My family of four have been going to KOA’s for the last 7 years and this location was by far the most disappointing.Zero effort is made aside from the restrooms being fairly clean.Our cabin was covered in dust AND died flies!Little to no activities including 3 bikes 2 of which were broken.Nothing planned, no interaction.So many flies we couldn’t cook.Smells of horse poo.Booked 3 dys stayed 1 n

The park itself is not bad. Staff is very nice and helpful. Good playground and well maintained. Unfortunately, the reasons I rated it so low are not the fault of the park but do affect your stay. There is about a half mile washboard gravel road to get to the park. There is a terrible smell, especially at night. The location is not very good for doing things in the area.

This campground is sitting right beside a cow pastor and horse farm, the flies were terrible.I most likely would not stay at this location until after there has been a cold frost are the temperatures below 32°, just too many insects in this area.

Too many flies and the stench of horse manure ruined our stay! The county road was very rough for campers. The lanes/alleyways are too narrow for bigger RV’s. So many long term campers the term “trailer park” is more accurate than KOA Campground. Only positive point was the staff was friendly and that’s the only good I can say. Was not as bad 3 years ago but has gone downhill since!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here.The first time was just a random stop, but for the second trip we specifically came back here because we enjoyed it so much!Short drive to downtown Fort Collins, but secluded enough that you don’t hear highway noise.Staff is very nice.We needed fire wood after office hours and the lady working was kind enough to open back up and sell us some.Will retur

As KOA’s go, the facility itself was better than most, with especially large sites and many trees. Why I won’t stay here again: the last 1/4 mile to the park is on a horribly graded dirt road which was very hard on our vehicles. In addition, nearby cattle bring an excess of flies and “manure odor” depending on the prevailing wind.

Nice clean campground. Only issue is only one dryer was functioning and we were 3rd in line. But repair guy was there in the morning when we left. Also could still here the highway at night in our tent and got a nice wiff of that "country air" in the morning. Employees were very nice.

The managers of the property are super nice and there were a lot of activities to do around the facility. The spaces for the tent-only camping were really close to each other, which was a bit off-putting. The pool was kind of dirty and the basketball court had a bunch of construction equipment (lumber) on it, to the point where it made us not want to use it.

This place is more for people that live there long term. They stuck us in a spot that was close to a cow paddock with weeds and mounds of dirt to look at, and the people that worked there and everybody else used the road, when we asked about internet that was in the cost they said we were to far away and couldn't get it. Upper campground is nice and has a nice playground. Bathrooms clean and comfortable. Quick stay sites power is terrible couldnt use air conditioner with any other electric accessory. Assistant said cant do that in a camper. I said did all my life and did at subsequent site. Will stay at Good Sam when in Ft Collins are.

Although it was for only one night we enjoyed our stay at this park. The sites are nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We used the recreation room and laundry both very nice. Lots of magazines and books to browse through in the rec room. Laundry room very clean. We recommend staying here.

Hosts were pleasant and nice. WIFI is pretty much non-existent. Cell service in the area was awful, so no connection to the outside either via cell or wifi. There are a ton of fly's everywhere. The place needs some updating all around.

Location is great since it’s just off the interstate. There is a strong smell in the air there since it looks to be near a farm but wasn’t an issue inside the RV. The people are nice there and met our needs to refill our propane.

Staff is very nice. Camp site was very dirty!! Picnic table completely covered with bird poop and ground was covered with pine cones. Power wash the picnic table when you know you have a site rented!!! That’s just gross!! WiFi….. non existent!! Could not use!! This is 2021!! Boost your signal! Too stinky to leave windows open- strong cow manure smell! Would never stay again!

The staff was great but the plethora of birds in the tree never shut up and the çampground placed the picnic table directly under the tree of birds so it was covered in bird feces and unusable. The pet run was all dirt that blew easily in the wind so our pets did not enjoy it. In the morning there was an overwhelming stench of manure.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Went downhill from there. Hard to take showers as the water temps would go from just right, to freezing cold, then to scalding hot. Couldn’t get out of the water fast enough. A plus was that the pull-through’s were level but the campground looked like it had a lot of long term tenants.

We stayed for our maiden voyage with our new camper. The staff was so helpful and kind. Helmut even showed us to our site and helped me get backed in=-)

Horrible. Smelled like horse manure - couldn't sit outside or open the windows. Lots of permanent trailers - looked trashy. Advertised 20 cable channels yet I only got 5 or 6. Worst KOA that we ever stayed at. Had to leave early because this place sucked.

This was like staying in a trailer court. Some people on the other side of the fence hooked up to water and electric and were draining their black water onto the ground. More permanent residence than campers. Lots of places to camp free with no hookups that are nicer.

Nice personal notices and acknowledgement ahead of our arrival and accommodating early check in. The campground was a bit rustic but we received a shady spot and giving a good rating because the camp staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We stayed one night passing through and recommend to others.

It is a good basic campground. If I had one thing I wish that all the tent units had a grill and picnic table. Be aware that they all dont.

We have been to many KOAs. This one was very different. A lot of permanent residents. Definitely took away from the KOA experience. Not a place we’d spend more than a quick stop along our route. Won’t return.

Our stay was great til the very end. We decided to go swimming before leaving. He arrived at the pool before me, when I got there, i unlatched the gate & went in. All was fine for about 30 mins til the man Hermit? Showed up. He was very rude & told us the sign on the gate said 12pm-8pm. the brochure said 8-8 & the gate wasnt locked. Told me it was written in Eng! Rude jerk! Don't stay here

30 amp site lost power to whole row do to to many Ac’s running on one unit. Unseasonably warm almost 100. Running one AC on 30 amp could not keep unit cool. Host did there best. Full park, appears to many permanent residents which detracted from typical KOA. Pet park could have used grass instead of dirt and needed to be bigger.

Some of the reviews complain about things that you should either expect, being in the country, or are a bonus, like the senior horse rescue non-profit. Yes there are some flies, there are also ranching and farming operations all around the area, and if I go to Florida, I expect gators, no different here.
