We enjoyed our stay at Gatlinburg East/Smoky Mountain KOA. We stayed at site 22. It was plenty big for our rig and truck. We enjoyed walking the road by the Park and would love to come back when the pool is open. The restrooms and showers were super clean the store well stocked and everyone we dealt with was very pleasant. Definitely one we would come back to!

Overall great stay, great staff. It was a bit cold but firewood delivered helped :) The bathhouse was all it was cracked up to be and then some. We plan to revisit next year!

Great site along with great service! Kelly was extremely helpful in guiding us into our back-in site and the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful also. Upon request, firewood is delivered directly to your site and stacked next to the firepit. Bathrooms are extremely clean and uniquely private for both the stall and the shower. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay any more than we did.

We rented a deluxe cabin, it was a very nice cabin. The bed made a lot of noise when you moved around and I know there was a sign about cooking in the cabin but a stove would have been nice, cooking on the grill only goes so far. We had friends with a camper there so they did all the cooking for us. Otherwise we would have had to eat out a lot. But for a getaway we enjoyed it the staff was great.

One of Our Best Stops on Our Adventure Looking For a New Home. Very Quiet and Clean. Just Watch Out for Black Bears if You Go Hiking in the Woods.

We stayed two nights and were impressed by a very friendly staff, a very clean and well organized park and a trailhead to a Great Smokey Mountain trail only 50 ft from our motorhome door! This is a five star place flat out!!!!

It was ok however it seemed the ladies working behind the counter really didn’t care if you stayed there or not. Also having pet rules explained 3 times seems to be a bit much. Granted some people do not take care of their pets as well as others. I’m not new to the RV world so I really don’t need a lecture at check in on pet care. I have stayed at a number of KOAs and have never experienced

This was the perfect campground for our 4 night stay in the Smokies. It's a beautiful campground and we enjoyed our deluxe patio site. The best part was how peaceful and quiet it was, but still close to everything that we wanted to explore.

One of the best KOAs we’ve stayed in. Sites are well organized (vs. the helter skelter of most KOAs we’ve been in). Access to our site was easy getting in and out and it was nice and level. Grounds were well maintained and the office staff were very pleasant, as was Jeremy who took us to our pull through site. Laundry was clean. Hookups were functional and well placed. All roads are paved.

Really enjoy this campground. Very clean and well kept. Staff very friendly. Jeremy knows what he is doing when helping you to get parked. We will be back.

The sites were great. Paved or packed gravel and fairly level. Pits and tables provided. We didn't need the facilities, but I did go it and they were nice. I liked the individual shower/ bathroom. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Everyone there more than helpful for anything you need. The most peaceful campground we've ever stayed at. The coolest place to stay in the smokies. The utv ride was amazing! Worth every penny!!! Not just riding on the road it's a REAL offroad experience and I would do it all again! You never know who you might meet and we can't wait to go back again next year! Thanks again to Kelly and his crew !

Nice campground, with pleasant sites. Large enough to be comfortable. The drive in to Gatlinburg was easy.

Cold and rainy. But the change of leaves was beautiful. Would like to see more foliage between campsites for privacy. Garbage cans are too far away. Overall clean and nice.

We only stayed one night. We were just passing through, but loved the campground! We would definitely like to come back for a longer stay and take advantage of the ATV tours.

Hands down the nicest and cleanest bathrooms/showers we have seen in a campground. The sites were nice and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

Had a great time. There is plenty of space between lots. The park has a lot of trees and is well maintained. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The laundry room was very clean. Would stay there again.

I was concerned before arriving about fitting into a campsite at KOA East Gatlinburg with our new very large to me 39 foot bumper pull toy hauler. I was pleasantly surprised that we had a easy back up into campsite number 5 guided in by one of the hosts Jeremy that was friendly and helpful. Our campsite had the upgraded patio and concrete driveway.

The campground was very well maintained and everyone was very friendly. My only feedback is that some of the rules seemed a bit excessive. Like no check-ins after 9pm - for those traveling that can be difficult depending on traffic. Also, the cameras watching everything seemed a little invasive of privacy. Otherwise, great place to stay and would recommend it to others.

The best place to camp in the Smoky Mountains. Special thanks to the guy that guided us into our site. He figured out why our furnace and hot water heaters were not working. Can not thank him enough with the cold nights we had.

Loved our stay at Gatlinburg East KOA. Kelly and all the folks there super friendly and very helpful. Nicest bathhouse I’ve seen at any campground.Already have our reservations set for next year.

We enjoyed our week at your campground. Everything was pretty much perfect. The only complaint was our water pressure was very low. We were in site #71.

First class campground. Very quiet. Shady. Level sites with all the hook-ups. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Helped me back my rig into my site. We will definitely return for another visit.

I have stayed here several times and never disappoints. Friendliest staff, clean facilities. Favorite campground! Please don't pay attention to the negative reviews from a group who didn't like the rules. The rules are not bad and nothing I haven't seen elsewhere. I like that the owner is on site in case there is a problem. Stop in, say hello and ask to drive through. You won't be disappointed
