I really enjoyed my stay, but I wish that the communal fire pit and otdoor kitchen was explained better on the website.

Unfortunately, our stay was a disappointment. There was no privacy, and the washrooms and showers were below par in terms of cleanliness. We asked for a refund because we decided to leave after our initial night, but the manager told us that wasn’t an option for her, and “she didn’t trust us”, and even hang up on us on the phone after we called back. Very disappointed..

The campground and amenities were decent. However our tent site backed directly onto private land where they blasted music until at least 2 - 3AM. FYI for those considering staying here.

It was nice, quiet hours were respected and the place was full. The thing my family missed most was the games room. The washrooms were always dirty to the point where you could get changed without getting your clothes dirty from the floor or use a clean toilet. I know that they got cleaned daily and it's hard when you have a packed campground but maybe twice a day cleaning.

Online booking is ideal. Kamp Kitchens are busy and have limited facilities. Washrooms are adequate, not luxurious and water is hard. Campsite we had was large enough but no flat spot big enough for a large tent. Was pretty decent and relatively quiet. Grass and roads well maintained.

The facilities were fairly well maintained, however there seemed to have been so.e kind of party with loud music that went on during our stay, it went until well past quiet hours, causing my youngest child and myself to wake up several times and have a hard time falling g back asleep.

We stayed there for 3 nights. The bathrooms were never cleaned during out stay. I would have notice because I am quite clean

Not good very under staff waiting in long line up to get checked in just the owner there then tried to change my tent spot because other people put there tent on wrong spot she was not going to let me move to other spot and in morning I find out there was lots. Of w Empty spots I would not return there again

Very well kept campground in general but the lack of fire pits at campsites makes it very unlikely I would return.

This is a beautiful campground but the care and maintenance is a little marginal. It would also be nice if there was a way to get campfires allowed at this campground.

-Douches et salles de bain sales. Fait 1x en 5 jours -Terrain sans arbre, sans végétation. -On nous fait sentir mal de prendre deux tables de pique-nique prétextant que plusieurs personnes pourraient arriver. The price wasn't worth having no fire pit nor any trees. You're essentially paying a large sum to stay in a parking lot. I called and booked for 4 people. The person on the line made a mistake and booked for 3 people. I called to have it changed and they emailed me to say they added an adult but failed to send me an updated quote, so I wasn't impressed when I was charged an additional 30 dollars.

This campground is not tenter friendly. It's a glorified field with bathrooms. There are no trees to block the wind or elements or neighbours and no fire pits. It was a very unpleasant stay.

Showers were dirty and full of insects. The campground has problems with water (it's yellow and it stinks). The view is good and the people are nice.

The facilities were great! I was nice to have a hot shower and a communal cooking area. My site didn't have a fire pit and I dont think that many do. I saw a few wood burning bbq's but it would have been nice to keep warm by the fire. Usually I like to go camping in the woods where each site is separated by trees, but its pretty open here. Great place for families though!

Very friendly staff, nice accommodations, just unfortunate that we went at a time where we couldn't have fires but they have a cooking station and communal fireplace. It was all around lovely and we will be back next time to try out the cabins

WE had a small leisure RV van (19 foot). We were given a nice tent site but told we had to park the van on the small gravel spot right next to a neighbouring tent site. We didnt have any social distancing from the people beside us. We were not pleased. We ended up moving our van onto the poor grassed area away from the site beside us to social distant from the site parking spot beside us.

Noisy party of about 40-50 people who kept others awake after dark; management did nothing about it. This party partially took over the shelter, ignoring Covid 19 regulations and making it awkward for other campers to use. Only one shower of two working during a busy long weekend, inadequate cleanliness in bathrooms.

Not very good for tents. No trees shielding you from other campers and no trees to put up tarps. it’s fine if you just need a place to stay and not if you actually want a camping experience. Also no fire pits so that sucked. Not worth it for the price

We quite enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean. The only thing that would have made it better would be a firepit at our campsite and trees that we could hang our hammock from. Thanks!!

It would be nice if the quiet hours were enforced by staff from 11pm to 7am. There was a group next to us balsting music and yelling way past 11pm. Also please clean the toilets more often. Thank you!

Awful. My family had to self isolate over Covid concerns. My daughter got sick the day before our camping trip. When I called I was simply trying to let the Koa staff know that they could release my spot I knew that it was past the point of refund. He kept cutting me off to tell me I couldn’t get my money back to the point I couldn’t even finish my sentence. I just wanted to let them know.

My wife, 2.5 year old and myself tented for a week and during that stay it rained and poured for probably 4 days. And every morning there was a gentleman that would come by and check up on us and all the other renters to make sure we where doing ok through the storm. Hard to beat that. They where always out and about checking garbage, cleaning or mowing. Excellent place to take your family.

When we arrived, we picked up our reservation which had a site number not even listed on the map, had nowhere to park and no picnic table or fire pit. Next morning the site worker came around and asked us to move our car. When we explained that our site number was not on the map, he still did not clearly explain directions and just kept telling us to park at a different site away from our tent.

The sites are all open as others have mentioned, so there is not much privacy. The gates close at 11 pm, which is a bit frustrating considering the town of Jasper is 45 minutes away and therefore if you're dining or hanging out in Jasper you have to rush back to make sure you make the gate it time otherwise your locked out. It would also be difficult for those wanting to take a day trip to Banff and have to return back to the campground in time. I understand making the campground safe by locking the gate, but perhaps closing the gate should occur a bit later maybe midnight? Only other complaint would be is we had to cancel the final night of our stay which was 3 days away, but we were not given any refund. We were aware of the 48 hour cancellation policy, but the policy means before arrival ONLY… despite if the date you're cancelling is more than 48 hours away… so that was a bit disappointing.

Loved our stay, however it was not the best. Had lots of trouble with the vending machines and washer and dryers taking our money and not working properly. Staff usually weren't around for us to bring up the concern because it always happened after hours. Other than that I would say the experience was great! It was quiet, and the spot that we had set up our camper in also had a concrete slab with its own picnic table which was really nice. For the most part we were out exploring so it was more less a place for us to set up. I would say it is slight over priced for what you get out of it.
