Great spot. Access to the beach was a plus. Super friendly staff. The father daughter concert was a plus! Spotty wifi but that's ok!

Cabins was nice. Floor was really dirty. But otherwise enjoyed the stay. Staff was nice.

We only spent one night and headed north after that. The site was level, the wifi was good and the location was also good. We would definitely go there again.

we had a delux cabin. upon arrival, front door was filthy, one step was rotted, floors need replacing, foam toilet seat was torn. The futon was worn out and there were no comfortable chairs in the cabin.

High stars for the location. Koa has a beautiful view of the bay. This is the first time we have stayed in a cabin at a KOA. I was not happy with the lack of cleaning up before we arrived. The futon was dirty and still covered in sand. The floors where filthy, didnt seem to have been mopped. They turned our feet black. The air conditions are full of mold and if you run them long you can smell it.

I arrived late and was shown to my site. Tired from my trip I set up my camper and went to bed. I then got up real early to take a nice shower and I had the worst shower I ever had. Cold water with no pressure. I turned valve left and right and no hot water. I ended up taking a navy shower. Turn on water rinse then shut off water, scrub then turn on and rinse It woke me be up though.

The deluxe cabin was dirty, the bath tub and sink wouldn’t drain. The A/C barely worked. It is advertised to sleep 4 but that is not possible with a full sized futon. The outside of the cabin was very dirty as well. I definitely would not recommend!

Great, relaxing, peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The only horrible thing was learning 1st hand about the stinging ants. Seriously my feet, ankles & the hand that swatted them off are covered in red,, puss filled pimple like sores that itch & burn constantly. I've tried Dawn, hydrocortisone and calamine lotion so far, nothing works.

Stayed in a Kamping Kabin next to the water. Kabin was clean and enjoyed having my campfire next to the beach as I watched the sunrise. Campground was quiet, staff and guests were polite and friendly. My first time to the gulf shores and looking forward to return asap. Really didn't want to come home.

Staff were very friendly. It is beautiful and sets on the beautiful perdido bay. Bathrooms were clean and the grounds well maintained

Staff friendly, but place is dated. Half the laundry out of order or being used by staff. Uneven, rustic sites. Cable channels just ok or not working. Office closed at 6:00 which is earlier than many Koa’s. Spider webs in bathroom and laundry. Lots of smokers. So nice, but could use a refresh.

Friendly staff, excellent facility. Bathroom could use some work. Toilets are too small/short/ and those cushion seats seem unsanitary.

Was a nice walk to the beach and fishing dock. Sites are way too close. Rough gravel and some tight corners with low hanging branches.

We rented the deluxe cabin down the hill by the water. I did not know it would be beside the bathroom for other cabins and they had to walk past us to get to the facility. Also the Internet did not work at all it was too far away.

the drain was literally in a bush. very close to my neighbors. the pics online are very deceiving. prices are to high. you advertise water front but no one has a view its just a dock. lots of permanent residents that are unsightly. and the property is in need of several repairs and upgrades.

Bathrooms are kept clean, adequate space, friendly staff. I would recommend relocating dumpster away from campsites. Paid extra for patio site and couldn’t enjoy it because of the smell from the dumpsters located about 75ft away.

This was a shake-down trip for us. We have downsized to a smaller travel trailer and this was our first time out in it. We spent three nights in a very nice patio site. We found the park and site to be very clean, well-kept, peaceful and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We definitely plan to return.

Beautiful location, great views and friendly staff. Our spot was not what we expected, the neighboring sites sewer connection was located under our picnic table. Ground was dangerous with tree roots located under the stairs and around the site. Will definitely be going back but requesting different site, more level and less intrusion from neighboring sites.

Bathrooms/showers leave a lot to be desired. Low water pressure, small stalls, little hot water on the men's side. Woman's side had no issues. WiFi is pathetic, with little signal and drops. In 2021 people NEED Wifi access even if in an RV. The site was crowded but nice. Walking to the water was very pretty. Its not clear from the description that there is no beach.

We had a wonderful month staying at the KOA in January. It wasn't far from Perdido Key or other main beaches but we honestly just really enjoyed our time at the park. There is a beach on the bay, great fishing, and our kids even caught crabs. We'll definitely be back!

We arrived to the area earlier than expected and ended up booking two nights here. We loved it! Staff extremely nice, great fishing pier, nice beach area, we launched our kayak and enjoyed the bay, saw dolphins in the bay, easy access to gulf shores area to enjoy the beaches. Facilities were clean and easily accessible. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. I would really like to get a group of people together and rent the cabins down by the water…looks like such a neat area! Will stay again!
