very clean next time well come when everything is still in season we stayed a couple of days before closing so I understand why things weren't available, and shower curtains needed to be changed.

The season closes September 30th, we had booked 2 nights in the cabin a week prior to closing, we called in advance to ask about the fire pit and were informed it would accessible. Upon arriving they had closed down the fire pit, kampers kitchen and said they were going to turn off the water but we convinced them to leave it on. If we did not bring a camp stove we wouldn’t have been able to cook

Privacy was good. Internet connection was really poor and mostly non existent during our stay and same with the tv channels. It`s hard to lock the bathroom and we never used the bbq as we can`t figure it out. There was no one to ask for help after the office was closed for the day.

I have been taking my family to KOA every year. This year will be the last year. It was filthy. I mean disgusting. These are just a few pictures. The outdoor cook hut was COVERED in bird poop. Cabins were clean but would recommend putting mattress covers on. Our cabin was in front of construction tape because there was a hole that hadn’t been fixed. Ruined a little of the experience for us. No amenities except for a small playground for the kids.

We had a great stay yet again! As with the last visit I felt the washrooms could have been cleaner and the cabin as well especially in the days of COVID! The manager did not seem too knowledgeable about the kids play room or coffee. Otherwise an amazing stay!

The washrooms were not cleaned three days in a row including emptying the garbage. Cabin had toys under the bed, webs and dirt in the corners, windows dirty, picnic tables were not cleaned off. I was really disappointed as I stayed there two years ago and it was great, management change? When complaints were made the management basically told us we were lying, really bad for franchise!

Campground is showing its age. Kitchen isn’t clean. Burners are filthy and old; taking a long time to cook anything. Cabins and bathrooms were clean but showing their age and need of update. Would be nice if they supplied brickettes for cabin fire pits as they are useless without.

Very nice atmosphere. Frandly staffs. Close to town so easy to get grocery. I want to stay here for next camping!

Washroom needs to be cleaned often, the showers have molds on it and very yellowish, the floors could use some good scrubbing. The rooms are dusty and doesn’t look like it was getting cleaned before check-ins.

It was exceptionally clean. All of the staff and owners were awesome. The k9 park was great. Also they have a dog walk which we used daily. Thanks. We will be back.

Staff was nice but the lodge cleanliness was poor, not even close to a hotel standards. We have may lodge stays to compare too. Dirty floor, bathroom, fridge, fan blades and window…..gross. What a lodge has to offer compared to a hotel room has me thinking the bang for the buck is in a hotel room that has a microwave, coffee pot, pool, hot tub & continental breakfast.

The service was poor. The washrooms and showers were not clean and smelled so bad… the kitchen was not clean and the sink drain was not good. No power outlet was provided at the kitchen and the stove was not clean either

Rented a Deluxe Cabin and it's Not at the KOA normal Standard No microwave. No dishes. Not allowed to cook food inside the cabin. No linen, blanket. But you can rent a pillow...

Very clean, well-maintained property. Great setup for all types of campers including large RVs, cabins, and tenting. We stayed in a cabin and it was really nice. The only downside was that the bunk beds were very small, not conducive to an average or large size adult, more for children size, so if you have 4 adults I would recommend renting 2 cabins as the queen bed was fine.

Always a very nice time, in the past we’ve rented the smaller cabins but since we had a larger group I booked us 2 medium cabins. My only 2 complaints were that there was no microwave in the cabins despite the floor plan saying so, and the horrible sewage smell on Sunday morning, but that last one most likely wasn’t your fault, the air quality sucked because of the smoke

It was a great place but the bunk beds were very tiny! We had 4 adults in the room and not sure I would do it like that again out of comfort for the ones who would have to sleep there. Other than that the sites felt clean and cozy:) Staff was great!

Unfortunately, we had some issues during our stay in the deluxe cabin. It could be better if this place is manage well. Issues: The sliding bathroom door won’t locked or stay closed so the door kept on opening so there was no privacy. The bathtub in the shower was clogged when we shower. The toilet bowl grossed out my daughter due to dark brown color. Our stay was a disappointment.

Our only complaint is that you need to update the kitchen burners. It took over an hour to get my pot to boil the water and cook hotdogs! Maybe add some BBQs for guests to cook on as well in the community kitchen! Everything else was great and will come back again!

The worst cabins you can ever live in, we didnt have hot water, running rust water most of the time. Told the manager next morning and they told me we will check, I mean no sorry or apology offered. It was just a normal day for them to ignore customers complaints. Lawn full of weeds and garbage. Have pictures and videos of the water if need be. Will review the worst camping experience of my life.

Quiet and peaceful place. Management should work in improving some details in the cabin: The main door needs knob repair, it does not close and the lock needs to be used all the time. The ceiling fan is loose, noisy and does not blow air. The TV signal is poor. Internet very slow. The BarBQ was dirty. In general, the cabin was not clean. The bunk bed is a kid’s size.

We were in a group, and stayed for 3 nights. We were approached by a lady that we need to move and let others use the hall as we occupy the whole hall. She should have said it nicely and not by accusing us that we bought friends from outside and not thinking we rented about 10 cabins. 2 were deluxe. That is not what we expect from a manager.

Deluxe cabins are real nice and clean. Loved the area, super quiet. The cabin could use more things like: garbage in kitchen, more toilet paper and garbage bags for the washroom. The parking was big enough for two cars but we got told to move our second vehicle anyway, we both have handicap placards with problem to walk so we were a bit annoyed since the cars were not in the way at all.

Overall it was great, beautiful place with a view, close to town and the drive to Jasper don't feel to long because it's has beautiful views,the campground and cabin was clean beautiful and affordable and have all you need except it would be nice if the internet was better , it needs another antenna because where we were we hardly had any.

The rustic cabin we stayed in was a great alternative to tenting. All we had to do was bring our own sleeping bag or linens. The small TV was a little added bonus, and the bar fridge was very helpful. Also, being able to have free showers was fantastic! They're cleaned every day. Loved the cabin - very cute. The center pavilion was great for cooking & cleaning. I'll definitely be coming back!

The sites are all open as others have mentioned, so there is not much privacy. The gates close at 11 pm, which is a bit frustrating considering the town of Jasper is 45 minutes away and therefore if you're dining or hanging out in Jasper you have to rush back to make sure you make the gate it time otherwise your locked out. It would also be difficult for those wanting to take a day trip to Banff and have to return back to the campground in time. I understand making the campground safe by locking the gate, but perhaps closing the gate should occur a bit later maybe midnight? Only other complaint would be is we had to cancel the final night of our stay which was 3 days away, but we were not given any refund. We were aware of the 48 hour cancellation policy, but the policy means before arrival ONLY… despite if the date you're cancelling is more than 48 hours away… so that was a bit disappointing.

Loved our stay, however it was not the best. Had lots of trouble with the vending machines and washer and dryers taking our money and not working properly. Staff usually weren't around for us to bring up the concern because it always happened after hours. Other than that I would say the experience was great! It was quiet, and the spot that we had set up our camper in also had a concrete slab with its own picnic table which was really nice. For the most part we were out exploring so it was more less a place for us to set up. I would say it is slight over priced for what you get out of it.
