Office only open until 6. Only 1 roll of TP, 2 trash bags - offered to sell us more. Cable/TV completely worthless - nothing came in. Told we'd have a queen bed, a pull out and bunk beds. No bunks (office offered to sell us a mattress). Bought blow up beds at Walmart, slept in the kitchen/ entry. Decent location, shower was nice. After learning our history, one staff member brought us TP.

Had a great time. Cabin was clean, bug free, well located. We ventured out all over southeast gulf area of Alabama shopping, going to the beach, out to eat, and more shopping. Easy out, easy back. Pool was great and right outside the cabin door. Staff was friendly and helpful the couple of times I went to see them. It was a perfect place for my wife and I.

First off I have stayed here several times in the cabins. This time the cabin I was in, the oven door did not have a handle to open it and the vent hood did not work. So any time you cooked it got really hot inside. The AC could not keep up. We had a TV but no remote. Some one before us had the roku remote and you were unable to change it back to the cable. So NO TV for the kids. It sucked

We stayed in a beautiful cabin on the bay. Gorgeous view, quiet, and cabin was clean. Now, that said some maintenance needs to be done. Weed eating for tall grass on our walk to the bathhouse, attention to landscaping for cabins by the bay, and beach cleaning needs to be a priority. We had a lovely time sitting on our porch or in the water. Short drive to many nice beaches & places to eat.

We are repeat customers, The staff are phenomenal and we love this place, Great little beach and pier, The only issue I had this time was the trash, It was very stinky! And there needs to be a WIFI extender for the bottom of the hill at the cabins, absolutely no WiFi, We really wanted to relax and listen to some music on our porch! But all in all great times!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the RV rental and campgrounds. The pool area was very nice and the campground was clean. They even had live entertainment Saturday night. We will definitely stay here again.

Last part of our trip. Memphis, New Orleans, and Gulf Shores. Best part of the trip and most relaxing Loved the cabin on the bay.

This was our second time at the KOA. Love the location and pool. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because the cabin we stayed in had a broken door. We had to lift the door up about 3 inches for the door to lock and from inside the cabin it took two people because you can’t see the key hole. We told the front and no one came to fix it.

Some staff friendly. Cabin in desperate need of repairs. Bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. Curtains dry rotted. Ac broken. Staff tried to put in ac but did a horrible job and basically stuffed towel around unit which allowed bugs in. Also charged for missing items that were not listed on invoice but when called about told we took pillows and mattress cover which we did not.

My new favorite vacation spot! Beautiful location on Perdido Bay! Grandchildren played with new friends in the bay and pool. We met so many nice people! The little cabin provided a cool place to sleep and escape the afternoon heat. Will definitely be back!

Our Check in was smooth & your Friendly Staff was Great! Loved our little cabin. Bathrooms/Showers were REALLY Well Maintained, quiet area! Excellent Beach for Us, GREAT for those with small children!! I WILL Be Coming Back again & WILL Encourage Others to stay also!

The bathroom was very clean, the same as the fridge, the sink and countertops, and the oven. Water pressure in the shower was great. Half of the stove burners were unusable: 1 did not turn on, the other one stinks like burned fish There were bugs crawling in the kitchen and getting behind the cabinets. The futon mattress was almost the same as having plywood instead of a mattress.

Went down to recon for a big family getaway next year and had a great time. The staff and facilities were great! Bringing the whole tribe next year!!!

tHE SMALL CABIN WAS PERFECT. SO QUAINT AND HAS SUCH A GREAT VIEW. LOVED HAVING A BEACH RIGHT OUTSIDE THE CABIN. GREAT SUNRISES IN THE MORNING. HAD A WONDERFUL TIME AND WILL DO IT AGAIN IF POSSIBLE.

We absolutely love it there. However, I was disappointed that the roof on the porch still hadn't been repaired from last year's hurricane damage. Also, people going to the public shower tend to walk right through the area designated for Sand Dollar Kabin. Vehicles need to slow down going down the hill. Even so, we can't wait to go back!

We stayed in a luxury cabin. Very clean. Very well stocked with amenities. Would definitely do this again.

Everything was great except needing bed linens for the bunk beds (they did provide some when I asked) and I didn't realize this location dont provide towels or washcloths or that our cabin would be the one next to the public showers. Next time we will request to not be near the public restrooms. We love staying at the KOA's and overall had a good experience. �

We were kinda shocked this was a KOA. It is unlike any others we have visited. Outdated cabins that need multiple repairs. Rental equipment(golf cart) that did not function well. We would prefer a different location and will not be returning any time soon if at all.

The cabin we stayed in smelled very strongly of old cigarette smoke. The ac unit in the bedroom was missing parts so you could not adjust it. We had no firepit but we were sold firewood. The pool area was nice and well taken care of and it had a good KOA store. Great view! Not sure if we would go back to this KOA but it served its purpose.

Showed up late at night the key to my cabin was waiting for me. Excellent location, the photos on thier site don't do it justice it is very nice.

None of the cabins have a key to use the deadbolt. And the appliances seem to be fire hazards, they are so old. Otherwise, staff was friendly and the cabin was clean! Info needs to be updated in cabins though like price lists and ac unit info. But overall a great experience and great value

Camp ground is fantastic. Have stayed in 2 different cabins ( one with a bathroom and kitchen one just a sleeping cabin). The only down fall I saw was the lower bathroom closer to the bay had bugs crawling in the outside sink and the showers needed a good cleaning. The upper bathroom was very clean though. Definitely would recommend staying here :)

They really missed the mark with this location. The cabin was old and dingy...not dirty but certainly not very nice. Everything looked like it was on it's last leg. The staff was nice though.

Although weather deterred a lot of activities my friend and I mostly enjoyed our stay. We traveled the area more than anything. The cabin was clean and out of most of the wind. The map is wrong on the app our cabin was on a steep hill instead of across from pool and showers so wasn't easy access as thought, rented a golf cart for the trek up the hill. So I took 1 star off for the inconvenience.

There were ants in the kitchen, the bed was comfortable but the box springs were VERY VERY loud and every time one of us moved we would wake up. The bedroom curtain rod was bent in half and my husband had to bend it back. The bathroom smelled like sewer. But oddly enough I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful month staying at the KOA in January. It wasn't far from Perdido Key or other main beaches but we honestly just really enjoyed our time at the park. There is a beach on the bay, great fishing, and our kids even caught crabs. We'll definitely be back!

We arrived to the area earlier than expected and ended up booking two nights here. We loved it! Staff extremely nice, great fishing pier, nice beach area, we launched our kayak and enjoyed the bay, saw dolphins in the bay, easy access to gulf shores area to enjoy the beaches. Facilities were clean and easily accessible. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. I would really like to get a group of people together and rent the cabins down by the water…looks like such a neat area! Will stay again!
