Beautiful campground. Close enough to all the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge activities but out of all the traffic and active area. Very peaceful and quiet. We were led to our site and given excellent assistance getting us situated. We chose one of the concrete Pull-Thru sites. They are a bit close but very nice & level. The restroom/Laundry facilities are very clean and nice.

Everyone there was so super nice and helpful. Bathhouse is amazing and clean. Grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Great trails right behind the property. Loved it.

We had an absolute amazing stay. The campground is nice and clean and well taken care of. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. This was our first KOA and certainly won't be our last. The deluxe patio site is our new favorite. We will definitely be back!

Very friendly staff and nice campground. Campsite was spacious for the MH, But limited parking for towed vehicle. Unless you have some prior arrangements, make sure you are there (I can't remember if they close the gate at 5 or 5:30) or you might spend the night outside the gate. Close to attractions and the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Great access for fall leaf viewing.

First time in Gatlinburg and we picked the right RV park. We are very picky where we stay and I can tell you this place exceeded our expectations. They escorted and guided you into your site, kept the streets clean at all times. I didn't see any trash laying on the ground that I see at other RV parks. They take pride in their park. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are booked for next year.

Everyone was just great, they help Park our RV , always riding a round to help with anything we needed. It was just a great stay with everyone at the campground.

Good location away from Gatlinburg and next to the park, but driving through Gatlinburg is still a reality. we walked our dogs on the gravel road behind the park to a steam every day. spaces seemed tight to us for living and tight turns for coming in and leaving; staff were very helpful while pulling in, though. Bathroom facilities were immaculate. speed bumps were irritating. expensive in Oct.

sites are back off the road so you don't hear traffic. staff is very friendly. showers and restroom is very clean. most sites seemed very well laid out and easy to access. lots of trees! Decent size dog park.

The park itself is in a beautiful setting. Why I gave it a low rating is because of the staff. We are in a pandemic and none of them wore masks to protect their customers. The reason...it is not mandated and it is their right. We camp and social distance but these people have no concern for others.

Nice KOA for a tourist town. A bit of a ride into the National Park visitors center. The big complaint I have is the speed bumps at the entrance going up hill. Wow what a pull on your equipment. I can understand the speed bumps inside the camp though. I guess if you don’t like it go somewhere else.

very pretty KOA with great amenties. The Staff was friendly (but no one was wearing a mask). close enough location to be near the National park yet far enough away from the crowds. Only thing was our pull through was not long enough for both our camper and truck and barely had enough room to park it in front of our site. We moved twice to allow room for people to back into their sites.

Great place to stay! Sites have great space and are tucked away in the trees of TN. Facilities are clean and they have everything you would need. A day or more in a peaceful setting like this do wonders!

great site, people were friendly enough . I believe you need a wifi booster , I had to go to the office lounge to get a strong enough signal . But I would return and maybe get a site closer to office maybe that would get me a better signal ? Enjoyed our time there .

Great place! Clean, well kept, friendly staff. If I had anything to complain about it would be the signage is tough to see at night driving down road. But hey, everything else was absolutely wonderful. Could not ask for more!

Nice campground with mature trees, very clean restrooms, quiet at night, and backs right up to the park. Could use a little more real estate between sites (like many KOAs) and an improved children's play area.

This was my attempt at getting my wife to enjoy camping/GLAMPING. It was her first time so I rented a Class C with our Goldwing in tow. Kelly was patient as he guided this first timer back into LOT 72. Great service from all. I was pleasantly surprised with the ice cream truck on Friday night. The park was clean and the personnel were just AWESOME. DEFINITELY RECOMMED. More trips forthcoming.

This campground is wonderful and the staff are really friendly. I really liked the size of site 11. I would like to come back and stay here again. I hope the campground expansion is as good or better as the existing sites.10-04-2020.

Well maintained and the staff is amazing! The owner really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make everyone's stay easy going and comfortable. It was quite a surprise when we showed up and the staff immediately greeted us, directed us to our site and even unloaded our golf cart and trailer! We will definitely stay here again! Also, thanks for the visit Kelly, it made our day!

What an awesome campground! From the friendly staff in the store at check-in, to Jeremy, who helped us back in perfectly, to the beautiful, well maintained facilities, this may have been the best KOA we've stayed at. We will definitely be back!

Very nice and friendly staff. Clean and quiet. Water pressure very low. Gate locked at 10 pm - no entry after. Fortunately we're not nite owls, but if you are, find another campground. 17 miles out of Gatlinburg.

Lot next to us was a mess, food, garbage left out all day/nite, people left with fire going, clothes, towels hanging, fire delivered everyday, no one from park said anything, and yes, we did mention it, fell on deaf ears

We are sorry that your experience was not with us was no satisfactory, but we assure you if you would have spoken with someone in the office or with the owner(who is on site majority of the time) this would have been addressed immediately.

I have stayed here several times and never disappoints. Friendliest staff, clean facilities. Favorite campground! Please don't pay attention to the negative reviews from a group who didn't like the rules. The rules are not bad and nothing I haven't seen elsewhere. I like that the owner is on site in case there is a problem. Stop in, say hello and ask to drive through. You won't be disappointed
