Quick trip, but nice place to stay. I wish it was summer time so I could stay longer and experience the water park!

I feel sorry for owners. As the bathroom floors are not sloped correctly. The shower stall I used ran water into center of the floor.. And I heard from my wife that women's did the same.. Restroom at far end of campground were locked. Wasn't anyone around to ask why. Creepy guy showed up late Saturday. Talking to my grandson and a friends son. They are 9 yrs old. He also gave them candy.

RV sites were in great shape. There was no person available in the office to provide assistance when we arrived and left. Shower floors had dirty standing water in both men and women restrooms.

Nice young man at front office/store Dog park is beautiful but full of stckers!!!!!!

We met up with our friends from the east coast at this campground. We were well accommodated, and the facility was great. We got to be right next to each other and enjoyed our stay very much.

Loved the accessibility to downtown attractions. Site was level and easy to find.

I went with a 4 because of the amazing customer service provided by Lorenzo. He came by our site, offered assistance several times and even cleared our area better than it was. Best initial contact we have had in 40+ sites we have stopped at this year. The facility is pretty clean overall. Think an investment in sprinklers to keep the back area with grass would greatly improve the site.

Very nice place but lack of attention will ruin it quickly. There were hardly any staff the 3 days we were there. The office was usually locked up with no one on sight... maybe a couple hours each day someone was there. Bathrooms never got cleaned while we were there

Stayed one night driving east. Park is new, so no mature trees. Did not see the restroom. Pads are very large but we had to unhook our dinghy because utilities are at the rear of the site. Fenced dog run in huge! There has been new construction in the area, so GPS does not get you there. Call the park for directions.

The campground is new and nicely constructed. The dog park is huge with plenty of room. The dump station is in an awkward location. Most sewer valves are located on drivers side. If a camper would like to dump when exiting the park, they have to turn around and go back into park. Also, restroom cleaning should not be from 9-11.

Excellent park. New and very clean. Concrete pull throughs. Huge dog park. Several places that deliver food to the sites.

SIte and location close to attractions, clean and well kept. Only issue was the showers with the shower pans flat and holding water so that the drying/dressing area had water on the floor that made dressing difficult, even with sandels.

Nice park.... but..... bathrooms really dirty .... lack of toilet paper....picnic tables were crap (on our site)... Showers were not clean... On the Positive side... good location, good WiFi and cable tv...many sites had concrete pads.. no highway noise...

Very disappointed, we made a pre paid reservation in June for a pull-thru site. We have a 40ft 5th wheel, so a pull-thru is a must since we normally don't unhook with an overnight stay. We arrived to find our assigned spot occupied. I called the after hours # (at 445pm) to be told to find an open space. We ended up in a back in for a 20ft RV.. UGH! This KOA needs help and work campers! 100% FAIL

Wonderful location within walking distance of downtown. New concrete pads and facilities were a welcome relief from the dusty backroads of Kansas.

This is a BRAND NEW KOA. It's is spotless and very well laid out. A little tricky to get to because Google Maps and the GPS in my RV have roads that don't actually exist. Just take a look before you get there and it's very simple to figure out.

Good facilities but no shade anywhere. Office tended by young persons who seem not to care about anything. WIFI WAS NONEXISTENT. THIS PLACE DOES NOT BELONG IN THE KOA SYSTEM!

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and quiet park. It did get busy, so I recommend making reservations especially for weekends.

There was motor cycles and cars racing behind us till 11pm on a Tuesday night. The young lady was not wearing a mask or have a sheild. Said you were not enforcing it. In the next minute hands me a paper that says you care with the covid 19. . I also had to walk back up to get my receipt. we have been in Koa for three weeks. I was not impressed!

Very nice campground! Good location....loved the zoo next door! Would like to have had faster wi-Fi, but that is our only suggestion! Will stay again!

It was a great one night stop over. The check in person was very nice. They had the biggest dog park I have ever seen. The place was clean and easy to get in and out of.

The price was right at your facility compared to others. Extremely clean and well taken care of. Close to old Dodge City. Need a taxi call Alfa Taxi. You have a great place

Grounds were clean and tidy. A few issues with bathrooms: in men’s it took 4 shower cycles for water to warm up, shower floor Sloped away from drain leaving me standing in a puddle,no toilet paper in stall I chose, toilet bowls stained, wife had to try several soap dispensers before finding one with soap. The bath room itself seemed clean.

They could probably use more staff, but the restrooms & showers were fairly clean. The grounds were excellent. I liked having paved roads and parking pads. Trees and lush grass are being grown between the lots in this new park. There was a railroad track, but no trains used it in the two nights we were there.There seemed to be plenty of room for the big rigs, and grass for the tents.

Everything is nice at this location. Better directions to the campground need to be implemented, however. Fourth Street is not a thru street when coming from Hwy 283, so we ended up in the city park with no place to turn around. There should also be signage at the highways to help dire t campers.

Very nice campground, good level pads Bathrooms and showers were not cleaned well, several sites were double booked, we had to take a different site because somebody else had taken our reserved site before we got there, after talking to 4 other people in the campground, they had the same problem we did. No management was on site, had to call and talk to a person on the phone, who didn’t help.

My advance reservation was made for full hookups. The confirmation that was sent to me by KOA read full hookup, concrete pad. We arrived after the office had closed and our paperwork was in the box. Site 95 was assigned to us. It was gravel pad and no sewer. Please KOA as a member, all we expect is what our reservation designated. First time this has happened better luck next time.

Nice and clean, but the office was never open. We watched 8 RV’s pull up in one afternoon and leave because the office was closed. Needed to buy a few things and had to go into town. When the office did open went to buy ice didn’t have any.

How can I say perfect. One of the nicest campgrounds we have ever stayed. Very clean and well manicured. The host or a very friendly, I would give it a 12 out of 10

We didn't have reservations and wanted a safe place to stay. The KOA camp was perfect. It's clean, children and pet friendly. The rv sites are a good size, especially the pull throughs. The restrooms are clean and the showers have hot water and good size. They are located closed to several attractions, especially a waterpark and a free zoo. I would highly recommend it whether you have a reservation or not.

We tent camped. They have grassy areas for tents with tables and water. The shower houses are brand new and some of the nicest I've ever seen. it takes a little bit to get hot water but be patient. They also have a great laundry room. two things that you'll want to know if your tank camping is at that area is Will lit so it might make it a little difficult to sleep due to all the light and also because it's new and in Western Kansas there aren't many trees for shade or hammocks. the place is new and in the great location and very well lived in very safe and the people are friendly who run it. I would not hesitate to go back.
