No water pressure in our cabin-barely enough water to brush your teeth. When we turned on the shower, water sprayed everywhere - the floor of the shower had a crack. Taking a shower in the cabin was out of the question. At the office, they seemed aware of the crack. I guess we paid a $50 cleaning fee to wash the bed sheets. Not worth the money. Not up to other KOA's we've stayed at.

The location is so quiet and peaceful. You are away from the congestion and insanity of Gatlinburg but are close enough to pop in. My son loved the basketball goal and we all enjoyed reading on the porch swing of the cabin. Close to great hiking in Greenbrier and Cosby and you can literally hike straight into the park from the campground. An excellent base camp for a wide fantastic hiking!

Cabin 42 was perfect for my needs. Clean and tidy. I had no problem extending my stay due to snow. The staff was very helpful. Beautiful location and plan to stay again soon.

We rented a deluxe cabin, it was a very nice cabin. The bed made a lot of noise when you moved around and I know there was a sign about cooking in the cabin but a stove would have been nice, cooking on the grill only goes so far. We had friends with a camper there so they did all the cooking for us. Otherwise we would have had to eat out a lot. But for a getaway we enjoyed it the staff was great.

I first received a text stating that the cabin I had reserved had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. But when I arrived I was told I received another text stating only the larger cabins had those amenities. So I was very disappointed that I wasn't able to have these appliances at my disposal. It was very difficult to not have them.

sites are very small, limited parking, rented cabin, fire ring was at back right next to neighbors. neighbors fire ring was right next to our porch not much privacy, couple neighbors insisted on lighting up the night with as many lights outside as they could keep on, very annoying, campground should have rules to stop this

Nice cabin,clean and comfortable. Big negative was our fire ring was unusable do to location amongst 4 sites.camper next to us was 4 feet away.

The place was clean. However there was no table or mini fridge and not even a bar of soap. I did get a roll of toilet paper. Stayed at many koas so I guess my expectations were high. My only real complaint was the cleaning fee of $50 on top of the minimum 2 night stay I figured the rent of cabin was part of cleaning cost. Even had to take off my trash.

A beautiful park with friendly staff. The sites are well shaded and level. Easy 15 mins to Gatlinburg. We camped with out daughter in a cabin near us and it was adorable, too. Will stay there again if we pass that way.

Our stay in the cabin was great. It was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a fire pit for nighttime camp fires. We have also stayed in this campground previously in an RV and will be back again in the future.

Stayed in deluxe cabin to meet our son and family and spend a week. Other than not being able to use our electric skillet or crockpot as there is NO cooking allowed in cabin, we had a wonderful visit with our grandchildren and enjoyed our stay much.

The location was in a quiet area away from the hustle of the near by area and attractions. Itvwas not as long of a drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. Fantastic staff, amenities and cabin.

The cabin was very clean and roomy. This KOA provided the bedding and linens, plus towels, which was a very amenity. The campground is quiet and beautiful, too. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed in a cabin everything was spotless. The campground was so peaceful. People were so friendly. I would suggest bringing camping chairs as the bed is the only place to sit to watch tv. Not sure why but the bed squeaked.loved the Koa and would go back

Stayed in deluxe cabin for 4 nights. Cabin was exceptionally clean, staff were very courteous. Definitely will be coming back. About 15 miles east of Gatlinburg downtown, so just a short drive to city hall to park and hop on to the trolley.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The campground was well kept and maintained and everything was easy to get too.

Staff was extremely friendly. Cabin was beautiful. RV lots looked plenty big. Everything about the stay was perfect.

I have stayed here several times and never disappoints. Friendliest staff, clean facilities. Favorite campground! Please don't pay attention to the negative reviews from a group who didn't like the rules. The rules are not bad and nothing I haven't seen elsewhere. I like that the owner is on site in case there is a problem. Stop in, say hello and ask to drive through. You won't be disappointed
