I was very disappointed that we didn’t have internet or antena signals. This should have been disclosed at reservation time. I was told that reception was IFFY at my site, wasn’t given any solution. I purchased firewood that was so green it would not burn ( even after I put it on red hot coals. Other than that everything was ok.

Nice campground,staff was extremely nice and helpful.Location was great close to Pensacola,Perdido and Orange Beach.Will stay there agin.

We stayed in cabin E right by the ocean. It was absolutely beautiful! All staff that we had contact with was very kind and pleasant. We will definitely be back.

Didn't hang around camp long. People we met were friendly. Close to water. Tent sites very close to each other. Plenty of ants. Showers and bathrooms very clean. Nice and quiet.

There were things that can and cannot be controlled. The mud spaces were gross to trek through and the only way to the bathrooms. The flies were outrageous and swarming any food. Our kabin had no water source, so we had to go to the bathrooms every time we needed a spigot. There were air fresheners in the kabin that seemed like they were substitutes for cleaning. The sites were ok in size how ever there were trees on areas that are it almost imposable to pull a camper in. The people who are living there in their camper have junk all around. If you want to do laundry you have to get change from the office because there is no change in the laundry room. Office closes at 6. There is no place close to get change either. I would not stay here again.

I enjoyed the size of our parking site An liked that it was a Close drive to where we wanted to go in Alabama and Florida the things I feel need to be improvements made on would be the bath houses not handicapacceptable. Loved the environment and the cabin was nice, only two things though; there seemed to be sand still left in the bed from previous people and the pool was always dirty with trash, ect. But other than that, I LOVE this koa and always will <3

NOT A VERY NICE CAMPGROUND. TOO MANY CAMPERS IN TINY SPOTS. NEEDS UPDATED AND EVERY QUESTION WE ASKED WAS THE OWNER DIDNT ALLOW THAT OR HE WASNT THERE TO FIX IT. NEVER DID GET CABLE TV WERE TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED NEXT MORNING STAYED 5 NIGHTS NEVER DID FIX IT.

Simple and effective and up to most standards. It’s busy and shoreline is different than you would think. Great dock and cabins are interesting variation.

The campground was in a great location. The pool was nice. The playground and laundry facilities need updated. The bathroom needed more cleaning. Our site was located next to the dumpsters which had severe flies. We couldn’t enjoy outside due to them being so bad. We mentioned it to staff twice but, didn’t move us even though multiple spots were available.

The bay is the biggest attraction for my family. The bathhouses need to be updated and cleaned. The campsites are too close together. The shade trees are beautiful and create much needed shade. The workers are very friendly. Overall, I will visit again.

The cabin was clean but the bathrooms were not. The door to our cabin had a large crack at the top so the flies could come on in. The waterfront location was beautiful. We only used this location as an overnight stay while traveling because Milton was full. I knew it would be more expensive because of the location but it was a bit rundown for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Place is over crowded to many cars boats on small sites dog and people parting into we hours in the night sites not not maintained well. Playground has rusty swings. Major incline to enter the park. Nothing around to do in the area. Tons!!!!!! Of flies couldn't enjoy outdoors at all. Wifi barely works.

Overall, stay was worth the price. Spot assigned wasn’t level and a considerable amount of flies/bugs made it very tough to sit outside. Fire pit didn’t look worth using, but the location of the KOA was very close to state beaches and stores for anything you need. Staff was very professional and helpful when asked for assistance. I would recommend to anyone interested in visiting the area.

While technically it’s on the water as advertised, it’s not. Charging $25 for picking up trash is something I’ve never seen at a KOA (I brought my trash to the overflying dumpster myself).

Play ground needed updating and in July trash definitely needed pickup sooner. People very friendly and helped us into site ;)

We had a great time! The property and facilities were clean and beautiful, the pool was perfect, and the dock was an added bonus for those early mornings to drink coffee with the sunrise.

Amazing staff members, clean lots, proximity to the bay/pier, refreshing pool, well-stocked gift shop, and did i say how great the staff was! We will be back time and time again.

We LOVE Lillian Koa! We stay several times a year. The staff is fantastic and the common areas are always clean. The view of the water is spectacular and well worth the visit!

Didn't have the KOA amenities we are use too, cabins do not have a picnic table, cabins and campsites not spacious enough between each site. Cabin site didn't have a fire ring, the bed in the cabin was very uncomfortable. Washcloth and hand towl smelled soured. not okay guys.

Not well maintained. Bushes and trees need trimming. Trees overhead scraping and tearing up the roof. Bushes so overgrown your slides go into the bushes when you put them out. Very tight spaces and extremely difficult to maneuver into them. Campground is dirty. Pool area was dirty. Loud music. A very large percentage of the sites seemed to be people who were living there. I would never recommend

When we arrived they stuck us in a such a tight camp site we could not open the canopy on the camper because the people next to us were right on top of us. We asked for a different site and were given an attitude about it by the person in the office. Campsites to close together. Will not go back to this campground again. Was not worth the money spent .

Campground is old and outdated.not what I expected from a Koa campground.koa is usually has clean newer facilities not this one. Private beach is a joke and the water in this area is unusable unless you want reddish brown stains all over your boat. We left before our reservation was up. Staff was very friendly however and did the best they could with what they had to work with.

I can only comment on our site which was awful! When I made the reservation I informed the online site that we had a 38ft. Motorhome. The site was probably 38.5 feet. I barely made it on the pad and was exactly 4inches from a tree in front of the drivers window. No picnic table, no furniture, very dated site that should not be rented again until completely refurbished. We probably won't be back.

The camp ground was nice. The bathrooms are very dated and needed to be cleaned more than once per day. Same with the area around the pool. They should have someneone who cleans those areas multiple times per day. It's definitely time for a bathroom upgrade. I did appreciate that there was lots of shade.

Im not very happy right now. I booked my stay for the july 4th weekend and was told i could have my spot i wanted ss3 . When i got there they told me i had been move to a different spot. That someone else would be staying in my spot. So way upset about it but would have gotten over it but the whole time i was there for 4 days no one stayed in the spot i wanted . We reviewed your reservation which was made online in February and the site the computer assigned you was J10. Unfortunately, someone paid the $20 to lock in site SS# for that weekend. That is an option for everyone to do if they have specific sites they are wanting to stay in :)

Other than being in the camper next to the little pizza place and the carpet in the bedroom being wet and started to smell, Everything was great! It would be nice it that camper was facing the other way so that people that stayed in that one, felt as if they were actually part of the camp grounds.

Awesome.Great spot.Great K.O.A...waterfront property...Beautiful.But the bed was teribble.no matress!Just a box spring.Luckily we brought plenty of covers Used it for padding �

We had a wonderful month staying at the KOA in January. It wasn't far from Perdido Key or other main beaches but we honestly just really enjoyed our time at the park. There is a beach on the bay, great fishing, and our kids even caught crabs. We'll definitely be back!

We arrived to the area earlier than expected and ended up booking two nights here. We loved it! Staff extremely nice, great fishing pier, nice beach area, we launched our kayak and enjoyed the bay, saw dolphins in the bay, easy access to gulf shores area to enjoy the beaches. Facilities were clean and easily accessible. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. I would really like to get a group of people together and rent the cabins down by the water…looks like such a neat area! Will stay again!
