Very nice park but the area we had had a camper that drove around camp site and parked his truck in street by us and did a lot of back and forth work on his trailor. Hard to relax with that going on …..

The entire campground was laid out nicely, even if some sites were a bit tight. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would return.

Nice pull through site. Easy check in process. Pool area clean and nice. Bathrooms older but always clean and well supplied. Nice little park store. Very reasonable price.

this is a nice little campground. we did not take our camper on this trip, instead opting to rent one of the deluxe cottages with kitchen and bathroom. the only thing that was a little subpar was the cleaning of the cottage, however that may have been because we got there a little early and they may have rushed the cleaning. staff was friendly. quiet and relaxing stay. nice pier and beach on bay.

The camp is in a nice area and close to the water has a nice pier and beach area. Dog friendly with 2 dog parks. They had problems with their water system which was cut off several times for short periods for repairs. The staff was very friendly, The camp had no trash pickup had only one dump area by the entry/exit which was very trashy and always full.

Our premium site was directly beside the campground office. Arriving RVs had to park in front of our site during check-in. It was noisy and air polluting (running engines). The clubhouse was close to our site = very noisy and no privacy. Bright lights during the night. Toilets and showers were ok, but too little. Was our first KOA and most likely our last. We left 2 days earlier.

My wife and I have stayed at many KOA's in the U.S.. This one was the most memorable. We could not have asked for better service, the staff was so kind and accommodating. A special thanks to Todd and Bree for going way beyond the call of duty. WE WILL BE BACK!

If you’re expecting to work remotely: not good enough wifi. If you’re expecting “true waterfront”: you’ll be disappointed. If you expect landscaped, tidy sights, or smooth roadways to walk on: pass. Laundry room was filthy. Also, more machines out of order than working. Toilets and showers are outdated and dirty.

We pulled in on a rainy day and upgraded our spot because the attendant said there was mud due to the rain. At the new spot we were across the small entrance road from 2 big dumpsters that were actually overflowing with garbage and garbage bags were all over the ground. It was disgusting. The bathrooms were not clean and the laundry area was not clean either. We held off on showers and laundry.

My wife and I have stayed in many KOA's throughout the U.S.. This KOA was the most memorable because the staff was amazing and so accommodating. They go beyond the call of duty, special thanks to Todd and Bree for all there help!

We had a great spot ... trees for shade and an open area for outside games. Ended each night in the hot tub. Fantastic weekend. Can’t wait to come back.

The most helpful people. We had a issue with our Rv and a worker there was able to help us out. Saved us from having to call out a locksmith on Sunday. Our campsite was beautiful, roomy, and ever was very clean. We Will highly recommend y’all.

My husband and I came from Tampa and met family to stay here. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue is the sights F7 and F8 were dirt with a little gravel so it was pretty muddy.

When I booked rental I specifically asked if the unit had heat and directly said central heat not space heaters. I was told it had a heating and air unit. It did not and I was left with small 9 x10 in space heaters . The floors were sagging and rippled. The stove was filthy, I cleaned it myself. Windows were broken so couldn’t be opened. Couch was horrible. No spoons. No can opener. Frig dirty.

It wasn't what I was looking for it was clean but I wanted something on the water and l had to go on a hike to it. No beach there. We usually like to stop off shower and do laundry and they didn't have water. We were parked next to the dog park and all I heard was dogs fighting. I won't be back.

We stayed in a cabin and the furnace did not work and it was cold. The cabins are all in need of repairs. We left 3 days early because we had no water for 2 1/2 days. We will not be back unless things are fixed.

Site G13 was unacceptable. The lady who checked us in described the site as “wonky”. Very tight spacing to adjoining sites. Campground needs a major update. Women’s bathroom had clogged toilets. Showers worked fine. KOA headquarters should be embarrassed to have this KOA as a franchise.

This is a mature campground that needs some updating. All in all was a nice 11 night stay. We had a patio site that was well worth the money. Nice pool but need cushions for those hard chairs!

Our site was a little small even by KOA standard but the patio sites are very nice and the campground itself has pleasant employees and is very nice pool small beach on the bay Very enjoyable stay Lots to do in the area either at Orange Beach or on the Pensacola side of the bay

If someone doesn’t have dogs don’t put them next to the dog park. Incessant barking. Also we were not the only campers who were annoyed by this. Campers on either side. We all had booked months ago. No ice.

We had a wonderful time and will be back for over the summer with friends and family. The staff was great and the accommodations were very well maintained and pet friendly. Loved going to the beach area and dock.

My stay was great, however, I had booked another month and was told that I had to leave the day I was coming to pay for the other month. I was pretty much kicked out. I will tell everyone I know never to use this campground.

Campsites seemed small/tight and ours was grass/sand, not gravel. We didn't see staff tidying up like at other KOAs. I think waterfront is misleading. There are a few cabins on the water that might hear waves, but access to the bay is a walk down a steep hill on broken asphalt. The campground was quiet and the pool was nice - hot tub was very small.

Overall the park worked for us would have given a 4.5 on the rating. Everyone we encountered was pleasant an enjoyable to talk to. The dog park could have used more grass which was our main issue.

This campground is clean, but very old. The facilities are old (patios, walkways, paths, bathrooms...) and the internet is terrible: The worst I've had in several years. Notice for dog lovers, the rules are strict and your dog is prohibited on all the beaches of the gulf.

If a campground could be perfect, this is our choice! Immaculately clean restrooms and laundry and grounds. Gracious front office staff! The store is wonderful, and the pool area is pretty. They could use a third dumpster as garbage tends to overflow. That’s my sole suggestion. Otherwise, perfection!

We had a wonderful month staying at the KOA in January. It wasn't far from Perdido Key or other main beaches but we honestly just really enjoyed our time at the park. There is a beach on the bay, great fishing, and our kids even caught crabs. We'll definitely be back!

We arrived to the area earlier than expected and ended up booking two nights here. We loved it! Staff extremely nice, great fishing pier, nice beach area, we launched our kayak and enjoyed the bay, saw dolphins in the bay, easy access to gulf shores area to enjoy the beaches. Facilities were clean and easily accessible. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. I would really like to get a group of people together and rent the cabins down by the water…looks like such a neat area! Will stay again!
