We had a great time at this beautifully kept campground. Every staff person was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this campground for anyone staying in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge.

We prefer to camp in a more spacious campground that has less concrete and gravel. Your campground is neat and clean, but tight camping sites. We had trouble parking our camper.

The owners and staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. They stopped by to let us know we had left our truck open. We saw them around, keeping everything nice and tidy and helping other campers.

This was possibly the best-located KOA we have visited, secluded but close to major destinations. The grounds and campsites are great and the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

It has all the usual KOA amenities + better than average wifi. There is a nice 4-wheeler/dune buggy operation there (which we did not use). The GSMNP and Gatlinburg area is not dog-friendly so we'll likely not be back (2 big hounds). The Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge is the Myrtle Beach of the mountains & not my style. But the KOA was OK; other campgrounds may be better suited nearby.

the campgrounds was beautiful and we realize its because the sticked rules in place which we appreciated to make it a beautiful facility. Our only suggestion is for the staff to be a little more welcoming-When we were asking questions about places to go it was a yes or no response. A "thank you" would have been nice to hear when we purchased items from the store or at the end of our stay.

This is our second straight year tent camping at the Gatlinburg East/Smoky Mountain KOA. The campground and facilities were clean and comfortable; the staff is very friendly and accommodating; and the amenities were outstanding. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenage daughters. Our girls enjoyed the camp and we appreciated the safe and family-friendly atmosphere! We HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Beautiful campground. Close enough to attractions but yet still far enough to have a relaxing vacation. Sites and roads are very nice. Spaced out well, level and all gravel or cement pad. Nice landscaping. Laundry, pool, store and bathrooms all thumbs up! We stayed 7 nights and would definitely return.

We stayed all week and had a great and relaxing time as usual we love this campground and the team there is super nice. Good people and good time. If your looking for a nice campground close to Gatlinburg but far away enough for quiet and relaxing this is it. See you next time can’t wait. Thank you all from you Indiana friends.

It was our first time there and we had one of the worst sites there site # 54 I would not recommend unless you enjoy camping in a fish bowl. The bathrooms and office were right across from us which made bathroom and shower easy/comfortable. Very clean. Nothing much for the kids to do even with a small playground. The staff was nice. The grounds were well kept and site was level. The amenities were great as well as the bath house. It was very shaded and quiet, not alot of highway noise. Definitely will recommend to anyone who plans on going to the Great Smokey Mountains NP. It was perfect distance from Gatlinburg.

This was not a good stay at all! There was absolutely nothing for the kids to do. They had no activities planned and we were being bothered by another camper and reported it to the on call staff and when the man came over and we told him about the other camper he made jokes about it. The next morning that same man was in the office when I went to check out early and he was rude!

The cabin was very clean and roomy. This KOA provided the bedding and linens, plus towels, which was a very amenity. The campground is quiet and beautiful, too. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Camping spots were private. The showers and bathrooms were clean. The staff very friendly. This was my second visit to this specific place because of all of the above plus the beauty of the campground. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We had a relaxing time. The only downfall to this campsite is the fact if you do want to go out,it is not close to anything. But, it's clean, and very friendly people.

This is probably the cleanest campground I've ever been to. The site we stayed in was a back in and plenty of space all around. Wonderful shower/bathroom area. The only minor issues are all the speed bumps along the way and the GPS was off. A bigger sign off the road would be a nice addition. Friendly hosts. Will come back in the fall!

Awful experience. The staff was condescending and very unhelpful beside the gentleman who helped us back up our camper. We asked to be moved since sites numbers are not given until you arrive because our fire pit was one step away from poison ivy which our 3 year old got immediately. This has made the list of one of our favorite places to stay when we visit Tennessee. The facility is beautiful and always clean. The lots were spacious and well maintained. The staff was friendly, courteous, and very helpful!

Fabulous camp ground, and fabulous people who run the camp ground. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. If I'm ever back in that area I will certainly stay again.

Very friendly staff. Very clean campgrounds. Sites are to narrow for my liking. I had a supersite that was nice and long but way to narrow. Camp store closed a 6pm every nite which was way to early for most people. My biggest gripe was the limitation on the anmount of guests at your site being 6. I have a family of 8 and a camper biiging enough but couldnt bring them all.

I have stayed here several times and never disappoints. Friendliest staff, clean facilities. Favorite campground! Please don't pay attention to the negative reviews from a group who didn't like the rules. The rules are not bad and nothing I haven't seen elsewhere. I like that the owner is on site in case there is a problem. Stop in, say hello and ask to drive through. You won't be disappointed
