We stayed 6 days and would have loved to stayed longer. The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful, Jeremy did an amazing job at helping us in to our spot and we observed him help several others navigate with confidence and a nice even tone. Went on an Adventure ride with Jack as our guid, he was very reassuring in making sure everyone had a Safe, Fun ride.

We loved everything about this campground! The staff is top notch - super friendly and helpful!! It is a beautiful campground. The sites are very spacious and easily accessed. Already booked another stay! Can’t wait!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a courtesy call before we arrived and helped us get set up in our site. Felt the service was above and beyond. The facilities were super clean. I would definitely recommend staying at this KOA

The Staff was very friendly. The campground was very beautiful and clean. We used the laundry facilities, and they were very clean too. Each camp site had plenty of room between sites. We stayed there with 2 other couples and their RV’s and had a great time. Our site was a full hookup. And all utilities were easy to get to and use.

Great campground with great service. The biggest flaw was the wood prices. Ten thin pieces for 7.50. That 75 cents per piece of wood. And the wood burns up so fast you need to buy multiple bundles just to make it an evening. Other than that, all around great place.

Spent two weeks here and got to see lots of country Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge. Our spot was nice and quiet and we enjoyed the trail to ride our bikes being very handy to our campground! It is nice to have the library exchange and friendly service in the office. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Best KOA we’ve stayed at thus far! Nice wide streets. Lots of space between spots. Very green and beautiful. We felt very secure with a pass activated front gate. Far enough outside of Gatlinburg to enjoy the town but not be affected by the crowds. Very nice facilities and staff. We would choose this place to stay again in a heartbeat!

Stayed at the Smoky Mountain KOA while traveling with friends. Our 2 pull-thru concrete sites were level and provided easy set-up. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Laundry and bath house were excellent. We'll be back again next year.

Nicest KOA we have stayed at to date. We had a great shaded site that was about 50 yards from the border of Smokey Mountain National Park ! Good central location to Gatlinburg and many sites in and around the area, but far enough away from Pigeon Forge to avoid the traffic and crowds. Hosts were friendly and helpful. This KOA will be at the top of our list next time in the area !

This campground is situated in a wooded area on the side of a hill. The drive is paved and the entrance is beautiful and it's gated at night. It is far enough away from the tourist areas which allows you to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.on very nice camp sites. The camp store has all of the amenities that you need. The staff is very nice and accommodating to your needs.

The campground is beautiful - the sites are level even though it's on a steep hill. But the best part was the staff - Ron parked us like a complete pro, checkin was friendly and efficient, and any questions we had were answered promptly. We loved our stay and can't wait to return. Oh, and our site was a patio site, and the clean fire pit and comfortable chairs just made the entire stay even nicer.

This is a lovely campground. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The cable channels were limited, but we weren't there to watch tv anyway.

Wonderful stay! We had a back-in site with patio and fire pit and it was very comfortable and private. Campground is very clean and beautiful. Campground is also super close to smoky mountain National park and Gatlinburg. We had an amazing time! Definitely recommend.

Love the campground! Everyone on the campground staff was pleasant and helpful! Our site was wonderful! The designer of the campground takes great effort to make sure each site is landscaped and the layout out of the entire campground was done with great thought!

The staff was wonderful. Once I checked in there was a staff member on hand to help unhook the tow vehicle and then lead us to our spot and help back-in. Always a wave and a hello when passing. You can't choose your site when booking so I was a little apprehensive but there is not a bad site at the campground! Very well maintained grounds. Bathhouse with multiple individual bathrooms.

Very misleading being next to Smokey Mountains National Park; to really get to the park, have to travel through Gatlinburg, thirty minutes away.

I have stayed here several times and never disappoints. Friendliest staff, clean facilities. Favorite campground! Please don't pay attention to the negative reviews from a group who didn't like the rules. The rules are not bad and nothing I haven't seen elsewhere. I like that the owner is on site in case there is a problem. Stop in, say hello and ask to drive through. You won't be disappointed
