We had a peasant stay at this campground. It was very peaceful and being close to the bay to watch the sunrise was amazing.

When I tried to call multiple times no one answered. The space they gave us was so small and crowded that we could barely get our trailer in the space.

Everyone on staff was so nice and pleasant. We had our Maltese with us and he had a blast too. Thank you to all at KOA!

Had a lot of fun. The environment was nice, pool was nice and campground was really taken care of. Just have a few things I would like to see improved. We stayed in a cabin the tv was small. There was a small problem with bugs and the furniture needed to be updated. Maybe a little more kitchen supplies. Other than those few things had a lot of fun and will be returning to do it again.

I had a reservation for 4 nights. The first night I was escorted to an already occupied RV and then told I needed to get a hotel. I did find a hotel 30 miles away at around 11 at night. I returned to KOA for the second and third nights. The forth night my rv flooded and I was once again told to find a hotel at midnight. The manager has never contacted me to apologize which is appalling!

My site was extremely out of level, made it very difficult to level my rv. I put in my reservations I need a 30 amp hook up and was put in a site with only 50 amp. When I went to the office to discuss, I felt like the staff was patronizing and I got the brush off. I have stayed at many KOA locations and have never been treated so rudely. I will not recommend not stay at this site again.

Great location, good facilities. But someone in the campground was playing music the entire night which made it difficult to sleep.

Great place to stay! Had an issue with the power but they came immediately and corrected it. Great little pizza place at the front of the property.

Very pleasant. The facility was clean & organized. Close to Gulf Shores beaches Most appreciated was how friendly and willing to help the staff & fellow campers were. As we were setting up on our first day I noticed there was not a grill at our particular campsite Todd had escorted us to the sight upon checking in he heard me mention it and immediately offered us one of his personal grills!

We had a great time. Being on the bay definitely made this trip. Enjoyed sitting on the swings listening to the water and watching beautiful sunsets.

The bathrooms/showers were clean when we got there but declined in cleanliness every moment after and were in bad shape by the time we left 3 days later. Our campsite was overran with ants. If you sat anything down it was sure to have ants all over it. When time came to pack up we also found roaches in our things. The bugs made it I unenjoyable. We camp a lot and expect bugs but it was excessive.

Quiet place with lots to do. Close to beaches but far enough to stay out of the traffic. Fish from dock, also saw dolphins close up.

Decent place, spots are very small, no fire rings and store hours are a little strange. I'd definitely upgrade the site if I were to stay again so I'm not on top of my neighbor.

The staff here needs some help in customer service and proper, polite communication. Todd, is the exception to this rule, he was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. This facility would’ve gotten a 5 star rating from us if crappy and rude customer service wasn’t something we were forced to deal with.

1st stay @ KOA since pandemic/sold our RV but stayed in a deluxe cabin for 1st time. Very warm welcome @ office. Cabin met our needs & plan to return to stay longer. Would recommend placing a speedbump though, somewhere before DK1 because we could not BELEIVE how fast people drove into the park!

Office only open until 6. Only 1 roll of TP, 2 trash bags - offered to sell us more. Cable/TV completely worthless - nothing came in. Told we'd have a queen bed, a pull out and bunk beds. No bunks (office offered to sell us a mattress). Bought blow up beds at Walmart, slept in the kitchen/ entry. Decent location, shower was nice. After learning our history, one staff member brought us TP.

Had a great time. Cabin was clean, bug free, well located. We ventured out all over southeast gulf area of Alabama shopping, going to the beach, out to eat, and more shopping. Easy out, easy back. Pool was great and right outside the cabin door. Staff was friendly and helpful the couple of times I went to see them. It was a perfect place for my wife and I.

First off I have stayed here several times in the cabins. This time the cabin I was in, the oven door did not have a handle to open it and the vent hood did not work. So any time you cooked it got really hot inside. The AC could not keep up. We had a TV but no remote. Some one before us had the roku remote and you were unable to change it back to the cable. So NO TV for the kids. It sucked

We stayed in a beautiful cabin on the bay. Gorgeous view, quiet, and cabin was clean. Now, that said some maintenance needs to be done. Weed eating for tall grass on our walk to the bathhouse, attention to landscaping for cabins by the bay, and beach cleaning needs to be a priority. We had a lovely time sitting on our porch or in the water. Short drive to many nice beaches & places to eat.

We are repeat customers, The staff are phenomenal and we love this place, Great little beach and pier, The only issue I had this time was the trash, It was very stinky! And there needs to be a WIFI extender for the bottom of the hill at the cabins, absolutely no WiFi, We really wanted to relax and listen to some music on our porch! But all in all great times!

Everything at this park was great except the showers. Water pressure was almost non with 3 ladies showering. The temperature of the water was warm for a few minutes till it turned ice cold and the shower heads need to be replaced as they are crusty and wasn’t letting out enough water. Other then that the place was great!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the RV rental and campgrounds. The pool area was very nice and the campground was clean. They even had live entertainment Saturday night. We will definitely stay here again.

The Garbage was full the whole time we were there Soooooo many flies you couldn’t even eat outside the smell was horrible pool had bugs in it hot tub had broken concrete on the inside of it They did call for an extra pick up on trash but the next day it was full again with everything but trash

We had a wonderful month staying at the KOA in January. It wasn't far from Perdido Key or other main beaches but we honestly just really enjoyed our time at the park. There is a beach on the bay, great fishing, and our kids even caught crabs. We'll definitely be back!

We arrived to the area earlier than expected and ended up booking two nights here. We loved it! Staff extremely nice, great fishing pier, nice beach area, we launched our kayak and enjoyed the bay, saw dolphins in the bay, easy access to gulf shores area to enjoy the beaches. Facilities were clean and easily accessible. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. I would really like to get a group of people together and rent the cabins down by the water…looks like such a neat area! Will stay again!
