The KOA was nice but the showers were very far from our camp. The staff was very nice and we liked how they cooked dinner and then brought it to your RV.

The location is ideal for exploring the Grants area. It is convenient to Bandera Volcano and Ice Cave, El Malpais, and shopping in Gallup. The very informative trail located on the grounds is wonderful. Being close to the lava flow was exciting and the signs hit the major sights in the area. Really enjoyed this walk!!!

Park is nice but lacking trash bins. Staff was nice. Especially loved dinner being served right to our rig! Thank you!

This is our second time in a year to stay here while traveling in and out of AZ. The Malpais trail behind the park is more informational than the NP visitors center! Kids love the old school playground. Gravel spots are level, park is clean and staff is very friendly. Breakfast in the morning is a nice touch too. Wish their was a pool. Go see the Ice Cave, it’s worth every step!

Spent three nights and had time to see "Fire and Ice" and Blue Water SP. Had a dinner delivered to our coach, yum. Had a great stay and will be back!

It's a beautiful KOA with great meal service and our cabin was clean and comfortable. It was really hot (98 degrees) so it would have been nice if the air conditioner had been turned on at check in time so that when we arrived it had at least started to cool the cabin off. It took 6 hours on the coldest setting and highest fan to become tolerable. By morning it was finally a comfortable temperatur

We were not expecting very much as this was just a 2 night stop. We were shocked. This little KOA was amazing. The spot was packed gravel and level. The campground was very clean. The staff was super friendly. The walking trail was informative and beautifully kept, and the meals delivered to your campsite were restaurant quality. Unbelievable, if we are ever in the area again this will be a stop.

We really enjoyed the history walk through the lava fields. WiFi was okay, the store was nice and they had coffee fresh. They offered meals but we had met friends for dinner. I guess the people and the fantastic views from the nature walk sold us. It’s close to attractions like the arch and ice caves too.

A great stay!! Nice clean bathrooms and showers and a delicious dinner delivered to my site. However I forgot a very nice beach moisture wicking towel and they could not mail it back to me. I’m hoping to get it later this summer. It would be nice if a service could be provided to mail things back and the customer pays for postage. Thank you

Very friendly and helpful staff, easy in/out pull thru site. The option of ordering food that was prepared there and delivered was a plus for us. The only thing preventing a 5 star was a low voltage condition on site 118 that caused our air conditioner to stop. Voltage at the site drop to 107 volts in the early evening, so we could not run our air conditioner.

Would have been nice if there was a pool, but you couldn't ask for nicer people. We were greeted with warm cookies and a smile. Clean facilities and very worth staying at short term.

At first look the campground seems kinda bare, but actually turned out to be one of the nicest KOAs we have stayed at. The Staff is so friendly, cookie a bonus, The Bathrooms are new and very nice. Laundry Room very nice. All the sites face towards North so site has afternoon shade. Staff checks on you soon after check in to be sure everything ok. The Store has many fun items to shop for. Thanks

Enjoyed the stay. Office and pool was clean and enjoyable. Staff was pleasant and very helpfully. Everything at the facility worked and was easily acceptable.

We were having some trouble with our trailer rt before check out and I notified the Staff and they were so friendly and kind about it all. This is the 2nd time we stayed there we live a hour and half away and will be back of course.

This is a clean, pleasant park in reasonable proximity tot the highway. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and everything worked well. Our 38’ motorhome and towed vehicle fit easily into the pull through site. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip!

One of our favorite parks on our road trip across country. Staff is incredible , showers are amazing and the dog area is really close by! Next time I want one of the spots with a patio!

Stayed here one night while driving cross country with two cats and it was great! Clean restrooms, warm cabin with cable TV, respectful neighbors, reasonable pet fee ($10). Bonus points for mailing my dad his jacket after we left it.
