The cabin we stayed was so nice and the staff were kind.

We spent six nights in this rustic campground. The trees and pond make the surroundings very peaceful, and the location is convenient for area sightseeing, including D.C. The only negative comment I have is that the 2-mile drive down Brookside Drive was fairly treacherous in our big rig with a tow car.

We absolutely loved this KOA. We are already planning and thinking about our next trip. The very first night we had already recommended it to our friends and family on social media.

Nice campground with very clean restroom and shower facilities. Small playground for children. Staff is helpful and polite.

This is our second time visiting this park. First time with our camper and this time we stayed in a cabin. Very clean park. People are great and friendly and very helpful with anything you need.

Very impress with the deluxe 2 bdrm cabins. Kids loved it and had plenty of room inside as well as the outside patio and deck. Prices at the store were a little steep but that's expectable. The kids love to fish at the catch and release pond. Plenty of fish were caught, nice size bass !

We've stayed at this campground and in this same cabin probably 6 or 8 times and it's always been perfect, but this time, the cabin smelled vaguely of pee and the floor was really sticky. Would have asked to switch cabins but we arrived late so there was no one to ask. Again, we love this campground in general, but this time we found it lacking.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a cabin that were very nice and comfortable. Really enjoyed the complimentary coffee!

The manager was very rude and racist! We will never ever be coming back to this KOA, which is extremely sad because we like to camp. The maintenance men were really nice and helpful. If cooperate would like to have a conversation about our stay I would more then happy to explain.

The staff members I dealt with were all great. My cabin was immaculate and it was my very first time staying in one. Can't wait to book another stay in the spring!!

We always stay at the Fredericksburg KOA on our way back and forth between Florida and Massachusetts. The cabins are always very comfortable and clean.

Everything was great. The only challenge was the wi-fi, and cell service was very slow—a great place to get away and unplug from your electronics.

This deluxe cabin had nothing in it. When we reserved the cabin, we were told to bring our own sheets and towels. We've stayed in upscale cabins at other KOAs, and we never had to bring these items before. This deluxe cabin didn't even have plates, utensils, paper towels, etc. Is this because of COVID? For what we paid, this KOA needs to up its game. Pros: Nice grounds & dog park if you have pets.

Lovely place, friendly people. I was shocked to find that deluxe cabins came with nothing- no sheets, pillows, towels, not even a cup and spoon. Thank goodness Walmart was only 6 miles away

I get the GM telling us we were too loud (was quiet hour) however her delivery was terrible. The next day our dog darted after the neighbors dog. The GM came over to find all dogs on the lead. Later camp store employee (Betty I believe) brought up the dog incident again. WHY? I'm a 47 year old and she talked to me like a child. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement.

The campground is well maintained and clean. We stayed in a cabin. There were issues with the heat and spotty WiFi. Those problems were resolved. Those things you can look past but not the rude person who we called regarding the heat. I found myself apologizing to her for it not working. Outside of that it is great place to stay.

This KOA always gives me the feeling of having a home away from home. Lovely, spacious campgrounds provide many outdoor amenities.

I love this campground. I travel from NH to GA a few times a year and this is my campground of choice. This was the 1st time staying in a Camping Cabin. Spotlessly clean and heat/AC is a bonus! See you in January!

Beautiful setting, well laid out & quiet. Nice Kamping Kabin with wonderful heater! One of nicest bath houses I’ve seen in any KOA. Will definitely return & recommend to friends.

very nice staff, cabin nice, nice area. but no walking trails or anything to do was suprising. fridge was broken they tried to fix it and all my fresh veggies froze.

Beautiful campground but didn’t like the fact of walking into the cabin in the dark and it being cold no heat or lights were on when we arrived

Didn't know what to expect, I always wanted to stay in a koa cabin since I see them around when I camp.cabin 11 was much more than expected..clean..well kept...fully supplied it was a pleasure staying there and the grounds are excellently located for all I wanted to see and do.i will be back....thank you
