Really enjoyed our stay. It was effortless to book on the app/check in. Very friendly staff and fellow campers. We really liked the K-9 Kamp for our dogs and the pet walk area. Well kept campground!

Site was very uneven. Sites were too close together. Could hear the guy snoring next door!! Nothing around to see, walk to. Just in a field

The staff is super friendly. The only issue we had is the water quality since there is some kind of rust smell of the water. Other than this, I would recommend it to my friends.

Great stay. Lots are small but nice. Playgound area is great. Could use a place to swim and a better stocked store.

Definitely needed air conditioning otherwise it was good. I have recommended to lots of friends, coworkers and family. We have been going there for a few years.

Very friendly staff and clean cabin. But, would've liked to see better upkeep of the flower pots and gardens. So many weeds! Also, the blinds in our room were broken so privacy was an issue and during 35°C weather a fan that worked well would've been nice.

Staff very friendly and facilities very clean and well kept. Some nice features such as dog walk and dog exercise area as well. My only comment against your facility is that it would be nice if there were some trees between sites - even if that means a column cedar that would not take up too much room but give more aesthetic appeal.

J’avais loué car dans le titre du camping c’est inscrit Koa/ Jasper, en réalité c’est à 70km de Jasper. Pour nous qui étions en motorisé et désirions visiter Jasper et les glaciers... c’était trop loin

Crowded, not covid friendly, small camp sites, was told room for two tents couldn’t even put up one tent. Left before night came.

Staff were excellent, bathrooms spotless and the grounds were well kept however, the water pressure was extremely low and the water tasted horrible.

On our site the sewer pipe was to high above the ground, resulting in back up in our pipe. This was annoying having to empty the pipe every day. Secondly the ground surrounding the electric stand was not level resulting in my wife twisting her ankle. I went around several sights and found this to be a problem with them as well. These should be leveled off before someone breaks an ankle.

Camping was ok Found the price a little extravagant Considering that we had made reservations for 4 units it would have been nice if we had all been placed together Also was some mix up with which spots we had causing my daughter to have to pack up and move to another site

We found the campground lovely, well groomed and staff very helpful. Unfortunately it is still a long drive to the village and main attractions of Jasper, so we looked locally for other things to do. A young lady in the office made some great suggestions of what and where to go locally and so we had a great time doing that too.

Very easy to get in and out of. Roads in the campground were quit rutted though. Wifi was only available one day of our stay. Very clean We would stay again!

It would be nice if the quiet hours were enforced by staff from 11pm to 7am. There was a group next to us balsting music and yelling way past 11pm. Also please clean the toilets more often. Thank you!

Very clean camping area. We stayed in cabin. Small but rustic and quaint. Great spot if you are planning to tour and hike the area. It would have been good to have a microwave or hot plate, but I think they were removed due to Covid. We made do with the BBQ. The wind continued to blow out flame but it was manageable. Very clean washroom facilities and friendly staff. Would recommend!

It was a great stay! Our first time. Loved the cabin. Noticed half the showers are out of order in one of the buildings and a set of cooking elements don't work in the cooking area. Other than that it was great! We'd stay again. All the employees were very friendly! Thanks so much!

Half the showers were out of order, and the lights in the rest didn’t work. We were told no parking on the grass, if my truck could fit on the gravel I would have to park in quest parking, no problem. I seen at least 6 trucks parked a crossed the gravel pads with their wheels on the grass because they couldn’t fit, staff didn’t enforce the rules just drove by.

Sites were okay, wide open and no trees and with no fire pits it was not the greatest camping experience! Also the washrooms near our site closed for the week, but after a steady lobby to the office they did reopen the washroom. With the campground full, and with trying to practice social distancing, the closing of the washroom was ridiculous and made no sense!!

While initially disappointed by the lack of trees (shade and privacy) and facilities (pool and a pond we were not allowed to use). It turned out the day was a wash out and we were happy to use the communal kitchen and laundry facilities. The staff were very pleasant.

Very supportive, friendly staff. Only recommendation I would make is to have someone come and grade the roads as they are getting difficult to manage with the potholes.

Things are starting to get run down with the new owners. We have been coming to this KOA from a long time now. Our water did not work and i was lucky to have a longer hose. General appearance of the campground ���� is in decline. Dissatisfied and disappointed as we really like the Koa there in Jasper. Not worth the drive in to Jasper now

The sites are all open as others have mentioned, so there is not much privacy. The gates close at 11 pm, which is a bit frustrating considering the town of Jasper is 45 minutes away and therefore if you're dining or hanging out in Jasper you have to rush back to make sure you make the gate it time otherwise your locked out. It would also be difficult for those wanting to take a day trip to Banff and have to return back to the campground in time. I understand making the campground safe by locking the gate, but perhaps closing the gate should occur a bit later maybe midnight? Only other complaint would be is we had to cancel the final night of our stay which was 3 days away, but we were not given any refund. We were aware of the 48 hour cancellation policy, but the policy means before arrival ONLY… despite if the date you're cancelling is more than 48 hours away… so that was a bit disappointing.

Loved our stay, however it was not the best. Had lots of trouble with the vending machines and washer and dryers taking our money and not working properly. Staff usually weren't around for us to bring up the concern because it always happened after hours. Other than that I would say the experience was great! It was quiet, and the spot that we had set up our camper in also had a concrete slab with its own picnic table which was really nice. For the most part we were out exploring so it was more less a place for us to set up. I would say it is slight over priced for what you get out of it.
