Lot 7 has no privacy, right next to the ATV site (which is very noisy a couple of times a day), traffic coming and going shine their lights right onto your campsite and camper. This site does have a private exit to the highway in return for shutting the gate each evening. The staff was very friendly! Well kept sites. Convenient location. Would stay again as long as it's not on Site 7.

A very nice campground and we lived our site. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The grounds were neat and well landscaped and the bathrooms were very clean. We highly recommend this KOA.

Spaces to small nothing like the pictures. Never been anywhere that I could not reserve a spot luck of the draw. Lots of spaces I would not been happy in. Place is nicely kept. Jeremy was great. Other golf cart guy should have gotten his name but he needs to learn people skills. Even my sweet 81 year old sister who was traveling with us said he was an a--. Will not be back

Great campground one BIG exception, I wasn’t allowed to use my dog fencing. Our dogs are our family, and if one member of our family is miserable then we are all miserable. Our dog hasn’t ever been on a tie out, and he was miserable having to use one if outside. If I could have used my fencing then it would have been a fantastic trip. Great location just don’t know why they don’t care for

Love the trees and how quiet it is - no road noise and the other camper sounds just don’t carry in the woods.

Quaint camp ground. Sites are very crowded and the "dog patrol" was literally on your case as soon as your dogs are stepping out of the RV. That was the unfortunate part of the experience but all the other staff were friendly, accommodating and nice. Jeremy was the star of the show at your campground!

Clean and quiet RV park. Store is not well stock for every day type items. Close to a Dollar General. If you don’t mind the 15 miles to the Smoky National Park, it good and descent place to stay.

We are new to RV’ing and arrived late. The team got us in and helped get us backed into our site with no issues. This is a great campground with a very helpful team. So good we’re going back in a couple of weeks!

I first received a text stating that the cabin I had reserved had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. But when I arrived I was told I received another text stating only the larger cabins had those amenities. So I was very disappointed that I wasn't able to have these appliances at my disposal. It was very difficult to not have them.

A beautiful, well kept campground. The sites are spaced out among trees. This campground provided cable, fire pits and great service. The only reservation is it gives you the impression of not being dog friendly with many negative comments and threats concerning dogs.

Quiet, comfortable campgrounds backed up to the Smokies. Showers and bathrooms are very clean and spacious. Workers are very friendly and always great help. Will definitely go back.

Spotlessly clean and well run park. Friendly staff went out of there way to make sure you got in and out of your site safely, Can't say enough about the the helpful staff. The RV trip that left from the park was a once in a life time experience!

We stayed 8 nights. Our site was great, Mr. Jeremy was excellent in assisting us to and in our sight. The campground is very peaceful and staff is always helpful. We do not have a single complaint as will be back. Mr. Jeremy was always exceptional and helpful.

campground BEAUTIFUL!!! the ladies in the office were the most unfriendly people we met on our whole trip to Tennessee. Campground beautiful-- inside staff not so much!!!!

It is a very nice campground, but the sites are to get into and out, it is hilly. Restrooms & showers were some of the nicest we have seen! You can't beat the area, such beauty. As for the KOA Webb site, well... when I did the site online the only site available was a back in, when were were their for a week they had several pull through sites that were empty all week, go figure

It was a very well kept and quiet campground. The people where very friendly and helpful. We drive commercial vehicles for a living so the peace and quiet was a must for our vacation. Enjoyed the stay will be back.

Love this campground! Friendly staff, clean and room between sites. We always stay here when visiting Gatlinburg. Sits in the woods with lots of shade

Quality campground, close to Gatlinburg & Great Smoky. Easy in & out for my 36’ 5th wheel. Very clean facilities and great security. Also close to Adventure Distilling, where you can also catch up with Kelly, JB and all these Moonshiners. What really sets this park apart is the friendliness and helpfulness of Kelly & all the park staff. I’ll be back.

This was a beautiful campground with access to a road that goes right along the Great Smokey Mountain National Forest. They had a nice laundromat with 4 washers and 4 dryers. Our spot was right next to the area where the ATV's are stored since you can rent these at this campground. That got kind of noisy at times but it was not too bad. They have a very strict dog barking rule!

Place was clean and employees were very friendly. They had private shower rooms that also looked clean although we had our own shower in our RV would defiantly recommend for a stay in the Smokies!!!

Pros: Nice location. Gated campground. Clean and level. Full hookup with patio furniture. Onsite propane and firewood. Super friendly staff. Cons: a little tight to get in and out.

This was our second time to stay at the Gatlinburg East KOA and both times have been super. Thank your for such a clean, quiet, friendly camping environment.

A great little campground tucked up in the Smoky Mountains! Due to traffic delays, we arrived late. The staff made arrangements with us & the owner waited for us to arrive, opened the gates, & showed us to our site. We were able to do our official office check in next morning. Many sites for smaller rigs, but there were ample larger rig sites as well. Staff was great. Loved our site!

I have stayed here several times and never disappoints. Friendliest staff, clean facilities. Favorite campground! Please don't pay attention to the negative reviews from a group who didn't like the rules. The rules are not bad and nothing I haven't seen elsewhere. I like that the owner is on site in case there is a problem. Stop in, say hello and ask to drive through. You won't be disappointed
