Last part of our trip. Memphis, New Orleans, and Gulf Shores. Best part of the trip and most relaxing Loved the cabin on the bay.

This was our second time at the KOA. Love the location and pool. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because the cabin we stayed in had a broken door. We had to lift the door up about 3 inches for the door to lock and from inside the cabin it took two people because you can’t see the key hole. We told the front and no one came to fix it.

Internet was not good to allow for streaming and the cable did not work. I know it’s suppose to be a camping thing but I am a Glamper and need all my amenities. Other than that…being close to the bay was nice and relaxing.

Absolutely fell in love with this KOA. Awesome staff who escort campers to their site! Located on Perdido Bay and 25 minutes from the beach. Quiet, clean, and super friendly. Ice cream social and live music on the Saturday that I was they had biscuits and gravy available on Saturday and Sunday morning! I re-booked on day 2 for another stay in September.

Was a great experience, well kept & clean! The staff at this locations was great (engaging and helpful)! This was my 1st experience with KOA in a very long time and I am excited to schedule my next! Thank you!

NIce pool, live oaks throughout the park. Saturday night there was an entertaining professional singer outside the clubhouse and pool. Weekend mornings there were homemade biscuits and gravy available for small donation, a good touch. I would definitely upgrade to a deluxe site if I were to be in the area again. Good value and location for short drive to gulf beaches or Pensacola.

Space J9 was a little small for a 40ft motorhome, but we made it work. Everybody we meet was very nice and professional. The grounds were very clean. ive Dutchess a pet for us.

The Information and pics on the website was a total misrepresentation of the actual campground. The camp sites are within feet of each other making access nearly impossible. The site I was assigned to was in a red mud pit. Bathrooms were outdated and pieced together. My cable did not work, after inquiring about it at the the office, the next day I found my cable disconnected and lying in the mud!

Small camps, restroom needs an upgraded. Had to leave early due tropical storm, notified Thursday to leave on Friday instead of Saturday which is 48 hours hope to get my 1 day back refunded.

Some staff friendly. Cabin in desperate need of repairs. Bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. Curtains dry rotted. Ac broken. Staff tried to put in ac but did a horrible job and basically stuffed towel around unit which allowed bugs in. Also charged for missing items that were not listed on invoice but when called about told we took pillows and mattress cover which we did not.

My new favorite vacation spot! Beautiful location on Perdido Bay! Grandchildren played with new friends in the bay and pool. We met so many nice people! The little cabin provided a cool place to sleep and escape the afternoon heat. Will definitely be back!

Two days after arrival, I suffered a heart attack. Gulf Shores management and residents were very helpful and accommodating. My wife could not move our trailer to another spot, so we were allowed to stay where we were for as long as we needed. Thank you, everybody!

We enjoy staying at this KOA- it’s clean - pet and family friendly. I wish our site had a tree- or even a bush - I realize it’s hard to have plants at all sites. Trees offer shade. Over all we are pleased with our stay and we do highly recommend this place. We look forward to returning in the fall.

Our Check in was smooth & your Friendly Staff was Great! Loved our little cabin. Bathrooms/Showers were REALLY Well Maintained, quiet area! Excellent Beach for Us, GREAT for those with small children!! I WILL Be Coming Back again & WILL Encourage Others to stay also!

The bathroom was very clean, the same as the fridge, the sink and countertops, and the oven. Water pressure in the shower was great. Half of the stove burners were unusable: 1 did not turn on, the other one stinks like burned fish There were bugs crawling in the kitchen and getting behind the cabinets. The futon mattress was almost the same as having plywood instead of a mattress.

Great campground! Only reason I rated it a 7 is because I might not suggest people sleep in a tent in 90 degree humid weather.

Nice accomodations, pool was clean, nice dock, bathrooms were small but functional. Sites were shaded. Staff was accommodating.

We stayed a week we had a very good spot on the corner and we really enjoyed the dog park since we have three little dogs. Everyone even the campers were friendly, the park was clean and I felt very safe.

The site we were on, although being very nice as a patio site, was at the entrance so was very noisy and busy. The grass had not been mowed so my wife was eaten up by chiggers. Our son was camped on another site. So unlevel had to fully extend his jacks and still could not level without many blocks. Wifi did not work at the end of the park where we were. Too many sites in a small park.

We had a wonderful month staying at the KOA in January. It wasn't far from Perdido Key or other main beaches but we honestly just really enjoyed our time at the park. There is a beach on the bay, great fishing, and our kids even caught crabs. We'll definitely be back!

We arrived to the area earlier than expected and ended up booking two nights here. We loved it! Staff extremely nice, great fishing pier, nice beach area, we launched our kayak and enjoyed the bay, saw dolphins in the bay, easy access to gulf shores area to enjoy the beaches. Facilities were clean and easily accessible. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. I would really like to get a group of people together and rent the cabins down by the water…looks like such a neat area! Will stay again!
