Congrats on becoming an official KOA! The park is in great shape and the staff is friendly and helpful. Great alternative to staying at Pigeon Forge! Definitely will stay there again.

Great campground, love the sites and location. Pool was listed to be open March 27th. It was not open. I know it’s still cold, but most places have heaters.

This campground is very well laid out. It is aesthetically very pretty and restful. Super clean laundry room and reasonably priced washers and dryers. I read some negative reviews regarding dogs but if you are a responsible dog owner you’ll have no problems. We and our dog were very happy there.

We were there for 2 nights in March. Campground very clean, people very friendly, site was a little shorter than we would have liked but it worked.

Excellent KOA...very clean and close to everything without the congestion. Nice and quiet KOA close to the Smokey Mountain National Park with trails all around the KOA. Nice level lots and excellent bathrooms/showers. I would definitely stay here again.

The facility is very clean and nice. Very clean and safe showers, laundry, store, etc. Secluded setting in the woods for very nice privacy, but only a short drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Much less crowded than other sites we saw closer to the towns. It was a little higher price but worth it for the amenities, beautiful setting and privacy.

Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Campground is very clean and quiet. Only draw back is we have a 36’ Cherokee grey wolf 29te and our trailer drug a bit headed up the camp drive to our site. However the escort warned us in advance so if you have a long trailer keep that in mind. There were a few buses and fithwheels and they got in ok as well. We will definitely be back.

Not pet friendly. Everywhere you look is a sign no pets. We had to leave a day early because of weather and no refunds. You have to carry your garbage and pet waste all the way Down to the entrance.

The campground is beautiful, extremely well kept, the lots are wide and spacious, the facilities are very clean and convenient, and the staff is absolutely great. It feels like a complete retreat. We had an amazing time while we stayed here and can't wait to do it again.

Stayed at the end of February. Beautiful location and campsites. Had never been to a campsite that was gated, so that was a little unusual…best to make sure you arrive before 5p or call office. Staff were very helpful.

Great location, and accommodations. Hiking trails right behind the camp site, disc golf course on site, and distillery within walking distance. It was our first time with an RV and the dealer forgot to put our main power cord in the RV after inspection. Paul volunteered to drive me down to Sevierville 40 minutes away to pick one up and saved our trip. I will be back for sure.

My very favorite KOA, and I have stayed in KOA’s all over the USA! EXCELLENT INTERNET, 5G! Spotless clean. Very kind owner and office mgr, Teresa. Beautiful area. We had a dusting of snow!

The campground is secluded and very quiet which is wonderful. The location backs up to the Smoky Mountain National Park so there is nothing but wilderness around you. All of the sites are near perfection level and many of the spots are cement. Our spot was gravel but I did not have to use any leveling blocks. The bath house was always extremely clean and the staff incredibly helpful.

We had a group of friends all staying here for the New Year. The owner was very rude and made us feel threatened. Because of his behavior our group opted to leave a day early.

I will start by saying, the campgrounds are beautiful however, this is the WORST campground EVER!! Kelly, the owner, is a horrible person. Kelly is a stalker, harasser, creeper and makes threats to you. Please do research before you stay here. If you don't mind Kelly popping up at all times of day and night walking through YOUR site, then you are good. Everyone except Jeremy are RUDE & Stalkers!

The restrooms were the best of any campground we stayed at. The laundry room was alway clean. Nice landscaping. The distance to any attractions was just too much. The campers partying long past quiet time was a bit muchThey allow dogs. But,not at all dog friendly. Everywhere you look there are no pet signs. They say they will tow your camper and charge you $250 if your dog barks.

We had a great stay! The campsite was clean and exactly as described. The bathroom and showers were clean and warm. The location was great for day trips out to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Smokey Mountain National Park. Highly recommend staying at this campground.

First this is a well maintained and clean campground nice bathrooms. However at check in you get a litany of demeaning and discouraging “don’ts” especially about dogs! And the dog walk area is not centralized but across a road with no litter bags or disposal bins. Yes, we know there are wildlife around but anti-bear bins and street lights should be available instead of the long walk to gate

Staff not concerned about your concerns regarding length of rig and fitting into spots and that you may not make it out if site in front of you is rented when you depart. Also, we had to leave early due to family issues. They don't adhere to their cancelation policy. Stayed two nights out of 5 and no refund!!

This was my first time at a campground. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The site was beautiful and very clean. We were just passing through but I can’t wait to go back and stay longer.

I have stayed here several times and never disappoints. Friendliest staff, clean facilities. Favorite campground! Please don't pay attention to the negative reviews from a group who didn't like the rules. The rules are not bad and nothing I haven't seen elsewhere. I like that the owner is on site in case there is a problem. Stop in, say hello and ask to drive through. You won't be disappointed
