There were ants all over the patio, water was turned off most of the day with no notification or explanation due to sewer problems, playground area is limited if you can even call it that. Dog fights, trash is constantly overflowing

Site was somewhat eroded and small. They had problems with the camps sewer but it was soon fixed.

Stayed 3 nights on the way home from snowbirding in FLA. We stayed on a premium site with patio and outdoor furniture. A short walk to the water. Friendly staff. Although we did not use it, the swimming pool looked inviting. Overall experience was pleasant.

This review is for the first site we had. The site is very tight. We were unable to open our awning because it would hit the neighbors slide. The Wi-Fi is not very good here. This part of the park could use some grass cutting.

This review is for our second site. This site is much better. It is bigger, has more grass and has tall hedges between the sites for privacy. This site also has a nice patio, patio furniture and a swing. The staff here is very nice and helpful. Perdido Bay is a short walk and has a very nice fishing pier.

The worst one we have been at. Needs updating. Left earlier than we wanted because the sewer was backed up. The only way we found out was from another camper. Luckily our sewer line was already shut off. We were not aware the water was already shut off. I was not able to take a shower as I had planned. Their small water view on Perdido Bay was nice.

Yelling and swearing by others in campground to the point we did not feel comfortable staying .... so an overpriced camp spot that we didnt get to even use. Very disappointed.

Was disapppinted that it did not have the view of the bay from the campsites as advertised. Our site F12 had a less tha desireable view out our front window.

We were there for a week. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The sites were a little tight, but worked. They are planning improvements, so I am sure the campground will be bigger and better next year. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again for sure.

We had a great time. We met up with our family from Wisconsin and we drove up from the Keys And yes we saw dolphins �� only problem was I forgot to give you my KOA number so we did not get our discount. Jackie Nobili

Site was good size. Staff was attentive. A lot of other sights were VERY small. Definitely want to be careful when booking.

Very nice place to stay. There were only gravel pads, no concrete sites. They weren’t level. The people were friendly. It’s under new management so it looks like they are working to make it nice.

Site was clean , clean showers and bathrooms!!! Sites are well numbered, staff was always so nice and helpful. Laundry was reasonably priced and accessible. Dog park was quaint and poop bags were available which was huge because we forgot ours. Neighbors were nice. Over all we had a wonderful stay.

We had a great time! We all really like. There’s a little of everything for each person. If I can add something, it will be an update to the playground, my 19 month baby love, but it was big for her, so small are for Tods will be perfect!!!

I had a great time. The staff is 1st rate. My lot was excellent made a bunch of friends can't wait to come back next year.

Friendly, helpful staff, gravel/grass level site. Only negative are the sites are close together and the folks beside us had four children running through the sites, making lots of noise.

Has lots of issues during our 7 month stay. Water turned off for hours without notice multiple times, overflowing trash cans, laundry facilities not usable, issues with parking and people being parked in our paid lot. Things started off great, but then went downhill with issues. The location is great, but our stay didn’t turn out to be.

Based on the photo to why we chose this location upon our arrival we saw a totally different site. We have a 42 foot 5th wheel with 5 slides this information was relay during our reservation. The space we were assigned was extremely tight. Our sliders were in the bushes and we were not able to let our awning out for shading comfortably. The laundry room was not clean. The grass need cutting.

We stayed in the deluxe cabin anf had a great time. The location of the camp was great and the kids had a great time. It was quiet and relaxing.

Wonderful stay. Great location. Easy to get to Perdido Key & Orange Beach. Very friendly staff. Nice pool. Just needed some TLC and weedeating. Going back next year!

It was definitely not a KOA experience. The campsite had not been cleaned and was one of several with no picnic table. The laundry room was filthy and almost every washer and dryer were not working. The pool was nice but so cold no one was using it (even the kids) and the hot tub was dirty and murky. Very marginal is the best way to describe it.

Love this campground. Live music, pet friendly, very Kind and friendly people that run this location. At the last night we wanted to stay another night (during spring break) and they made it happen !! Would definitely go back.

My boys and I had a blast! We stayed in a primitive cabin on the bay and enjoyed fishing, the breeze, the dolphins and so much more. It was refreshing and fun. The pool and hot tub are very nice. It was a great vacation. Staff are super friendly.

We very much liked the location. The park is a little tight for a Class A motor coach. The park is clean and pretty. Wish we could have stayed a couple of more days.

We were staying at Fort Pickens National Seashore and everyone was required to evacuate because of an incoming storm. We and our friends were fortunate to book sites for two nights at this KOA, while waiting for word that we could return to Pickens. That notice came after the first night. Pensacola West KOA was understanding and gracious enough to refund our second nights fee. Very nice folks!

Very nice..the staff was great! Pool was awesome, very well maintained! Bathrooms where clean. Only downfall was we had campsite J8..it was a tight squeeze between the deck and a row of bushes. We didn't have a fire pit or swing (as most sites did) However, we still had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful ocean water assess… we were lucky with the weather in March… store well run Our sites had cable over 50 channels.. nice to walk the park and doggy site nice We had a small site only difference between 4 star and 5

We stayed for a week and fished from the pier, enjoyed the pool, and the playground. It's a nice campground and the people are friendly.

We had a wonderful month staying at the KOA in January. It wasn't far from Perdido Key or other main beaches but we honestly just really enjoyed our time at the park. There is a beach on the bay, great fishing, and our kids even caught crabs. We'll definitely be back!

We arrived to the area earlier than expected and ended up booking two nights here. We loved it! Staff extremely nice, great fishing pier, nice beach area, we launched our kayak and enjoyed the bay, saw dolphins in the bay, easy access to gulf shores area to enjoy the beaches. Facilities were clean and easily accessible. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. I would really like to get a group of people together and rent the cabins down by the water…looks like such a neat area! Will stay again!
