Our stay was awesome. Camp sight J10 was wonderful. My only complaint is trash service needs to be more than one day a week. The dumpsters by J10 were full Saturday after they were emptied out on Thursday.

Pet friendly. Close to drive to multiple beaches. Nice showers, clean , friendly , nice pool. Great check in after hours process. Help available when needed. Spots need to be leveled out a little.

Nice pool, great live music! Sites are small but nice. Fishing pier is amazing. Some features are very worn, tetherball, corn hole. Staff was friendly but not overly. It was a good time.

Not up to standards of other “Holidays.” We we’re lucky and got an good spot. Of course paid extra. There was a very loud drunken party behind us that was allowed to go on. On Saturday nights from 7-11 a live country singer used loud mic and amplified guitar that rattled our windows and heard over a/c and and TV turned up . No mic and acoustic guitar would’ve done just fine for those inte

The sites we were put in for our almost week long stay were tiny and horrible. When I made my reservation I chose the site with a patio and looked nice. The site I got was not even close. It looked like an overnight stay spot. They were putting rvs in spots to small for them. The beach they advertised was directly in front of 2 cabins like by feet. Left a day early it was so bad

We’re seasoned travelers and this is the worst campground we’ve been to. The facilities are outdated, flies were so bad we couldn’t eat outside, there was no fire ring or grill, the bathrooms were poorly ventilated and could have been cleaner. Finally, we were charged $25 for leaving our trash by the road at checkout. We’ve been told to do this at every KOA we’ve stayed at. Not customer

Really nice pool. Quiet area. Campground and bathrooms very clean. Staff very efficient and friendly. Camp spaces were close, but that would not keep us from coming again. Bay Area with swings positioned perfectly to watch the sunrise!!! We enjoyed our stay.

Campground needs alot of upkeep. Needed to move sites for better internet due to the fact that I work remotely but they were not accommodating.

Put us in a spot that shouldn’t be a spot to begin with, slides wouldn’t even open. Moved us to another meant for motor homes so had to face another motor home, invading on their space. Couldn’t open awning because would touch their motor home. To say the least they weren’t happy and I don’t blame them. Roads to exit the campground are very tight, almost hit tree. Won’t return!!

Campsites are extremely small. Each site opens up to the black tank dump site of the camper directly beside you so you end up setting up chairs and cooking next to that….it was horrible! The beach was awful. Tiny area to sit at and it was very dirty from hurricane debris such as concrete, trash, wood piling and nails! Pool area was ok but very small and crowded.

We like the location but the park needs updating to accommodate the larger Class A's like ours. The second time we've stayed and while the people are very nice, likely won't stay again as it's a pain to navigate. Not much reason for how units are placed throughout the park and roads are extremely narrow. Feel the park needs updating in regards to the sites. Remove some of the trees.

The campers on the side we sat out in did not have a sealed connection to their sewer. We sat out with the smell of their sewer. They also had two vehicles parked at their space. One was a truck that stuck out so far that we had to back into another space to hook our towed vehicle and leave. Just want campers to abide by the rules.

The property is lovely and the staff is great! It's a little bit of a ride for us from New Orleans but we throughly enjoyed it! We were traveling with 4 other couples so we were a nice sized group. The pool area is very nice and clean.

I was very disappointed that we didn’t have internet or antena signals. This should have been disclosed at reservation time. I was told that reception was IFFY at my site, wasn’t given any solution. I purchased firewood that was so green it would not burn ( even after I put it on red hot coals. Other than that everything was ok.

The sites were ok in size how ever there were trees on areas that are it almost imposable to pull a camper in. The people who are living there in their camper have junk all around. If you want to do laundry you have to get change from the office because there is no change in the laundry room. Office closes at 6. There is no place close to get change either. I would not stay here again.

I enjoyed the size of our parking site An liked that it was a Close drive to where we wanted to go in Alabama and Florida the things I feel need to be improvements made on would be the bath houses not handicapacceptable. NOT A VERY NICE CAMPGROUND. TOO MANY CAMPERS IN TINY SPOTS. NEEDS UPDATED AND EVERY QUESTION WE ASKED WAS THE OWNER DIDNT ALLOW THAT OR HE WASNT THERE TO FIX IT. NEVER DID GET CABLE TV WERE TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED NEXT MORNING STAYED 5 NIGHTS NEVER DID FIX IT.

Simple and effective and up to most standards. It’s busy and shoreline is different than you would think. Great dock and cabins are interesting variation.

The campground was in a great location. The pool was nice. The playground and laundry facilities need updated. The bathroom needed more cleaning. Our site was located next to the dumpsters which had severe flies. We couldn’t enjoy outside due to them being so bad. We mentioned it to staff twice but, didn’t move us even though multiple spots were available.

The bay is the biggest attraction for my family. The bathhouses need to be updated and cleaned. The campsites are too close together. The shade trees are beautiful and create much needed shade. The workers are very friendly. Overall, I will visit again.

Place is over crowded to many cars boats on small sites dog and people parting into we hours in the night sites not not maintained well. Playground has rusty swings. Major incline to enter the park. Nothing around to do in the area. Tons!!!!!! Of flies couldn't enjoy outdoors at all. Wifi barely works.

We had a wonderful month staying at the KOA in January. It wasn't far from Perdido Key or other main beaches but we honestly just really enjoyed our time at the park. There is a beach on the bay, great fishing, and our kids even caught crabs. We'll definitely be back!

We arrived to the area earlier than expected and ended up booking two nights here. We loved it! Staff extremely nice, great fishing pier, nice beach area, we launched our kayak and enjoyed the bay, saw dolphins in the bay, easy access to gulf shores area to enjoy the beaches. Facilities were clean and easily accessible. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. I would really like to get a group of people together and rent the cabins down by the water…looks like such a neat area! Will stay again!
