Beautiful campground! Located about 15 minutes outside of Gatlinburg, which we found to be a plus. It was very quiet and relaxing compared to what was going on in Gatlinburg! Great staff who were always friendly and helpful! I would have given this campground five stars except for the cable lineup. There were no mainstream news channels, only Fox (propaganda) network.

Very nice people and great location. Sites are spaced nicely apart and large enough to be very comfortable. Would book again.

We stayed for 5 nights. We have stayed at KOAs all over the country and this one is one of the best! Come see this one for sure but save us a spot....We are definitely coming back! Jack and Robert were super help and friendly.

The owner does not seem to care about the people who stay in his park, VERY disappointed. Avoid this park If at all possible as there are other parks closer to the Smokies. One of the very few times we have been disappointed in a KOA! Although I must say, the gentleman who took us to our site did a fantastic job getting us lined up and into the site.

We are sorry you feel this way. You forgot to tell us why you had a bad experience. The fact that everything went great until your departure day. We are still not why you chose to verbally attack a fellow camper and sit in your truck blowing the horn. We will not tolerate that behavior form you

This was the second time at this campground. The staff is very friendly, it's a very clean campground and the sites are a good size. The bathrooms are unisex but it's one room per person and they are very clean. We will go there again.

Loved the location. Loved the campground. Loved the staff. We had a patio site (#12) and we absolutely loved this KOA. Full hook up on all sites. Fenced in dog area to let your fur babies run wild. Very clean bathrooms. Super friendly staff. (Psst. They even have frozen Margarita's made with Moonshine on tap).

Very hilly but level sites. Clean restrooms, and they all are individually contained, shower sink and toilet. Great staff also.

Our only disappointment was our site was changed on us From a drive through to a back in ,but they did what they could do to make it right .Gatlinburg KOA has a great friendly staff ,and everybody was very helpful. We stayed there for two weeks and ended up the last couple days with a few mice. Mice in our camper was a first for us .

It was wonderful from start to finish with a very friendly and helpful staff who was always looking out to help with anything we needed. The campground was very clean and the sites very spacious. We will definitely be back to enjoy another wonderful stay many times over. Thank you staff for a remarkable stay...

We had a great stay! Our site was at the top of the hill, with a patio, furniture, and raised fire pit - it was perfect! The staff was do friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again.

Sites 67 and 68 were perfect for my daughter’s family and my husband and I. Very nice paved roads. Unfortunately the WiFi was not reliable and weak. For a resort campground it would have been nice if the trash was picked up at the sites. Overall enjoyed the location.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be away from the crowds. It’s about 15-20 min drive to Gatlinburg so close enough to see everything. The staff is top notch, so helpful and friendly. We got ourself in a jam getting out and the staff jumped right in and got us going. They were patient and kind. I tried to tip the guy and he refused. We felt so bad but also grateful. Excellent customer

A perfect stay— quiet, spacious, friendly, accommodating, and well-kept. Clean modern bathrooms, plenty of space for the dog to run, close to great hikes in SMNP (Cosby and Greenbrier areas). One of our best SMNP visits yet— a great spot to camp!

Very friendly staff. Jeremy is always helpful getting you into your site and delivering firewood. Very peaceful and quiet campground away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg but close enough to it if you desire to go. Bathrooms were very clean. Will be back

The grounds are clean and well cared for, clean and private bathroom areas. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Smoky Mountain Adventure Tour was awesome!

Everyone was very helpful! Especially the guys that rode on the golf cart through the park. Upon arrival, they took us to our site and helped my husband back our trailer in. They knew exactly what to do to get us in the site easily in one shot. It was very helpful. Also, when we purchased firewood, they brought it to our site for us and stacked it by the fire. Great customer service!!

This is our go to campground. Have been many times over the past few years. Staff is great. Campground is in excellent condition. Can’t wait to go back again.

Very friendly staff with a beautiful, well kept campground. It isn't overly crowded and is tucked nicely away in the woods to keep the woodsy feel. Plenty of room to maneuver your RV as well. Can't wait to go back!

Kelly Williamson and staff were very helpful and friendly during our stay, from helping get our fifth wheel parked to delivering firewood they were all about us being able to enjoy our time at The Smoky Mountains.

One of our favorite campgrounds. Beautiful surroundings and some of the best employees ever! Just don’t love the stink bugs this time of the year! And the Adventure Tour is an amazing experience!!!

Very quiet and peaceful location, away from all the noise of Gatlinburg. Close to the mountains. Staff very friendly. Restrooms and showers were Very clean. I was very impressed.

This place is AMAZING. We are new campers and it was fabulous. The staff is tremendous. We can’t say enough about Jeremy helping get us backed into a site I thought was not possible. Bath house was SPOTLESS. We will be back soon

Campground was very clean and our sites were perfectly level. Was'nt told that you could'nt access the campground after 10pm during the reservation process. We had to park in Walmart parking lot overnight to be able to check in the next morning. Still expected to pay full price though Kelly "tossed in " a free T-shirt and bundle of wood.

I have stayed here several times and never disappoints. Friendliest staff, clean facilities. Favorite campground! Please don't pay attention to the negative reviews from a group who didn't like the rules. The rules are not bad and nothing I haven't seen elsewhere. I like that the owner is on site in case there is a problem. Stop in, say hello and ask to drive through. You won't be disappointed
