RV sites and cabins, something for everyone. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful campground that exceeded our expectations! We were booked for Prairie Creek Redwoods Gold Beach campground and it was cancelled a week before due to road closure. We booked this KOA because all of the State Parks were full-We were not disappointed!! KOA campsites were beautiful and lush and the bathrooms and showers were clean! We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank You!!!

The group next to us had a generator running all night that was loud and the people running the campsite never told them anything.

Quiet 3 miles out of town in woods, older camp area with good wifi, and full hookups, play ground for kids.
