Unfortunately, our stay was a disappointment. There was no privacy, and the washrooms and showers were below par in terms of cleanliness. We asked for a refund because we decided to leave after our initial night, but the manager told us that wasn’t an option for her, and “she didn’t trust us”, and even hang up on us on the phone after we called back. Very disappointed..

We were in a group, and stayed for 3 nights. We were approached by a lady that we need to move and let others use the hall as we occupy the whole hall. She should have said it nicely and not by accusing us that we bought friends from outside and not thinking we rented about 10 cabins. 2 were deluxe. That is not what we expect from a manager.

We have loved staying at this KOA in the past. This time it seems like things are getting a bit run down. There were water issues where we had no water for multiple mornings of our stay. Staff & ownership wasn’t as friendly and welcoming as typical for a KOA. Bathrooms frequently out of supplies.

The campground was very clean. But for the price you pay the size of your spot is very small. And there is no privacy at all between each campsite. So no we would not stay again.

The campground and amenities were decent. However our tent site backed directly onto private land where they blasted music until at least 2 - 3AM. FYI for those considering staying here.

It was nice, quiet hours were respected and the place was full. The thing my family missed most was the games room. The washrooms were always dirty to the point where you could get changed without getting your clothes dirty from the floor or use a clean toilet. I know that they got cleaned daily and it's hard when you have a packed campground but maybe twice a day cleaning.

This is a very nice campground ,however we were given a site that was very close to another campsite when it appeared that there were multiple open sites unoccupied that could have accommodated our unit making the experience even better for both us and our neighbor for the evening. These sites were still available when we checked out

This is a lovely, well kept campground, where we have stayed before. It is quiet (except for the highway noise, and the people were friendly and helpful.

Grounds are beautifully maintained, however sites are very close to each other. The water has a yellow tinge to it also which is very off-putting, especially when paying a pricey $85/night to be there.

Online booking is ideal. Kamp Kitchens are busy and have limited facilities. Washrooms are adequate, not luxurious and water is hard. Campsite we had was large enough but no flat spot big enough for a large tent. Was pretty decent and relatively quiet. Grass and roads well maintained.

very tight spaces. we had a pull through at 76.00 and we are seniors. campground we stayed at before that was 40.00 and after that was 40.00 camp was 15 min out of town!

Deluxe cabins are real nice and clean. Loved the area, super quiet. The cabin could use more things like: garbage in kitchen, more toilet paper and garbage bags for the washroom. The parking was big enough for two cars but we got told to move our second vehicle anyway, we both have handicap placards with problem to walk so we were a bit annoyed since the cars were not in the way at all.

Overall it was great, beautiful place with a view, close to town and the drive to Jasper don't feel to long because it's has beautiful views,the campground and cabin was clean beautiful and affordable and have all you need except it would be nice if the internet was better , it needs another antenna because where we were we hardly had any.

The rustic cabin we stayed in was a great alternative to tenting. All we had to do was bring our own sleeping bag or linens. The small TV was a little added bonus, and the bar fridge was very helpful. Also, being able to have free showers was fantastic! They're cleaned every day. Loved the cabin - very cute. The center pavilion was great for cooking & cleaning. I'll definitely be coming back!

Loved the cabin. Only issues was the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. I'm sure it was due to shifting. And the front door lock from the inside could not use the bolt, the other lock still worked. Can't wait to book again. The kids were excited about the bunk beds and having thier own room.

My reservation was inputted incorrectly and I received an e-mail and phone call informing me to leave my camp site immediately while I was in Jasper for the day. Once we cleared everything up we didn’t receive an apology. The water was also shut off 3 days in a row all day long which was frustrating with a toddler.

Has potential but not looked after, Facilities are old, sites need major upgrading. Overpriced for what you get, 3 days of no water for 8hrs per day with very low water pressure. Water quality is terrible and no one monitors the speed limit and many campers were going very fast creating lots of dust and safety concerns with kids playing. Roads need some gravel and regrading because of potholes.

Stayed 8 days with great expectations having stayed there before. Water was very cloudy and poor water pressure. Staff shut down water system twice to make repairs...much appreciated. Wi-fi was hit and miss where as most KOA's supply excellent wi-fi service. The access bridge requires improvement at both ends. Thanks for asking.

I have stayed at the Hinton KOA quite a few times over the years. Twice now when I turned on the water and let it run before hooking up, i got rusty or dirty brown water. I can’t imagine why that should happen in such a busy park. Maybe those water supplies should be turned on and flushed on a regular basis. One worries about the quality of water they are about to drink.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and service at this location. I have been to many KOA’s in Ontario before and have never experienced any problems until this stay which occurred a few days long this week. When we arrived to our cabin there was still water bottles and other garbage left in from the previous camper, which made me wonder if it was even cleaned before we arriv

During our eight day stay, we had an three consecutive days where we were without water for hours at a time. On the 3rd day, we were without water for about 7 hours. In addition, about half the washers/dryers were out of service in the laundry. For $62-$72 per night, we expect much better service.

The facilities were fairly well maintained, however there seemed to have been so.e kind of party with loud music that went on during our stay, it went until well past quiet hours, causing my youngest child and myself to wake up several times and have a hard time falling g back asleep.

The people were friendly and helpful and the location is scenic but they were problems with the water. They ran out of water a few times and it was not part of the water since it was well water. Otherwise it was a good experience. The Wi-Fi was only good at all times when you were near the office, but we noticed that in other KOA’s as well

We were very disappointed to be told by this campground, that we were not able to obtain a refund for our potential stay, when a road to this campground was closed for eight hours due to a serious accident. We had hoped they would display empathy and understanding for this situation and provide us with a refund for an overnight stay which was not possible.

It was my worst experience staying at KOA ever. I am soon to be 69 years old and I have been staying at KOA campgrounds since I was in mid 30’s. We had water shutoff’s without any warnings. I was in the middle of my shower when water was shut off. Just imagine!!! Trying to wipe off all the soap from my body and the worst was from my hair. Not a happy CAMPER.

The sites are all open as others have mentioned, so there is not much privacy. The gates close at 11 pm, which is a bit frustrating considering the town of Jasper is 45 minutes away and therefore if you're dining or hanging out in Jasper you have to rush back to make sure you make the gate it time otherwise your locked out. It would also be difficult for those wanting to take a day trip to Banff and have to return back to the campground in time. I understand making the campground safe by locking the gate, but perhaps closing the gate should occur a bit later maybe midnight? Only other complaint would be is we had to cancel the final night of our stay which was 3 days away, but we were not given any refund. We were aware of the 48 hour cancellation policy, but the policy means before arrival ONLY… despite if the date you're cancelling is more than 48 hours away… so that was a bit disappointing.

Loved our stay, however it was not the best. Had lots of trouble with the vending machines and washer and dryers taking our money and not working properly. Staff usually weren't around for us to bring up the concern because it always happened after hours. Other than that I would say the experience was great! It was quiet, and the spot that we had set up our camper in also had a concrete slab with its own picnic table which was really nice. For the most part we were out exploring so it was more less a place for us to set up. I would say it is slight over priced for what you get out of it.
