This will sound repetitive, since I stay here regularly, but I love this KOA. The location is great, the staff quick to provide assistance, and the property is beautifully maintained. Before I checked out I was already looking forward to booking my return trip to stay here!

the only concern I have is the location is getting old and needs to be updated to current levels such as the showers they were clean but old screws were not all the way screwed in on the shower faucets. The wifi needs to be better especially since there are no cell phone services

Stayed in one the cabins, loved it, and would stay again. If I had a RV would stay here. Very clean and freindly.

We had issues in a cabin. It was remedied via a refund but I would not recommend staying in a cabin here. We had to leave earlier than expected and was a very bad situation.

Amazing service and friendly crew made our stay outstanding. Very small campground but it made our stay peaceful. Rented a deluxe cabin with 2 kids and 2 adults. Very small bunkbed room esp for a 16 and 17 year old. Would be better for little kids. Wifi only works outside the cabin not inside. But it made it easier to unplug the entire family. Cabin had a few minor issues but I would def go again!

We loved this campground. Quiet, wooded, nice pool, friendly staff. Lots to do in the area. Made a day trip to DC. The town has everything you could ever need. You have to get a Benny's pizza if going! Over all I think this may be our favorite KOA yet. I will definitely be back!

Nice campground - we enjoyed the pool and playground. Overall place was clean and we'll maintained. Only suggestion - wish there were recycling bins!

The campground is nice. The only thing I didn't care for was we stayed at a KOA in SC - same cabin outline. Issue we paid the same amount per night. The cabin in SC was fully stocked. This cabin you have to bring everything. Same price. That's my only issue besides that the cabin was nice.

Take a detour to stay here is my recommendation. Wooded campground, friendly staff, clean facilities and plenty of chairs on the porch to relax and watch the kids play. One of our favorite campgrounds we've stayed.

This was the cleanest KOA I have ever stayed at!! However, there was no train, no paddle boats and no bikes. There was however, bike like go carts that would have been great, but kids over 12 are not allowed to use them. I had 3 kids with me with not much to do but swim. Place is quiet and best for an older clientele. Customer service was fair, ladies not the friendliest, yet the manager was...

We had a wonderful stay. We stayed in cabin 12 and everything met our needs and expectations. We loved that we all had our own beds, a private bathroom and air conditioning. We love the amenities as well. We plan to return in the not so distant future.

The manager was very rude over and indent that happened with some kids after i told her what was going on to all 3 party's that was involved when the lady at the deck told we all were going to check out so she was like good to hear that i want someone to call me because i just got the koa card and want my money back never had i ever been talked to like that in front of people 804 878 7107 call me

The cabin was dirty. Hairs and bugs everywhere. The front staff was not friendly at all. You have to supply all your linens in the deluxe cabins which in a lot of KOAs the deluxe cabins provide the linens.

We booked for the weekend. We knew it was pet friendly. However, there should be more oversight on pets that are friendly. I was almost bit by a dog (appeared to be a Malamute or Shepard mix) just trying to walk up to use the bathroom. There were dogs barking all throughout the night. We choose this place because it was in the middle of no where.. We wanted to have peace. WIFI sucks also.

We have stayed at this campground numerous times, going back to 1991. The owners really care and go out of their way to meet your needs. I have rented many different lodgings available from rv sites to cabins. The staff is wonderful. We will return to this KOA again and again.

The time there was good, but not great. I've commented on this before. I was in a lodge right next to a wi-fi hotspot and still had no internet. I've been to other KOA's and didn't seem to have that problem. The fact that there is very limited cell phone coverage, due to coverage issues, one would think it an advantage to have better wi-fi coverage. But there isn't any.

Our stay was awesome. Had an air-conditioner leaking so we were offered another cabin after the fix failed. Super friendly. Would definitely stay here on our next venture.

This KOA is the perfect location to recharge and relax. The management is warm and welcoming, and the campground is beautifully maintained.

Camp site itself was fantastic very clean and comfy quite place to just sit around and relax but not much activities around the camping area. you have to drive at least 30-40mins for any outdoor activities. Also, staffs at the registration desk were not even friendly at all! They are careless, very unkind, and had some attitude.

All was ok except the showers. All were dirty especially on the ledges you set toiletries. I thought maybe it was my timing between cleanings but they remained dirty throughout the 4 days I was there. I found that disappointing. Otherwise all was fine and staff was friendly and helpful.
