My wife and I have stayed in many KOA's throughout the U.S.. This KOA was the most memorable because the staff was amazing and so accommodating. They go beyond the call of duty, special thanks to Todd and Bree for all there help!

We had a great spot ... trees for shade and an open area for outside games. Ended each night in the hot tub. Fantastic weekend. Can’t wait to come back.

The most helpful people. We had a issue with our Rv and a worker there was able to help us out. Saved us from having to call out a locksmith on Sunday. Our campsite was beautiful, roomy, and ever was very clean. We Will highly recommend y’all.

My husband and I came from Tampa and met family to stay here. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue is the sights F7 and F8 were dirt with a little gravel so it was pretty muddy.

It’s old and in a bad location. Too close together. Couldn’t put our shade out. Drive way needs attention.

It wasn't what I was looking for it was clean but I wanted something on the water and l had to go on a hike to it. No beach there. We usually like to stop off shower and do laundry and they didn't have water. We were parked next to the dog park and all I heard was dogs fighting. I won't be back.

Site G13 was unacceptable. The lady who checked us in described the site as “wonky”. Very tight spacing to adjoining sites. Campground needs a major update. Women’s bathroom had clogged toilets. Showers worked fine. KOA headquarters should be embarrassed to have this KOA as a franchise.

This is a mature campground that needs some updating. All in all was a nice 11 night stay. We had a patio site that was well worth the money. Nice pool but need cushions for those hard chairs!

Our site was a little small even by KOA standard but the patio sites are very nice and the campground itself has pleasant employees and is very nice pool small beach on the bay Very enjoyable stay Lots to do in the area either at Orange Beach or on the Pensacola side of the bay

If someone doesn’t have dogs don’t put them next to the dog park. Incessant barking. Also we were not the only campers who were annoyed by this. Campers on either side. We all had booked months ago. No ice.

Campsites seemed small/tight and ours was grass/sand, not gravel. We didn't see staff tidying up like at other KOAs. I think waterfront is misleading. There are a few cabins on the water that might hear waves, but access to the bay is a walk down a steep hill on broken asphalt. The campground was quiet and the pool was nice - hot tub was very small.

Overall the park worked for us would have given a 4.5 on the rating. Everyone we encountered was pleasant an enjoyable to talk to. The dog park could have used more grass which was our main issue.

This campground is clean, but very old. The facilities are old (patios, walkways, paths, bathrooms...) and the internet is terrible: The worst I've had in several years. Notice for dog lovers, the rules are strict and your dog is prohibited on all the beaches of the gulf.

If a campground could be perfect, this is our choice! Immaculately clean restrooms and laundry and grounds. Gracious front office staff! The store is wonderful, and the pool area is pretty. They could use a third dumpster as garbage tends to overflow. That’s my sole suggestion. Otherwise, perfection!

The campground is nice. We reserved an economy site for 10 days. Next to our campsite was a large toy hauler RV that overpowered our 25 ft. RV. It blocked any sun and our awning nearly touched the large RV when extended. We felt very crowded but if a smaller RV had been parked next to us, we would have enjoyed the campsite. If we had just been there overnight, it would not have been an issue.

Only a quick two night stay. The staff was very welcoming and the pool looked inviting. However, our site was tight and in order to get out of it we had to back out (we were in a pull thru). It seemed most of the park needed some TLC.

We had a great stay at one of the nicest KOA's that we have been too in our travels over the years. We had a beautiful patio pull thru across from the pool and hot tub which were one of the nicest we've seen at KOA's also! Easy in and easy out....nice staff and great location! Highly recommend!!

We have stayed in KOAs from Alabama to Bar Harbor Me. and it is the worse one..all the rest were great. The roads were absolutely horrible almost impossible to ride on with bikes or for handicapped people. There is literally no recreation. one puny playground. The people in the office were okay but there was one girl in her 20's who was down right rude and argumentative.without water on and off

Wastewater issue was ridiculous. Water turned off all day and over night. Although staff were very helpful management did a very poor job of communicating. People in cabins were just expected to live wo restrooms.

Would have given higher rating, but during our stay the facility experienced a total failure of the sewer system. This was no fault of the staff, and we were contacted prior to our arrival and offered a refund if we choose not to stay. It would have been appropriate to offer some type of rate discount to those of us who did stay.

The campground needs lots of attention there’s lots of potential but over the years you can see that the minor things have been let go to include the restrooms the sites and when we were there they were it without water for two days

The camp lost water. Our last report was that it was going to be out for a week. Stuff happened, and you just have to roll with it. I felt bad for the operators of the camp having to deal with that kind of problem. One suggestion would have been to keep guests updated and informed by using text communication system.

Very nice stay. Everyone was so nice, beautiful water views, good food at Chubby’s and we even booked a pontoon boat ride that was amazing.

This KOA is not up to the usual standards we expect from KOA. Bathroom, shower and laundry were in need of repair and updating. (I had a moment of panic when the rusty lock on the toilet stall door would not unlatch.) Sites were close together with our sewer located next to our neighbor’s steps. We won’t return and can’t recommend.

Lovely few days at the KOA. Such friendly hosts. Also the campers were super friendly. Would have stayed longer. Enjoyed “sitting on the dock on the bay”

This is our 2nd extended stay, we spent 2 weeks here in May 2021 and we loved it so much we booked the entire month of February 2022. So many nice people, employees are top notch. Great place and great people.

Very nice clean camp ground. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Owners had weekend get togethers and activities you could attend. Family friendly. Will go back.

Disappointed in no fire pit. Not too much space between campers. Campground personnel were friendly and very helpful, especially when I was attempting to position my camper so I wouldn't run into anyone or anything. Would definitely come back.

The campground is lovely and situated on Perdido Bay. It was awesome to go down and see the sunrises each morning. We hope to stay again! It would be nice if the bathrooms were updated a little, but otherwise the campground is awesome!

The staff was friendly however the campground, with the exception of the pool, is in need of help. The sites are small, the entire property doesn't look like it has seen a rake in years and the pavement is in desperate need of being replaced.

The friendliest place!! People long term or a day seem to gather there. We want to try a couple weeks there next year. Nice little beach. Extremely dog friendly!!

We had a wonderful month staying at the KOA in January. It wasn't far from Perdido Key or other main beaches but we honestly just really enjoyed our time at the park. There is a beach on the bay, great fishing, and our kids even caught crabs. We'll definitely be back!

We arrived to the area earlier than expected and ended up booking two nights here. We loved it! Staff extremely nice, great fishing pier, nice beach area, we launched our kayak and enjoyed the bay, saw dolphins in the bay, easy access to gulf shores area to enjoy the beaches. Facilities were clean and easily accessible. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. I would really like to get a group of people together and rent the cabins down by the water…looks like such a neat area! Will stay again!
