Beautiful well-maintained campground. Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Sorry, even though the staff was super nice, we were quite disappointed. The cabin was very worn and air didn't cool it. The bathrooms were outdated and showers were ice/ burned if someone flushed. Flies galore from horses. Stinky poop smell from them paired with the hot cabin was just not comfortable.

I stayed in a camping cabin. The guy a few cabins down seemed to be emotionally disturbed. He talked to himself for hours while walking around the campgrounds. He walked over to the pavilion and was doing calisthenics all while talking to himself. Then he walked over to the grassy area and continued his calisthenics still talking to himself. This went on till 2 or 3 in the morning.

Well maintained campground, perfect for families. Cabin was great! Close to Horsetooth Reservoir! Very friendly staff and clean facilities! Would definitely stay again!

I wish I could actually give a zero rating. The grounds are a disaster with broken down cars and RVs everywhere. More sites contain permenant residents than campers. People have made ‘yards’ in front of their disgusting RVs with trash, old mattress, etc. The cabin was infested with months and the employees wanted to do nothing to help and were INCREDIBLY rude. I would never recommend this plac

Always a pleasure staying there. Helmut and AnnaRose are great hosts. The grounds are kept clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Restrooms are very clean and kept stocked. I will return over and over again. #LoveKOA

it was great except the smell of cow or horse poo was so extreme it became unbearable. That was my only complaint. And the bathrooms are to far away from the camps in the night time people have a ways to walk which is kinda tough if you have a weak bladder.

We really love this campground. It is our second stay. It is close to family we are visiting. Our first stay was at a tent site and this time we rented a cabin. It is extremely clean and well maintained, and the staff is always happy, warm and welcoming.

We rented to of the cabins. The grounds and cabins were very clean. The beds were very uncomfortable, we even put extra blanks on top of the mattress and still was uncomfortable.

Nice host. Feed lot next door made it disgusting. At night the smell was embarable. Worst mosquitos ever.

While the staff was friendly and the KOA quiet, the campground was infested with mosquitoes and flies that drove us to stay indoors or leave altogether. They said they had free Wifi, but only in the rec room and then we couldn't even get a connection. Only one of the two showers worked in the ladies restroom. We would choose another place to stay next time.

Location is not the best; 20 mins from town. Lots of flies and mosquitos because of the feed yard to the north and horse pasture with standing water to the South. Staff is wonderful!!!

The cabin was great and the facilities were better than expected. They even provided a cooking area under a pavilion that was complete with sinks to clean up afterwards.

Literally next to multiple farms. The stench was horrible had to keep cabin windows closed. Did not like the fact there was no code at night, allowing anyone to access the main building area. Bathrooms were dirty ...just old.

Some of the reviews complain about things that you should either expect, being in the country, or are a bonus, like the senior horse rescue non-profit. Yes there are some flies, there are also ranching and farming operations all around the area, and if I go to Florida, I expect gators, no different here.
