The staff is fantastic! They went out of their way to help us, and as we rented two cabins for our family and my sister-in-law's family, they were able to move us to be next door. Linens were provided along with sleeping bags in case the kids got cold. The fire ring in front of the cabin with surrounding benches is where we spent most of our time. A very quiet and relaxing stay.

Cabins was nice. Floor was really dirty. But otherwise enjoyed the stay. Staff was nice.

we had a delux cabin. upon arrival, front door was filthy, one step was rotted, floors need replacing, foam toilet seat was torn. The futon was worn out and there were no comfortable chairs in the cabin.

High stars for the location. Koa has a beautiful view of the bay. This is the first time we have stayed in a cabin at a KOA. I was not happy with the lack of cleaning up before we arrived. The futon was dirty and still covered in sand. The floors where filthy, didnt seem to have been mopped. They turned our feet black. The air conditions are full of mold and if you run them long you can smell it.

The deluxe cabin was dirty, the bath tub and sink wouldn’t drain. The A/C barely worked. It is advertised to sleep 4 but that is not possible with a full sized futon. The outside of the cabin was very dirty as well. I definitely would not recommend!

Great, relaxing, peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The only horrible thing was learning 1st hand about the stinging ants. Seriously my feet, ankles & the hand that swatted them off are covered in red,, puss filled pimple like sores that itch & burn constantly. I've tried Dawn, hydrocortisone and calamine lotion so far, nothing works.

Stayed in a Kamping Kabin next to the water. Kabin was clean and enjoyed having my campfire next to the beach as I watched the sunrise. Campground was quiet, staff and guests were polite and friendly. My first time to the gulf shores and looking forward to return asap. Really didn't want to come home.

We rented the deluxe cabin down the hill by the water. I did not know it would be beside the bathroom for other cabins and they had to walk past us to get to the facility. Also the Internet did not work at all it was too far away.

Cabin f I think Looked like a swamp Unfixed water leak is my best guess Nothing like driving 12 hours to wade through water to get to your cabin door A total refund should be in order What a joke KOA should be ashamed of themselves We’ll Never stay at that dump again ZERO starts I expect a total refund And we’ll never stop there again

Nice place! Loved the pool! Bre at the front office was awesome and so helpful. Awesome customer service from her and all of the people there. Very much enjoyed our stay!

The campground was very quiet and pleasant. We stayed in a cabin which was nice except the television didn't work and internet connection was poor. When I made my reservations it said bring your own linens. I did but when I got there there were sheets on the bed but no towels or wash clothes which I didn't bring. The staff was very friendly and overall I truly enjoyed my stay.

Clean cabin, very nice staff, dog friendly. We had our Rottweiler and our lab with us and the gated dog park was great! Would recommend to others that are traveling or in our case moving across the country and needed quick accommodations for the night. Thank you KOA!

our stay was great , we had a small cabin close to the water. it was clean, had a little coffee pot and tv worked,. staff was great and went out of their way to help us.

My family and I have stayed at KOAs all over the nation, we rather have the camp like experience as opposed to hotel stays. We enjoyed our stay here (lodge queen bed, single bunks) the bay was nice to enjoy coffee to, it was Quiet and most of all close to all the gulf beaches we wanted to visit. We will definitely be frequenting this koa for all our gulf adventures (twice a month)

This KOA is outstanding. The staff is super friendly and always insuring everyone is enjoying themselves. The bathrooms are spotless and the whole campground is kept clean and orderly. We look forward to returning to this very family friendly spot again soon!

Cabin was cute. Pool was nice and clean. Hot tub was amazing. Would have given 5 stars but the bugs in the cabin grossed me out... especially the dead cockroach in the silverware drawer.

The RV sites may be okay but the cottages need to be updated and cleaned. Cable didn’t work, AC was replaced by window ACs, bed was horrible, futon could not sleep two and the whole place needs a good cleaning. Way too much money for what you get.

The camper cabin on Perdido Bay proved very comfortable, with excellent views and amenities. Families nearby seemed respectful, the bathrooms and showers appeared to be cleaned daily, and my son loved the pool!

I stayed in KK1. It was very comfortable and I very much enjoyed the peace and quiet. And especially the lovely sunrise over the bay.

Wonderful staff, very accommodating. Facility was clean and linens were provided. Proximity to the pool and dog park from my cabin was nice. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay even if it was due to evacuating from Hurricane Ida.

I loved it! Very quiet. The only issue I had was the amount of roaches in the cabin. We will be coming and staying there frequently because we have a daughter in the navy and is at Corry station.

The location on the bay is great. We really enjoyed watching people fish off the dock and having some nice conversations with them. Someone even caught and released a stingray. However the cabins are old, broken, grimy, and need a serious facelift. We don't see the enthusiasm by the owners/workers that we are accustomed to seeing at a KOA.

We loved being so close to the bay in our kamping kabin. All the amenities on location looked really nice. We just wish we had more time to enjoy everything there since we spent a majority of our short vacation on the beach.

Received alerts on phone and interstate signs saying to avoid the Lillian area due to possible 10ft floods of bay and river nearby. We stayed in a hotel because a friend who lives there said not to risk it. This KOA refused to refund my 1 night cabin rental despite sending them all of the screen shots. Poor customer service if they can't understand we can't risk a flood. Won't be staying here.

Loved it there!!! Only thing and was a big thing. Shower needs a big improvement. Shower heads, in both bathrooms need up grade badly in the plumbing department. Spray was weak and could barely rinse off. Water was either cold or burning!!!

We had a wonderful month staying at the KOA in January. It wasn't far from Perdido Key or other main beaches but we honestly just really enjoyed our time at the park. There is a beach on the bay, great fishing, and our kids even caught crabs. We'll definitely be back!

We arrived to the area earlier than expected and ended up booking two nights here. We loved it! Staff extremely nice, great fishing pier, nice beach area, we launched our kayak and enjoyed the bay, saw dolphins in the bay, easy access to gulf shores area to enjoy the beaches. Facilities were clean and easily accessible. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. I would really like to get a group of people together and rent the cabins down by the water…looks like such a neat area! Will stay again!
