First of all the numbers to call for reservations/campground were wrong..lots of rings then "please enter your access code. I finally booked on line. When I checked in there was not a person in office and nothing left for me. Called the number on the door to find my spot(#36). Got to my site, all set up then had NO powerwhich has happened to previous customers according to neighbors.

Sewer tap toward rear of pull thru site. Could not pull tow car off road and reach the sewer!(w 2 hoses!)

Really nice, brand new KOA, just one criticism the grass at my site was probably 10 inches tall, mow the grass please.

While we only stayed for one night, we loved this KOA! Sites were great! Plenty of room! Nice, long concrete pad. Wi-fi was one of the best we’ve ever had at a campground! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and conveniently located. Campsites very close together and no trees. A strip of grass separated the concrete pads.

As a new campground the sites were excellent- wide, well laid out and facilities clean. The issue was a lack of on-site management and security. Local kids were dangerously tearing through the grounds on quad bikes at high speed, and nearly hit my child, and some played loud music at night. Without security gates or on-site management this will become an issue.

We enjoyed it & think the grounds will do well in the future. You need a water softner or your toilets & washers will be ruined. Need to install keyed access to restrooms to keep others out like other campsites. Also, need to have a fence with a gate to keep the persons from the river area entering the property from the back. The concrete pads should be about 6-10 feet longer for better comfort

I was not impressed at first no one to speak to no answered calls. There was a very kind and efficient young man that worked the second day of our stay . Thanks to him the stay was better

Nice large, flat pads. Close to a walking path and right in town. Unfortunately it was difficult to get to and nobody attended the park during our visit. We just pulled into an empty spot and hoped we were right. Lots of potential for greatness though, I hope they can get it together.

We stayed here on July 4th. Everything was great. Showers clean and plenty of TP in the women's restroom. Dogpark needed mowing badly. Came back through and stayed July 10th. All the women's showers were full of hair. Very little TP in restrooms as well. Dog park was swamped from the constant sprinklers and couldnt use it!

This is a neat, clean, modern KOA very well located. While we were staying only one night and unable to take advantage of nearby facilities, there are many and I can imagine a family with energetic kids having a blast. There's a fabulous waterpark and multiple soccer fields just next door to burn off energy or just cool off. Our accommodations were perfect! So nice when everything works!

Facility is clean, quiet, and centrally located. Our Assigned campsite was still occupied When we arrived. We had a difficult time getting A hold of someone to help us figure out which site to occupy instead. Nobody was there. We were able to work it out on the phone with a helpful person names Luis. Everything smooth from there. We would stay there again.

Checked in on 6/27-no attendant on duty. The check in list posted on the door was for previous day-it appeared that no one had been in there since mid-day on 6/26. I called the number on the door, they answered "Holiday Inn Express". The woman managing check ins was also working at Holiday Inn. Our spot was taken, had to call back. No one at office our entire stay!!!

We stayed on July 5 and there were people all around the campground setting off fireworks - for hours! Our camper was shaking! We tried calling the office but no one was around.

I booked on line and entered my information as requested about the length of my 35 ft. travel trailer. We got to the park and was placed in a 30 ft. back in space. We called the office about it and was told to just use the grass area as needed. We noticed there were 3 pull through spaces and a large back in space were empty the whole night.

This looks to be a new campground so no shaded areas �� staff was excellent as expected � we only stoped for the night as a resting place but was happy that the historic part of town was across the street.

Would have been 5 star, but you need to check the 30 amp circuit breaker wiring on our site (#132?). Power cut out several times over night, breaker did not trip, but when I wiggled it, power came back on for a while. Other than that, great campground!

Super clean, nice park! Clean store, restrooms! Loved the large Dog Park! Check in gal was very courteous, friendly and made sure all of our needs were met for a nice stay!

It was only a one night stay, but it was 108 outside and there is no shade at all and no swimming pool so no way to cool off at all. In addition, the grass was so long, I would say at least 5 inches or taller so I didn’t want to let my dog in the grass for fear of what might be in it. On a good note, the dog park was big and the facilities were nice and the attendant was kind and helpful.

Great location. Lots of things to do around the campground. RV spots were spaced a bit farther apart so you were not on top of each other. Great dog park!

The facilities are new and nice but it feels like a do-it-yourself park. There is one big site map in the office for camper to see where the site is located but no paper site map with park info like TV channels or local info. There was no Covid 19 precautions taken considering travelers coming from states with a high number of cases. Is not up to KOA standards for customer service!

Arrived Friday at 2 pm signs on door state be back at 3 pm and a phone number to call. No answer multiple times. Wait until 3 pm no one shows up. Another rv,r waiting to called and reached someone. Get sight info. We didn't see a host till Sunday. Very nice and apologize for STATE who runs this KOA. Not stopping here again.

There was no one attending to this location at all. Had to call the holiday Inn to get site number. No other info given. Grounds were unkept, grass overgrown to seed and garbage bins were all over flowing.

This the worst KOA I have ever been in. Office closed when we arrived at 4:00pm. Site assignment list on door was for previous day. Called number on the door. Got the Holiday Inn Express desk. Gal at desk didn’t have a clue. Just drove in and pulled into an empty site. Found one with the least amount of very overgrown grass. Garbage bins were overflowing.

We didn't have reservations and wanted a safe place to stay. The KOA camp was perfect. It's clean, children and pet friendly. The rv sites are a good size, especially the pull throughs. The restrooms are clean and the showers have hot water and good size. They are located closed to several attractions, especially a waterpark and a free zoo. I would highly recommend it whether you have a reservation or not.

We tent camped. They have grassy areas for tents with tables and water. The shower houses are brand new and some of the nicest I've ever seen. it takes a little bit to get hot water but be patient. They also have a great laundry room. two things that you'll want to know if your tank camping is at that area is Will lit so it might make it a little difficult to sleep due to all the light and also because it's new and in Western Kansas there aren't many trees for shade or hammocks. the place is new and in the great location and very well lived in very safe and the people are friendly who run it. I would not hesitate to go back.
