Property was in good shape but the cabin was not clean. Overall good stay but the cabins could use some maintenance and a good mopping.

What do wrong place to begin with this is in Lilllian Alabama.The bushes that they have separate in the campsite make it almost impossible to use the driver side area. Otherwise everything was fine

We were only there for one nite. We were impressed with the efficiency of the reservation process. The site #/info packet was waiting for us since we arrived after hrs. We walked the property to see the sights before leaving and were impressed.

Water access with rentals of boats available. Nice fishing dock for families. Friendly people. Our site was not very level. Walking distance to pizza establishment for dinner.

The staff is extremely helpful and very accommodating. The camp is very nice and with a little TLC it will be much better. The economy pull through spots are too small for big rigs with opposing slides, they said they will be updating. Another side note is that the fellow campers extremely rude. Dogs running free, slamming doors, kids run around unattended and riding golf carts and motorbikes.

They are improving this KOA every year it’s cleaner nicer every year for the last 4 or 5 years! Good job !

We loved it! The layout of the campground is logical and orderly, with all pull-throughs. They have a wonderful pool and hot tub. Perdido Bay is beautiful

Great check in! Enjoyed the view. The only issue I had was that the water faucet treading was stripped a little and had to tape it on. Would come again though!

Very nice campground and very helpful, friendly staff. The RV sites were spacious. We stayed in a cabin with bath/shower. The only complaint I would have is the mattress on the bed and couch was worn bad. Other than that, good stay. I would stay there again in my camper.

Lovely Campground! The view of the bay at sunrise/sunset is so beautiful! Friendly staff, clean laundry and stocked store. Don't miss Chubby's pizza right at the front! Best pizza by far!

1/7/2022…Excellent! Our first visit and we very rarely post reviews, but we were so very pleased with the location, sites and owners who take great pride in their KOA camp ground. The great level of the camp site maintenance mirrors the high level pride the owners care. It was a great one-night stop over as we were headed south….we’ll be back again.

Older KOA, very clean and maintained. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking in the sites was cramped. Table in our slot was unusable. Overall a good experience. We would stay again if travels allow.

1.The grounds are not kept up at all. 2.Filthy. Nothing is cleaned outside. The benches are covered in grime. 3.Out of 8 dryers, only 4 were in service and very expensive compared to other KOA's and campgrounds. 4.The cabins were all growing mildew. 5.The quiet time hours were not enforced. Barking dogs at all hours of the day and night. 6.Dumpsters overflowing with trash. 7.Stinky septics.

There is really nothing positive I can say about this KOA except the staff was friendly. Vegetation was not kept trimmed. Could not sit down at the dog park because the benches were filthy. The picnic table at our site was so tiny we could not use it with 4 adults. The playground equipment was very old and dirty. The pool deck was black with algae. No one does any type of upkeep here. Awful.

I was put in a spot that was so unlevel that I used all of my risers and was still not level. I do not understand RV parks charging $60/night for a spot that they won’t invest in to make it a decent experience for the guest. I was scheduled to stay for a week and I left after one night.

It was way to a short. We were just passing through but it was so nice walking around the lake in the morning. It was so beautiful. Thank you for having us.

We spent 8 days in heaven. Walking distance to a private beach, pool, clean laundry room. We enjoyed it so much we are staying a month in 2022. The staff was awesome. Thank you!

We had a good stay. Our site was a little small with not much space at all between our camper and the one next to us. However the campground was well kept and staff were friendly. Loved the access to the fishing dock where we were able to see the dolphins swim by most mornings. Overall we had a good stay! We would definitely return.

Fine restful stay in a quaint old school cabin close enough to local beaches etc to get to those but avoid the noise and traffic issues

Very easy check in and staff was friendly. Really like that they lead you to your sight instead of just showing you on the map and sending you on your way. Site was clean and neat. Will probably be staying here again

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this campground. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating, bathrooms are clean. We will definitely, continue to stop at this nice campground, when we make our way through Florida.

Stayed one week- in cabin and the beds were broken down so bad you can feel the support boards. Asked for anything else - And answer was no - Possibly my expectations were set too high being a KOA. But definitely not recommending a cabin for a week at $,1000. Would have been bettet in a hotel.

We had a wonderful month staying at the KOA in January. It wasn't far from Perdido Key or other main beaches but we honestly just really enjoyed our time at the park. There is a beach on the bay, great fishing, and our kids even caught crabs. We'll definitely be back!

We arrived to the area earlier than expected and ended up booking two nights here. We loved it! Staff extremely nice, great fishing pier, nice beach area, we launched our kayak and enjoyed the bay, saw dolphins in the bay, easy access to gulf shores area to enjoy the beaches. Facilities were clean and easily accessible. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. I would really like to get a group of people together and rent the cabins down by the water…looks like such a neat area! Will stay again!
