property is nice, large spaces, and beautiful views, laundry facilities clean, only draw back was the roads and spaces are all dirt and pot holed. looks like gravel at one time but needs to be replaced. Many holes!

The personal escort to our site was outstanding. He was friendly and very helpful. The dog K 9 camp with the obstacles was great for our dog and also the grassy dog run area. Other KOAs had nice setups for dogs, but this Hinton KOA has the best.

The only problem I do not understand is why the doors to the washrooms are propped open all of the time? It does have cold air entering the facility as well as rain. I do not need a door propped open for encouragement when it is a washroom

The shower house/washroom building in the middle of the campground was clean, smelled fresh, and the free showers worked fine. There was one women's toilet stall that needs floor repair. The shower house/washroom in the basement of the office needs repairs including the floor of one women's toilet stall, the shower curtains are stained.

Again we really enjoyed our visit. This was the first time we stayed in a cabin and it was set up very well. Morning walks with our coffee were wonderful. Friday evening we enjoyed the community fire and meeting a few people from this country and another country. Love this little spot on the planet.

Was the typical KOA. Game room is no longer there. Washroom clean grounds clean.

The staff were absolutely wonderful to us. From the moment we drove up I felt like a child again, staying with family as we vacationed and knowing that we could count on another warm welcome when we come back.

Gravel roads desperately in need of grading. Site was muddy and made worse by rain. Existing grass throughout needed care and mowing. Did not use facilities, which from the outside looked like they needed attention.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The laundry area was clean and priced reasonably. We came in late and they had sites written down that were available. Nice location, Close to the town of Hinton & east side of Jasper.

Sick atmosphere, with really good camping spots, the only thing that bugged me was like three really stupid dogs that woke me up five times in the middle of the night!

Rough drive ways. Ablution block clean but more than half toilets/ showers not working. Clean up with Roundup would make the campground much more attractive

in comparison to other deluxe cabins at different KOA we missed the kitchen sink, microwave, toaster & coffee maker.

Cabin was very cheap and just outside of jasper so travelling into town wasn’t an issue. The campsite was clean and we will be back!

Compared to other KOA camps that I have visited, this is not up to a KOA standard. The bathrooms were not the cleanliest, and the landscaping, especially around the front of the office was overgrown with weeds. No trees at all around the campgrounds. The roads had many potholes. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Lovely campground. Good dog park. Close to Hinton but no freeway noise. Sites need minimal leveling. WiFi very slow but user friendly.

Everything was good except a large group that was staying in cabins. Loud until after midnight. Made the stay very frustrating. The facilities are great.

Washroom Facilities are old and in a basement. Campground was full in high season, so it implies a bit more attendance to keep it clean! Which was not the case at all... in the morning there was no more paper in the W Washrooms and it was very dirty! Same in the showers (3 common M and W it is not enough!!!) We stayed at several KOA in US and Canada and it is so far the worst maintained!

Nice campground. No water pressure. Water was yellow and clogged my filter. Could not get spots correct. We had friends traveling with us. We’re suppose to be next to each other. That did not happen until the next day. The next night a new person came into the campground and stated we were in his spot. Manager came to camper next day and wanted to see our sheet which showed we were in right spot

The cabins were spread out nicely, allowed more room for relaxing without overhearing others. Enjoyed the common cooking area - that was neat and worked perfectly re cook and clean up... Dog run was awesome, our dogs loved it to roam about up and down the obstacles.... It was quiet and great stay over...

The stay was awesome and the staff was great. The only thing was people coming in at all hours of the night.. vehicles were coming in after 12:00 and at 3:00 am. Most campground have no entry after11:00 pm.

The sites are all open as others have mentioned, so there is not much privacy. The gates close at 11 pm, which is a bit frustrating considering the town of Jasper is 45 minutes away and therefore if you're dining or hanging out in Jasper you have to rush back to make sure you make the gate it time otherwise your locked out. It would also be difficult for those wanting to take a day trip to Banff and have to return back to the campground in time. I understand making the campground safe by locking the gate, but perhaps closing the gate should occur a bit later maybe midnight? Only other complaint would be is we had to cancel the final night of our stay which was 3 days away, but we were not given any refund. We were aware of the 48 hour cancellation policy, but the policy means before arrival ONLY… despite if the date you're cancelling is more than 48 hours away… so that was a bit disappointing.

Loved our stay, however it was not the best. Had lots of trouble with the vending machines and washer and dryers taking our money and not working properly. Staff usually weren't around for us to bring up the concern because it always happened after hours. Other than that I would say the experience was great! It was quiet, and the spot that we had set up our camper in also had a concrete slab with its own picnic table which was really nice. For the most part we were out exploring so it was more less a place for us to set up. I would say it is slight over priced for what you get out of it.
