Cabin f I think Looked like a swamp Unfixed water leak is my best guess Nothing like driving 12 hours to wade through water to get to your cabin door A total refund should be in order What a joke KOA should be ashamed of themselves We’ll Never stay at that dump again ZERO starts I expect a total refund And we’ll never stop there again

A truly ideal location between several beaches. the campground would benefit from some investment to the grounds. the playground needs updated. the concrete pads need replaced. a serious look at how to control the fire ants would be very beneficial. (there are ways to control) the bath house needs additional lighting and would benefit from some investment of upgrade. the pool was very nice.

Really enjoyed out stay. Nice folks at the front desk and the guide who showed us to our camping spot was wonderful. Nice pool. Everything worked great at the campsite. The cable TV was a plus for our grandchildren.

They need dumpsters which are more accessible. At check in your are told there is a $25 charge if trash is left on your lot, which I understand, but need easier disposal. Directions for exiting are pitiful. Store is well stocked.

Charming Southern Hospitality and Charm. Some cabins are on the shoreline. An older, but well maintained campground. Peaceful nights rest.

The campground is clean and easily accessible. The staff is friendly but don't do much except inside the store. People have to find their own campsite and pretty much help themselves. We were also disappointed that there weren't any firepits at most of the campsites; we really enjoy that aspect of camping is sitting around the fire at night. The view from their pier is awesome though.

Very nice site, I felt like we were well secluded with all the vegetation and trees separating the drive thru parking spots. The porch swings are a nice touch!

Nice place! Loved the pool! Bre at the front office was awesome and so helpful. Awesome customer service from her and all of the people there. Very much enjoyed our stay!

The campground was very quiet and pleasant. We stayed in a cabin which was nice except the television didn't work and internet connection was poor. When I made my reservations it said bring your own linens. I did but when I got there there were sheets on the bed but no towels or wash clothes which I didn't bring. The staff was very friendly and overall I truly enjoyed my stay.

I detracted a star because of the unpleasant attitude of the young girl who worked the desk at check-in. She obviously was in no mood to be helpful . The man who escorted us to our site was very pleasant and helpful, more of a people person. The other star was lost because of the horrible conditions of the campground roads . The are very rough with pot holes and bumps, need exit signs too.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. Bathrooms very clean and store stocked. We stayed in a super site and it was very nice. Some of the paved roads could use attention. I would stay again.

Very clean and nice camping spots. The premium lots have a brick patio with swing and patio furniture which makes it very homey. Bathrooms and showers are clean. Will most likely stay there again.

Grass not cut, roads and sites washed out wit ruts and pot holes. Roads in campground all need to be redone. Entrance road edges broken off making it difficult to come and go. Landscaping needs much attention.

Clean cabin, very nice staff, dog friendly. We had our Rottweiler and our lab with us and the gated dog park was great! Would recommend to others that are traveling or in our case moving across the country and needed quick accommodations for the night. Thank you KOA!

Loved staying here. Older mature trees. Nice pool and hot tub. Convenience to the bay. Wonderful nice people that care about each campers situation and try to make the most out of everyone's stay.

our stay was great , we had a small cabin close to the water. it was clean, had a little coffee pot and tv worked,. staff was great and went out of their way to help us.

Great location that is a short drive to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Friendly staff and very quiet. I couldn’t get the cable to work but other than that it was a great stay!

We had a wonderful month staying at the KOA in January. It wasn't far from Perdido Key or other main beaches but we honestly just really enjoyed our time at the park. There is a beach on the bay, great fishing, and our kids even caught crabs. We'll definitely be back!

We arrived to the area earlier than expected and ended up booking two nights here. We loved it! Staff extremely nice, great fishing pier, nice beach area, we launched our kayak and enjoyed the bay, saw dolphins in the bay, easy access to gulf shores area to enjoy the beaches. Facilities were clean and easily accessible. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. I would really like to get a group of people together and rent the cabins down by the water…looks like such a neat area! Will stay again!
