Nice well taken care of camground. Lots of non-seasonable's but no complaint about any of them I stayed during the week.

If you like the smell of cow poop,flies, and grass that's not mowed plus most of the park is permanent campers with junk everywhere there's even a Marijuana museum there not nice for the kids. We have been too 12 KOA s in the last 2 months and this is the worst. We left early couldn't take the smell.

Certainly not a place to spend 2 weeks! The road to get to the campground is dirt and rutted, campground smells of manure when wind blows from the “magic” direction, owner is crusty and sites are lack luster. Office staff was pleasant and it is probably a good place for overnight while you are on a long journey.

I want to just say, thank you. Your a “staycation” for my family and we just love your KOA. My 8 year old cried when we left because of all the kids she met on your “awesome” playground. The cabins close to facilities, clean, great indoor “hangout” w/ tables/tv, Everyone seemed to care about our stay. We will be back. Soon. I have been to a lot of KOA’s,this is one of my favorites!!

We were in a tent spot for 2 nights, $74. Our friends in full hook ups $28 a night. Disappointed that everyone didn't have a fire pit.

Staff very nice & helpful. Clean restrooms. Playground. Concrete pull-thrus are nice. Half of park appears to be permanent or long-term residents.

The staff was very nice and it was apparent that they took good care of the grounds. Just wish all the sites were either gravel or cement.

Rained a lot, but had enough dry times to make it worth while. Got in some grilling and relaxing on the concreat patio.

Clean, mostly quiet, nice playground for the kiddos, rescued draft horse are cool too see, most people staying seem to be long term which fits the location. (We did meet a good bunch of guys traveling for work). Maybe not your normal expectations for “camping”. It’s a functional campground, we mainly used it at a test run for our new camper.

Check in was good - nice staff, but the interior roads and sites are dirt and weeds. The site becomes mud when it rains - it rained while we were there and you will track mud into your rig. Some of the common area weeds are over a foot tall.

There are a lot of “long-termers” staying here, with junk everywhere. It’s also downwind from a feed lot, so when the wind blew the wrong way, the smell was awful. Worst KOA we’ve been to and we won’t be back.

There was someone that kept reving up their motorbike til almost 9:00. We know that quiet time is 10:00, but we really couldn't enjoy our evening. Regular camp sounds are nice, but this wasn't. We ride ourselves, but we don't fix our bikes on campground premises. The birdsong was ALL day long. There was a birdfeeder next to our space. Our hosts were super nice and the KOA is very clean.

The cabin was perfect for what we needed. However, it would’ve been nice to have a notice that the grills are NOT gas like other KOAs. The bathrooms were clean and up kept very well. My only complaint is we caught the back end of an argument between a employee and someone on the phone. They were very loud during it. Maybe try to keep those kinds of conversations in private areas?

The hosts are friendly. Spaces are tight, no privacy and you really can’t cut loose. The smell of horse manure is bad, if you’re a rancher/farmer this will be just like home, but if you’re looking for fresh country air this is not the place. Some stored RV’s make the place look run down. The dumpster was overflowing, so we had to leave the bags on the ground! Birds birds birds and bird poo

Great campground! Quiet and nice tree cover. Staff are friendly and everything is nice and clean. We stayed in a cabin which was convenient to the office and bathrooms. There might be a bit of a walk from the further out tent camping spots.

Our Truck broke down and Monica,Darcy and staff were very helpful with our situation. I am thankful that were there to help us as it was a stressful situation with our truck. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi did not work at all in the RV. Location is 12 miles outside Fort Collins which is not very convenient.

Staff was friendly. Showers were clean with abundant hot water. The campground itself is shady and quiet. The reason for the low mark is location. The campground is just down the road from a gigantic feedlot. Unless the wind is blowing strongly from the north or west, the smell is eye-watering and nigh unbearable.

First the good... The staff was very friendly and respectful, and they had a beautiful outdoor kitchen. The spots were spacious and there was a great playground. However, the WiFi did not work even for email, and we did not have connection on our T mobile phones or our Verizon hotspot. The worst part was the very strong smell of manure making it impossible to open windows or be outside.

We took our 5th Wheel here on it's maiden voyage because it was close to home in case we had any issues with the new unit. The staff was very nice and professional, the park was clean and well kept. There was a lot of song birds that made the stay very enjoyable. This KOA is smaller than some and that made it feel more comfotable than the huge ones. They have all the amenities you need or want

Convenient location, and great campground, for a quick overnight stay during your travels along I-25. Cleanest bathrooms and showers of any KOA we’ve been to! Very friendly, polite, and helpful staff; especially Chris, who we thought was a great ambassador for this “kampground.”

It was perfect for we needed, which was a one night tent site with a clean shower (the bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen). I would highly recommend it for this purpose. However, it is next to ranching and assorted odors associated with farm life. It is also near the highway so you can always hear the traffic. I would not recommend this for any lengthy stay.

The campground had a great store and check-in process, but I think the seasonal full time people who worked locally should be in a separate area because I felt like I was intruding in their neighborhood and some of them left for work really early. They also were detrimental to the overall appearance of the campground.

Friendly staff who guide you making sure you don't clip trees or cut corners when pulling into your site. Clean. Quiet. Great kids playground. Lots of shade. We asked for a specific site and the accommodated us. Did I mention the friendly staff.

Overflowing with full-timers, road to the park is not paved. Logistically a little bit a challenge to navigate, and not real friendly to big rigs. Pictures don't exactly represent reality.

Horse smell is intense by the tent sites. And there are two lights near the tent site that are brighter than other path lights and they are annoying.

Some of the reviews complain about things that you should either expect, being in the country, or are a bonus, like the senior horse rescue non-profit. Yes there are some flies, there are also ranching and farming operations all around the area, and if I go to Florida, I expect gators, no different here.
