The park was very nice. Before we arrived we received an email to take exit 440 instead of 447. We did and followed the only two signs we saw. The park person said follow our gps. We did and after 45 minutes thru the back country we ended up at the wrong KOA. It was the only KOA listed on the gps. ��� we then drove another 40 minutes to get to the correct camp. We had a wonderful stay! The staff was kind, helpful and super nice. The grounds are kept immaculate and it's a beautiful setting to enjoy a nice little get away! We would definitely stay here again.

��BEAUTIFUL! Recommend! Great campground! Traveled w/ friends, 1 trailer,1 fifth wheel, stayed at companion sites 1 & 2, gravel, lots of space! Biggest spots in campground. PRIVATE & PERFECT! Close to entrance, easily come & go w/out driving thru the whole campground, across from pool, showers, laundry, short walk to dumpsters, etc... MUST eat at The Woodshed! Hard to find, BYOB, but WORTH I

Staff was friendly and helpful. Site was clean and level. Water pressure was good. Office and Store hours were limited and basic food provisions such as milk were unavailable.

Everyone was so polite and accommodating. Jeremy and the older gentleman were very gracious hosts. The campground was spotless and very well maintained. We will definitely be back!!

Thank-you Jeremy for assisting us to our site. Pool was great. Got needed supplies from store, staff was friendly Laundry Room worked well and was clean. Noticed alot of people traveled with pets, Campground could be more accommodating to owners with pets by providing facility (fenced area) with tools to clean up after. Felt like campground just tolerated pets.

Campground was clean and there were people there to assist us with our parking and set up. They were very helpful and friendly. Only bad side is that it was further from Gatlinburg than described and the taxi was expensive. But the driver was super nice and made sure to come back and pick us back up. For our first trip it was a great experience.

Great camp ground price a little to high bein 17 miles from park entrance, cost may be due to Gatlinburg crap shoot. Good facility, friendly staff, clean, I think price could have ben $20, less per night. But since I didn't shop around you pay the price. I will shop next time I come to the Great Smoky Mountains.

Although it was a great scenic campground. The people working the store to ask questions were not very friendly. Very dry. Garbage had to be taken to the entrance by you. We couldn’t open our rv awnings. Pretty tight quarters. Clean bathrooms and laundry room.

This place was beautiful! The showers and bathrooms were clean, private and modern. The staff was just absolutely fantastic in every way. Just couldn’t be happier with our experience there. Can’t wait to go back!

Beware! Not a family/kid friendly campground. After being at the park for only a few hours we received a rude welcome from owner Kelly. Our kids were being too loud for him to watch his TV. We had drove 8 hours. They were just excited to be out of the truck and free to run. Which kids cannot run at this koa. They couldn't even ride their bikes around the circle. If you have kids don't stay here!

Loved everything about our stay! We had the best campsite, everyone that works there is so nice and helpful! Ron and Jeremy went out of their way to make sure that we had everything that we needed!

Very nice campground. Sites are wooded and nice size we would give it 5 stars but it’s very tight to get into some of the back in sites. If you have a longer camper try to get a pull through. We would definitely stay again. The campground staff is very nice too!

This was one of the best campgrounds we have stayed at. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The campground is immaculately kept in all areas. The restrooms and shower rooms were the cleanest I have ever seen in a campground. We loved the dog park for our fur babies to be able to run and enjoy themselves. Our site was just perfect and near the store and restrooms. We will be back!

Nice campground with a very nice staff. I wish that the ATV tour would have been promoted by the camp. We would have loved to do it. Jeremy was the friendliest staff person I have seen at any camp. I alway like pulling into a site and putting down my level and I am already level.

We called on memorial weekend Saturday and they were able to accommodate us which was really fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great! The staff was wonderful. We love the atmosphere and love that the campground is small. The speed bumps going up the hill were a bit much - but we’ll be back.

Very nice location, large, tall trees and very well landscaped. Employees were very nice and helpful. The only issue we encountered was you have to be there by 10pm, no exceptions. It is gated. If after hours, but before 10pm, the owner will meet you. They sent an email the day of our leaving but we had already left and did not get the email until well into our trip. Barely made it there in time.

Great campground. Helpful, friendly staff. We were there several years ago and it has only gotten better. My only complaint is that the playground needs some attention. No mulch or sand and dirt has largely washed away around it, especially at the bottom of the slides.

I would recommend this campground, it is the best one we have camped at in the five years of camping.We were guided into the site and the fire wood was dropped off at the site.Very helpful staff.Lots of trees and paved driveway to site.

Great place to stay! Everything was clean and picked up at our site. They pick up all the ash in the campfire pits, our pit was made out of rocks, very neat. Wifi was awesome, don't get to say that very often. We did the UTV ride. We would come back just to do that. Lots of fun! This was definitely one of best KOAs we've been to

We were at this KOA for a week . our first site was too small for our rig and they had no problem moving us to a more appropriate site. It was peaceful and we enjoyed our stay. Wish the pool had opened when the website said, small disappointment being the weather was pretty warm, but would definitely camp there again and highly recommend.

I have stayed here several times and never disappoints. Friendliest staff, clean facilities. Favorite campground! Please don't pay attention to the negative reviews from a group who didn't like the rules. The rules are not bad and nothing I haven't seen elsewhere. I like that the owner is on site in case there is a problem. Stop in, say hello and ask to drive through. You won't be disappointed
