We stayed here in a 34 ft fifth wheel trailer for 3 nts. It's a nice place to camp, lots of greenery, sites not too close together, super nice staff, good fishing & it's on Peridido bay. If you want to relax around your campsite (many have swinging seats), this is the place for you. You will need to drive to access amenities. We did see a pizza place next door, we didn't check it out. We'd return.

this campground with beautiful. with the water right there! it was clean and everyone was so nice. the site we had was a little tight but we made it work. we will def be going again when its a little warmer and the kids can play in the water

Very nice park, people are great! Wi-Fi leaves a lot to be desired, it's hit or miss as to whether you'll get it. Some days we get it all day and others not at all.

Clean campground. Small sites. Beautiful water view, great pier to view sunrise and sunset. Office staff very friendly except for maintenance man. He could use a bit more customer service training.

Our site was the smallest we've ever had. That being said location, location, location! We could walk to the water and overall is a nice smaller KOA. We will definitely go back! Met extremely nice people and the park was convenient to necessities.

The tree in front of the store needs to be trimmed. We scratched our brand new motorhome and saw a London aire do the same. Grass is overgrown at sites. Staff is friendly. Bathrooms are super clean. Need more attention to the grounds.

The park could use a big update. It looks worn out. The site we had was not depicted well on their brochure or website. It didn't have much privacy and they brought other campers right past us to access other sites, said it was a path but not shown on ma. Good things were that all the services worked properly. The staff were pleasant and they made some changes to our reservation without any hassle

We like this place but the wifi could be better. At the office the youngest girl (twenties) could be more helpfull. The rest of the staff are great. Great place to stat.

The campground was ok, nothing to write home about! The pool and hot tub looked inviting but was too cold outside to try it out. The camp sites were small and not well maintained. There was no rhyme or reason for the way the spots were created. The staff was friendly.

Beautiful!!! But the ground was inclined making it very hard to level out. That’s just a heads up because it was still pretty, clean, and well kept.

This is an awesome campground, great view on the bay, very nice and cozy campsites, above all the ladies at front and the gentleman we’re very kind and friendly, I am happy I chose to stay there on my journey in to Florida, I will definitely come back again and visit. I recommend this campground and the super friendly staff. Thank you for making it feel home.

Nice clean campground with courteous staff. But it’s too far from “beach” type activity for our family. May be perfect for you trip, just not the perfect spot for us.

Could use some larger picnic tables. Those mini tables aren,t much good except to sit things on. Too small to set and eat at unless you under 12 yrs. old.

Check in was easy, with a guide to help me into my spot. The site was clean and setup easy. The general store had necessities, showers/restrooms clean, they fill propane too. There was a doggy park and several doggy cleanup stations around the park. There were swings with beautiful views, a small playground for the kiddos and golf carts for rent. I had a wonderful time and will stay here again!

Great KOA! We had an amazing spot overlooking the water. It was roomy and perfect! I highly recommend this KOA, will definitely come back! The beach is the best part! So relaxing.

Nice managers. Bigger sites are very nice. Smaller sites are pretty tight. We had to leave early due to a death in the family and they were very accommodating. We'd stay there again!

The park is nice and employees quite nice. We stayed a week. The people next to us had 2 medium dogs barked constantly. They barked viciously when other dogs walked by on the road. The couple had no control over their barking.

There are some loverly sites at this KOA, however we were not in one of them. We selected a premium site, paying most expensive rate for the highest quality site. Our premium site was incredibly unlevel, left/right, had cloth moving furniture blanket as part of the premium deck, grill had significant lean, fire pit consist of few landscaping bricks that were knocked over, more of a trip hazard.

We had a wonderful month staying at the KOA in January. It wasn't far from Perdido Key or other main beaches but we honestly just really enjoyed our time at the park. There is a beach on the bay, great fishing, and our kids even caught crabs. We'll definitely be back!

We arrived to the area earlier than expected and ended up booking two nights here. We loved it! Staff extremely nice, great fishing pier, nice beach area, we launched our kayak and enjoyed the bay, saw dolphins in the bay, easy access to gulf shores area to enjoy the beaches. Facilities were clean and easily accessible. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. I would really like to get a group of people together and rent the cabins down by the water…looks like such a neat area! Will stay again!
