Yelling and swearing by others in campground to the point we did not feel comfortable staying .... so an overpriced camp spot that we didnt get to even use. Very disappointed.

Site was clean , clean showers and bathrooms!!! Sites are well numbered, staff was always so nice and helpful. Laundry was reasonably priced and accessible. Dog park was quaint and poop bags were available which was huge because we forgot ours. Neighbors were nice. Over all we had a wonderful stay.

The tent site that they forces us to have (was not the site I rented!) was not fit for a tent. We ended up leaving 5 days early because of how crappy the site was. We couldn’t even use all our tent stakes because of the concrete/asphalt that was all broken up where the tent is supposed to go. We will never be back!

We tent camped at this KOA and the site we were assigned was pretty tight with no clear fire pit. However, the campground was safe and clean, and management was friendly and very accommodating.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this campground. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating, bathrooms are clean. We will definitely, continue to stop at this nice campground, when we make our way through Florida.

Great view of water from the top hill camping spot. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. It was a quiet site everyone was friendly had a fab time definitely will be coming back.

The location was great. Employees were also great. The only knock is that the facilities were a little dated, usable but could definitely use a refresher. Also at $46 a night for a tent site that is pretty excessive, should be in the $20 to $25 range in my opinion. Overall a great place with potential to be even better.

Loved staying here. Older mature trees. Nice pool and hot tub. Convenience to the bay. Wonderful nice people that care about each campers situation and try to make the most out of everyone's stay.

It was a wonderful stay. Grounds were clean, bathrooms well maintained, the bathhouse were clean, friendly staff. One member even helped us pitch our 6 man tent. Dogs were well managed by owners. Excellent location. I would camp here again.

Won’t return! There was no beach! Facilities were not cleanly at all. Both M/W showers only 1 worked properly. Pool had mold/algae growing in it. Grass wasn’t cut in tent area, OMG the ants. Cigarette butts everywhere, trees need to be cleaned. One storm will send several of those limbs crashing on campers below. No would not recommend, will not be returning either.

Waste of money. We came in on Friday and left immediate at 6 am, as soon as the sun came up. And lost a day. Camp sites are super small, cars drove by our tent all night long, other people piled into 1 small camp site next to us with 6 dogs up all night peeing by our tent.trashy Manufactured homes next to us .. Horrible experience.

definitely needs more room for tent camping ..... bigger picnic table and not kid size would have been nice and maybe a fire put or grill for each site ... the located was nice

The park was lovely, and the people that work there are wonderful and helpful. The bathrooms were always clean. The pool was perfect. We will stay there again.

Didn't hang around camp long. People we met were friendly. Close to water. Tent sites very close to each other. Plenty of ants. Showers and bathrooms very clean. Nice and quiet.

Campground is old and outdated.not what I expected from a Koa campground.koa is usually has clean newer facilities not this one. Private beach is a joke and the water in this area is unusable unless you want reddish brown stains all over your boat. We left before our reservation was up. Staff was very friendly however and did the best they could with what they had to work with.

Great location, good facilities. But someone in the campground was playing music the entire night which made it difficult to sleep.

The bathrooms/showers were clean when we got there but declined in cleanliness every moment after and were in bad shape by the time we left 3 days later. Our campsite was overran with ants. If you sat anything down it was sure to have ants all over it. When time came to pack up we also found roaches in our things. The bugs made it I unenjoyable. We camp a lot and expect bugs but it was excessive.

Small camps, restroom needs an upgraded. Had to leave early due tropical storm, notified Thursday to leave on Friday instead of Saturday which is 48 hours hope to get my 1 day back refunded.

Great campground! Only reason I rated it a 7 is because I might not suggest people sleep in a tent in 90 degree humid weather.

Would only come back if in a camper. Tent sites WAY to small. We weren't expecting luxury but we could barely set up our tents with our car on site. The side by side campsite should be one site!! No grill . No fire ring. Child size picnic table. No room to prepare our food. Staff very nice. Clean facilities.

Really great facilities and campground. Only thing was the tent sites in the B Section didn't have any good indicators of the site boundaries, so it was a bit of a free-for-all when it was crowded on the weekend days.

We loved the campgrounds and all of the amenities offered. I would suggest a fire pit for each site as our site did not have a ring for fires.

Nice staff. Nice pool. Other campers were friendly. Small Tent spaces. No privacy for the tent sections.The beach could be kept up better.

We had a wonderful month staying at the KOA in January. It wasn't far from Perdido Key or other main beaches but we honestly just really enjoyed our time at the park. There is a beach on the bay, great fishing, and our kids even caught crabs. We'll definitely be back!

We arrived to the area earlier than expected and ended up booking two nights here. We loved it! Staff extremely nice, great fishing pier, nice beach area, we launched our kayak and enjoyed the bay, saw dolphins in the bay, easy access to gulf shores area to enjoy the beaches. Facilities were clean and easily accessible. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. I would really like to get a group of people together and rent the cabins down by the water…looks like such a neat area! Will stay again!
