Awesome Campgrounds. They have decent sized sites, many paved. Their internet was excellent. The facilities were clean and grounds well maintained. This is our 4th KOA stop on this trip and by far the nicest KOA.

This place is awesome. New. All concrete slabs! Dog park is the largest I’ve ever seen. Location couldn’t be better. Great job!!

Plenty to see and do in the Area and the CG is well located. Since the KOA is brand new the tres are still small and the site orientation gives little shade even with awnings out.

Ours was just a quick overnight stay and we did not have our 2 golden retrievers with us but we LOVED your huge dog park and would like to come back and see how the boys like it!

It was a great place to stop for the night before our visit to Boot Hill. This facility is new and very clean! The women’s Showers need help with drainage but other than that it was wonderful!

This is a new KOA and the first time we visited. Our stay was made awesome due to the people working there. They were friendly, very accommodating and were very gracious about our evaluation of their park. Thank you to Edwin and Lorenzo for your hospitality.

Probably one of the nicest KOA’s we’ve stayed at! We plan on staying at it every time we’re passing through.

Loved the park. Super clean, level sites, very nice clean, showers, restrooms. Would be nice to have secure access to the restrooms rather than open to anyone 24 hours. Also, had an issue with a very loud motorcycle driving through and going round and round making reving up noises at bedtime just to be annoying. A gate would be helpful. Even so, would definitely stay again.

Traveling thru so just s one night stay. Spacious and well maintained. Because of Covid no interaction with staff that said easy check in

Very clean campground. They are a new KOA so I think they could make a few improvements. 1 - Need better cable TV and internet. 2 - Need security. We had a dirt bike invade the Campground at midnight and just kept circling. No answer in the office. 3 - Need better office staff. We walked up to the KOA store a couple of times during the day and nobody there. Doors locked.

Being a new campground, there were no trees and no shade covers to allow for outdoor enjoyment. Its proximity to activities in Dodge City was a big plus. Maybe in a few years, trees will grow to provide much needed shade to make it a more desirable campground.

No employees. Fire pit dirty. Grass not edged. Called police 2 times for local 4 wheeler noise. All other campers had same complaints.

This is a new KOA and it was a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and the full hookup sites were paved and level. My only suggestion would be for them to add directions to the campground as Garment and Google map both took us into the nearby park, not fun with a 37 foot 5th wheel behind you.

Clean, quiet, convenient.

Wonderful large quiet sites with big oak trees and park like atmosphere. We loved this KOA. Had pizza delivered to site. No complaints at all. If you have kids, there is a large water park within walking distance.

Half of the campground was empty and they crammed us in to the last spot between all the construction workers living there full time. Concrete pad was covered in old grass clippings. We had to sweep out a spot just to get to our door. Fire pits were overgrown with grass and weeds. Bathroom was out of toilet paper and soap. Would not reccomend to anyone.

It’s a beautiful park and love the pull through with cement bays. It quiet and hookups are at the right spot. Only complaint the small trash cans were overflowing for 2 days before they were dumped. I think one big dumpster at south end of park would be great for that end and there are dumpsters close to office. Bathrooms are really clean but was out of paper towels Only ideas. Its gre

OK for 1 night. Buy a blower. Our site was covered with cut grass.

We love this campground. Quiet and great facilities!!

Not a bad stay, quiet little place. The office isn’t open currently in the morning so just be aware of that.

This is the halfway point for us when we're travelling to Colorado. Ideal in summer months because it's next to a water park and soccer fields. Both things we can use when we hop out of the RV

Never coud speak to the owners/managers either by phone or in person. I arrived about 4:15pm and the office was closed and had to hunt for my papers. Garmin GPS could not direct me to this place unless I had an amphibious RV to drive through a fenced in water park. No signs observed directing to this facility. Campgroud is nice and short walk to Boot Hill. Found sign on Wyatt Earp.

It was OK but it wasn’t great. Restrooms were and kept with the office was ok. Never saw anyone who worked there. Spaces were nice but since it’s new there was no shade.

Clean, easy to negotiate parking. Loved it.
Jul 29, 2020
No issues but you might want to consider putting the site markers on the other side. They make it hard to make the turn out of the site without hitting them especially with a large motorhome (40').

Stayed for one evening. Nice clean place, friendly staff, and just a neat little spot close to everything.
Jul 28, 2020
Very nice area, close to downtown and park. The facilities were very clean. Thank you.

Very clean.

The stay and facility was good, No issues. The issue is lack of communication. They have an after hours number that did not work the night we arrived. We did not have a space since we booked earlier that day. We had to just take a spot and hope we did not take someone else's spot. I tried calling after 10 am when they said they opened and still no answer.

Too much to say. Not the best place to stay
Jul 26, 2020
Very clean site. Nice concrete pads.
Jul 25, 2020
We have stayed here several times and love that it is three blocks from the Boot Hill museum and next to the water park and zoo.
Jul 24, 2020
Store open for a few hours the first day then not again. Restrooms never cleaned and out of soap paper towels and tp. I would travel 200 miles out of my way to not stay there again.

We didn't have reservations and wanted a safe place to stay. The KOA camp was perfect. It's clean, children and pet friendly. The rv sites are a good size, especially the pull throughs. The restrooms are clean and the showers have hot water and good size. They are located closed to several attractions, especially a waterpark and a free zoo. I would highly recommend it whether you have a reservation or not.

We tent camped. They have grassy areas for tents with tables and water. The shower houses are brand new and some of the nicest I've ever seen. it takes a little bit to get hot water but be patient. They also have a great laundry room. two things that you'll want to know if your tank camping is at that area is Will lit so it might make it a little difficult to sleep due to all the light and also because it's new and in Western Kansas there aren't many trees for shade or hammocks. the place is new and in the great location and very well lived in very safe and the people are friendly who run it. I would not hesitate to go back.
