Just stayed a short while but the camper next to us blocked our exit. You might drive around to remind people that they need to stay back from the road. We had to back out of our drive through space to get out. Neighbor no around to ask.

Very nice and clean campground. The only disappointing thing was the walk to the fishing pier and beach area was down a very steep hill.

There’s not much to do in the area. The beach here is not very useable or nice. Friendly campground staff, nice pool and quiet are positive points.

The site we stayed in was OK but not level at all which made it a bit uncomfortable. I should have changed sites but it was just for 1 night and I was tried after driving 7 hours. The park was clean as were the bathrooms which was good. If I choose to stay again I will make sure the site is at least level. They did have some good one's.

The water is the under utilized gem of the property. If you are camping for vacation this is clearly more of long term stay. People are super friendly but you definitely feel like you are a guest in someone else's living room.

We have stay here for the last 4 years on our way back from Southwest Florida. Lynette has always met our needs and is a joy to talk to. All the staff gets 2 thumbs up. We will in May 2022.

As a traveler living full-time in our coach you depend upon strong WiFi signals to get business done ... then relax. The relax part they have but WiFi was horrible. Worst we’ve experienced at a KOA, or any other park. They need to upgrade to go above a 7-star.

A couple days away from home turned into 3 because we enjoyed our little cabin so much we had to stay longer!

We had cabin #6. Not sure about the whole super mario motif but it was comfy clean and the view was remarkable. We hope to get the same cabin next year for a longer stay. Thank you.

You need more staff. Mowing and readiness of sites need attention. The office hours are too limited. The view of the bay from the super sites obstructed by a tree by the hill down to the beach/dock.

I wa sandwiched in between two trees and right oh the road with no grass. For and average price of $50 per night I thought the spots could have been nicer. It was a quiet park and many of the sights were nice.

The cabin deluxe was fantastic I love the privacy it was great Little closer to the Gulf of Mexico was been great but that's okay we had a wonderful time our two-day stay was uneventful and very relaxing thank you KOA for your great stay

We had a wonderful time, and the cabin/cottage was so cute!! Everything was so convenient, and the staff was friendly. We were just sad we could stay longer, but we will definitely be back!

We were crammed in between two campers. Also had to hope that someone would move their truck so we could pull out. We booked a pull through, but it was only a pull through if no one was in the other site. They told us that they would help us. Sure! Also they burned all the garbage and it stunk all day with smoke smoldering. The nicest part was the pool..

This KOA needs some maintenance, had to request for grass to be cut down around patio site, the beach area has a ton of broken concrete and needs cleaned up to really use. We understand that coast had a hurricane hit last fall-but they were constructing a new cottage while beach area needs cleaned up; otherwise didn’t lose power thru a bad storm one night & could still get our kayaks in the wate

We really enjoyed our stay! Very happy with how nice & clean the cabin was, the great view of the bay, and the overall privacy of the place! Our only complaint was the smoking from other guests in the bathroom areas! Overall great!

Quiet, pleasant experience in a comfortable setting. A bit of renovation in progress close to the bay and the spaces/access roads were a little tight, but other than that, quite manageable. Staff was friendly and efficient.

We pulled in well after closing time and did not have a reservation. We took an available spot close to the office and let them know first thing in the morning we were there. The staff was friendly and the location is great (right on the water).

On first impression, park looks old and tired, and in need of TLC. However pull thru spots are very nice and the large patios with furniture are a big plus. Maneuvering room for big dogs with tows is tight. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the campgrounds and all of the amenities offered. I would suggest a fire pit for each site as our site did not have a ring for fires.

The staff is very friendly and the park is clean and well kept. The spots are very close together but that can be expected for the price and being so close to the ocean. We will be back!

This was the perfect place for me and my husband to stay in our camper for 4 nights. We did not have to be on the beach just close to water and fishing and this KOA fit the bill. It was clean and quiet during our stay and staff was helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful month staying at the KOA in January. It wasn't far from Perdido Key or other main beaches but we honestly just really enjoyed our time at the park. There is a beach on the bay, great fishing, and our kids even caught crabs. We'll definitely be back!

We arrived to the area earlier than expected and ended up booking two nights here. We loved it! Staff extremely nice, great fishing pier, nice beach area, we launched our kayak and enjoyed the bay, saw dolphins in the bay, easy access to gulf shores area to enjoy the beaches. Facilities were clean and easily accessible. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. I would really like to get a group of people together and rent the cabins down by the water…looks like such a neat area! Will stay again!
