Always neat and tidy. Water pressure was too poor to have a shower in my camper though. Please, plant some trees and bushes! There is not even a little shade anywhere there.

Water main broke and we could not shower flush tanks or fill up before leaving for the mountains,and No reimbursement was given. 80 dollars is pretty steep when you don't have all the amenities. Owner said it was not is problem

I have emailed corporate, tried to discuss our issues on site staff and Facebook messenger to the specific KOA site. Please provide an email to discuss our unaddressed concerns about people smoking marijuana in the communal fire pit around our infant.

Unfortunately Bathrooms were filthy and smelled awful. Very Dirty. Showers were dirty. Even the control remote for the TV in our cabin was sticky and unclean. I understand that its a campsite but there are simple measures for cleanliness in bathrooms that were not maintained. We stayed in a KOA in Leavenworth and it was VERY well maintained and clean. We thought it would be the same experience.

My family and my friends family enjoyed our stay here at KOA hinton! The cabin we stayed at are clean and the staff are friendly.

The place is really beautiful! It's not cramped which gives lots of privacy to emevery campers in each sites. Bathrooms & showers are well maintained. Most of all staff are very friendly. We wi surely comeback here.

The campground was very clean and well kept. The bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities were nice. Two suggestions: 1) as it is a high wind area, perhaps building some fences or windbreaks between sites would help; 2) maybe have fireboxes for the RV sites as well.

Showers were dirty and full of insects. The campground has problems with water (it's yellow and it stinks). The view is good and the people are nice.

We love the pull through campsites & since it’s right off the highway it’s easy to get to. The lots are clean & well kept. The sewer drain is a little high so it’s hard to drain the tanks completely.

We absolutely love staying at this “gem”�ϋ�You get to sit and have your coffee in the morning & see the mountains...the staff is wonderful!

One of the cabin washroom tub is clogged. Water is coming out from the tub while taking a shower. Water all over the floor of the washroom. But the rest of the cabins were good. We had a good stay. Definitely will come back.

For the price disappinted the sites are on top each other . My slide nearly over top of the next door campers table. Sewer open on both sides made setting up a real treat until we figured where the smell was coming from. Not fair to price the second day higher just because it is a weekend.

They guy who checked us in was super friendly and helpful and the bathrooms were really clean. Other than that, it was over-priced, really far from Jasper, the sites were small, not at all shaded and it was noisy.

Well kept, great staff. The only negative is the lot size is way too small. Family orientated. Quiet. I wasnt a fan of no fire pit on the lot but we ended up enjoying the evening comraderie at tge community pit

The facilities were great! I was nice to have a hot shower and a communal cooking area. My site didn't have a fire pit and I dont think that many do. I saw a few wood burning bbq's but it would have been nice to keep warm by the fire. Usually I like to go camping in the woods where each site is separated by trees, but its pretty open here. Great place for families though!

We had a very short overnight stay - we arrived late and had to leave the next morning. Late arrival check-in went smoothly. Our cabin was great - clean and warm. Amenities were clean and as expected. We've already booked our next stay.

People working at KOA in Hinton / Jasper were very friendly and did a great job. Campsite was clean and well taken care of. Wish there was fire pits and bit more privacy for the price you pay per night.

We used the park as a jumping off point for Jasper. Park was clean and pull through sites were very convenient. Nice playground for the kids and nice community fire area.

Lovely park with many amenities. Covid limited our willingness to use many. disappointed in the site we were assigned which had no useable outdoor space. A large loud family expanded themselves on one side while a septic hose strung across our side door-picnic table side...not very enjoyable space. There were many empty and more spacious spots so we were less than happy with our assigned spot.

Expensive for amenities provided. Extremly congested sites. Avarage location. Unlevelled sites. Connection points for sewage higher than ground level resulting inproper drainage.

Smell of sewage was quite strong in the area of the park where i stayed. Also,I had a full service site but the sewer pipe protruded so high above the ground it was not usable (unless you wanted to manually feed the sewage along from your trailer). They did refund the difference between a full service and water only site, but it was a pain. They should cut the top off the sewage pipe - simple fix

No option to find another firm mattress for the bed in the "Deluxe" cabin. Young guy ( the person in charge)said to us nobody in the tourism industry can offer you this kind of service, Really?? We have to ask for another BBQ, they brought another one and they spent half and hour trying to initiate it. then we spent one hour cleaning this device. Last two days the smelling was terrible.

The only issue we had was that the bathrooms we out of order a number of times through the day because they were plugged. They needed to be inspected more often. Thanks

The sites are all open as others have mentioned, so there is not much privacy. The gates close at 11 pm, which is a bit frustrating considering the town of Jasper is 45 minutes away and therefore if you're dining or hanging out in Jasper you have to rush back to make sure you make the gate it time otherwise your locked out. It would also be difficult for those wanting to take a day trip to Banff and have to return back to the campground in time. I understand making the campground safe by locking the gate, but perhaps closing the gate should occur a bit later maybe midnight? Only other complaint would be is we had to cancel the final night of our stay which was 3 days away, but we were not given any refund. We were aware of the 48 hour cancellation policy, but the policy means before arrival ONLY… despite if the date you're cancelling is more than 48 hours away… so that was a bit disappointing.

Loved our stay, however it was not the best. Had lots of trouble with the vending machines and washer and dryers taking our money and not working properly. Staff usually weren't around for us to bring up the concern because it always happened after hours. Other than that I would say the experience was great! It was quiet, and the spot that we had set up our camper in also had a concrete slab with its own picnic table which was really nice. For the most part we were out exploring so it was more less a place for us to set up. I would say it is slight over priced for what you get out of it.
