Convenient place to stop. Enjoyed the lava trail, posted signs along the trail were interesting and informative. Staff was friendly, the on-site food delivery was appreciated and delicious.

We had just a 1 night stay, but staff at desk was so very nice. The turkey dinner was beyond excellent. We will be back. This is our half way stop from Denver to Phoenix.

Loved this KOA! The hosts were very nice, chocolate chip cookies and dog treats upon check in :) The campground had a lovely walking trail among the lava rock, with signs along the trail listing cool facts about the surrounding area. Would stay again!

Extremely well run campground, with owners investing and upgrading park. Super bathrooms recently done. Also, good home cooking available and delivered to your campsite. We’ve been there multiple times and it keeps getting better.

Dena was a fantastic host. The food was excellent. Gift shop had many great things to choose from. The grounds and facilities were clean and up to date. The walking trail through the lava field was very educational.

We ha issues with the cable TV and they were trying to remedy it. Finally moved to a different site. I will say it was the holidays and the management were distressed over this. Things happen. We are huge supporters of KOA as we think you always know what you are getting.

The best KOA we have ever visited. Not the largest, or the fanciest - just the best! The owners are putting a lot of work and money into this location and it shows. Little things make a big difference; such as scrubbing the picnic tables to make certain guests don't have to deal with bird droppings near their food. We'll plan our next trip to include another visit to Grants KOA.

Nice camp-great check in person. Dinner menu was very tempting but we already had dinner. We left too early for continental breakfast, but what a great service. We’d stay again!

The most friendly staff of all KOA's I've visited. The continental breakfast is so convenient and the cookies received at check-in is a very nice touch. The hike through the lava field impressed the grandchildren.

The management was extremely friendly and willing to help out with the travelers’ needs. They sold a scrumptious yet economical dinner every evening if you chose to order it. They saw to any problems reported. Great people. They would even make a great tourist agency. They were so generous with information around the area. So much to see. Robyn

I enjoyed the owners and what they offer people staying here. They offer a complimentary breakfast and their store was updated with everything you would need for a trip and other goodies. The tent area where we stayed is nicely lit and orderly. My only complaint is how loud the train was so it was very hard to sleep. Other than that great location. They also have a nice trail by the lava rocks.

GREAT KOA. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Private bath/Showers and very clean. Although in a somewhat remote location, it's close to I-40 and Walmart about 2-1/2 miles away. Food is cooked and served at your campsite if you choose. I would definitely stay here again, and again, and again. Thanks Grants KOA for a wonderful stay.

Provided services above any other campground we have ever received The best part was they delivered supper to our campsite and had free breakfast in the morning.

This place was so clean with updated amenities. All staff were so friendly and hospitalble. You felt welcome from check in with fresh baked cookies. They offer home cooked meals. We'll be back

Stopped for the night and was very impressed with the facilities and friendliness of staff. Restrooms and showers are the nicest I have seen on the road so far! Having dinner available to order and deliver to the RV was great! This place was a pleasant surprise!

I was grateful to get a spot on short notice, however the price of that nights stay of 47.00 with my KOA card was outlandish. This place has no amenities, no pool and not well kept up to pay 47.00 which was the highest amount we paid all week including some really well kept KOA's wasn't worth it. We should of stayed at a truck stop would of been better.

Even though it is all gravel it is a well maintained park and our pad was very level. It was also long enough to stay hooked up. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I liked the walk through the lava field with the signs explaining what you were looking at. Having food available for delivery to your camper is also a plus, even though it was a little expensive.

Really nice place to stay but no shade. Seemed like all but a few attractions were closed, but that was not KOA’s fault.

Stayed a total of 3 nights on two different visits with 5th wheel. Small, but neat, park, with sufficient, but not a lot, of space between RVs. Excellent CATV. Did not utilize bathroom facilities. Did not partake in the meal services, but the menu looked good. Easily accessible from I40. Management was very accommodating when my wife fell ill and we needed an extra night. Would stay here again.

Only downside to this KOA is there isn't a pool. But besides that is is a very clean campground, our tent site had pea gravel which is super helpful in preventing a swamped tent. Bathrooms were extremely well kept and very nice. Also very nice staff and good continental breakfast.

This was the first time we stayed at this park. The park was well kept and the staff very friendly and helpful. Nice spaces. We will stay there again.

Dena was so friendly and kind when we checked in. I still cannot believe we were offered human and dog cookies! Luckily, there were also the amazing dinners available (I ended up with food poisoning) that saved my husband from starving. I loved the walking, informational trail! Very relaxing and interesting! Hoping to stay again in the future!

We did an overnight stay on our way to visit relatives. I was impressed by how friendly the staff were. We were even greeted with a delicious cookie! I have never been to a KOA where it is possible to order dinner delivered to your RV. What a treat after a long day of driving. Facilities were clean and the grounds well manicured. There was a nice view as well.

These guys could hold a seminar on how to run a KOA. It’s a KOA Journey, but they run it like a KOA Resort - plenty of staff available for check in, great food menu with delivery to your RV, continental breakfast, etc. The campground is tidy and organized.

One of our favorite parks on our road trip across country. Staff is incredible , showers are amazing and the dog area is really close by! Next time I want one of the spots with a patio!

Stayed here one night while driving cross country with two cats and it was great! Clean restrooms, warm cabin with cable TV, respectful neighbors, reasonable pet fee ($10). Bonus points for mailing my dad his jacket after we left it.
