I loved it! Very quiet. The only issue I had was the amount of roaches in the cabin. We will be coming and staying there frequently because we have a daughter in the navy and is at Corry station.

We were there with friends and we were very pleased. All of the amenities were well maintained. Very central location to visit Gulf Shores and Orange Beach attractions.

Forget Chubby's Pizza in front of the resort. You need a magnifying glass to see the meat.

Yes the campground could use some upgrades but thanks to staff we enjoyed our stay . Todd was amazing and was very helpful during our arrival and during our stay. Upgraded our site upon arrival and had no issues. Enjoyed some live music on Saturday night!

The location on the bay is great. We really enjoyed watching people fish off the dock and having some nice conversations with them. Someone even caught and released a stingray. However the cabins are old, broken, grimy, and need a serious facelift. We don't see the enthusiasm by the owners/workers that we are accustomed to seeing at a KOA.

We loved the peacefulness. Nice to take the short walk to the tiny beach and onto the wharf for the gulf breeze. Cottages and cabins were very cute. Loved the staff’s caring about camper comfort.

The campground was really nice and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and caring. This was a very relaxing and peaceful vacation. We are planning on returning next year.

Bathrooms were very clean but only one shower in the women’s would get hot. The men’s showers never got hot. _$60plus a night is a lot to pay for cold showers. Would have liked to set our tent up by our camper van for extra space but was told the owner wouldn’t let us. Staff was very friendly though avoided letting us talk to the manager about the shower conditions.

We loved being so close to the bay in our kamping kabin. All the amenities on location looked really nice. We just wish we had more time to enjoy everything there since we spent a majority of our short vacation on the beach.

Received alerts on phone and interstate signs saying to avoid the Lillian area due to possible 10ft floods of bay and river nearby. We stayed in a hotel because a friend who lives there said not to risk it. This KOA refused to refund my 1 night cabin rental despite sending them all of the screen shots. Poor customer service if they can't understand we can't risk a flood. Won't be staying here.

Loved it there!!! Only thing and was a big thing. Shower needs a big improvement. Shower heads, in both bathrooms need up grade badly in the plumbing department. Spray was weak and could barely rinse off. Water was either cold or burning!!!

Won’t return! There was no beach! Facilities were not cleanly at all. Both M/W showers only 1 worked properly. Pool had mold/algae growing in it. Grass wasn’t cut in tent area, OMG the ants. Cigarette butts everywhere, trees need to be cleaned. One storm will send several of those limbs crashing on campers below. No would not recommend, will not be returning either.

Opted for the regular site this trip instead of the patio site we normally get. The patio sites are great, the regular sites are much smaller, we had difficulty with our 30 ft bumper pull. Pay the extra for the patio site, it’s worth.

Campground was clean but the showers/restrooms need an upgrade with any circulating air…. Pool @9ft deep was awesome.

The sites are small my slide out was in the shrubs and tires was up against patio deck needs to have a little more room if you have slide outs.Tried to use cable hook up but it was too snowy to even watch , so that was a disappointment.The staff was great and very friendly.Will come back and try to find a site with a little more room.

Loved this location! We are new to the RV life, and staying here helped to win us over. Clean bathrooms/showers, friendly staff and lots of room. The big bounce pad was a hit with our four little boys!

If the shower would've been hot & the tv cable wouldn't have been messed up..... it definitely would've been perfect. Wanted to rate 4.75 cause 4 is a little low.....

We stay at this KOA at least once a year. We absolutely LOVE it there!!! The staff is so friendly and the property is beautiful �

The cabin we stayed in had 3 forks and there was 4 people in the cabin. The sofa was a nightmare to sleep on. The table and chairs was made for 2. The stove sat off the smoke alarm every time we cooked. Over priced for what we got. The pool was nice. The campground was nice.

This camp ground is an older KOA. They have done a nice good cleaning up after the hurrican, but the front sites need up grading. The staff is wonderful and the pool is very nice. We travel in a 40' Motorhome and the roads are a little tight but do able.

Everything was good as usual, the only issue was the cable/internet tv was broken. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I always enjoy my stay there.

Trash dumpsters were very close to sies and stunk really bad, was at this site for a week and never seen dumpsters get dumped. fly's were horrible do to trash issues

We are fairly new to camping but have been to a handful of campgrounds. This was the first time staying at a KOA and our experience was great! The staff was friendly and helpful at check in. The location is nice and the facilities are close and clean. Pool was much nicer than some hotels and not crowded with kids. We had a very nice site with the added patio which was really helpful.

Waste of money. We came in on Friday and left immediate at 6 am, as soon as the sun came up. And lost a day. Camp sites are super small, cars drove by our tent all night long, other people piled into 1 small camp site next to us with 6 dogs up all night peeing by our tent.trashy Manufactured homes next to us .. Horrible experience.

I never stayed. I called earlier in the week to reschedule our stay and no one called me back. So I would like either a refund or reschedule for another time. I mentioned in my voice mail to reschedule for November 12th.

We had a wonderful month staying at the KOA in January. It wasn't far from Perdido Key or other main beaches but we honestly just really enjoyed our time at the park. There is a beach on the bay, great fishing, and our kids even caught crabs. We'll definitely be back!

We arrived to the area earlier than expected and ended up booking two nights here. We loved it! Staff extremely nice, great fishing pier, nice beach area, we launched our kayak and enjoyed the bay, saw dolphins in the bay, easy access to gulf shores area to enjoy the beaches. Facilities were clean and easily accessible. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. I would really like to get a group of people together and rent the cabins down by the water…looks like such a neat area! Will stay again!
