Loved the cabin. Only issues was the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. I'm sure it was due to shifting. And the front door lock from the inside could not use the bolt, the other lock still worked. Can't wait to book again. The kids were excited about the bunk beds and having thier own room.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and service at this location. I have been to many KOA’s in Ontario before and have never experienced any problems until this stay which occurred a few days long this week. When we arrived to our cabin there was still water bottles and other garbage left in from the previous camper, which made me wonder if it was even cleaned before we arriv

It was my worst experience staying at KOA ever. I am soon to be 69 years old and I have been staying at KOA campgrounds since I was in mid 30’s. We had water shutoff’s without any warnings. I was in the middle of my shower when water was shut off. Just imagine!!! Trying to wipe off all the soap from my body and the worst was from my hair. Not a happy CAMPER.

Water was shut off for hours multiple days of the stay, no communal cooking area access like before for the cabins, Asian female staff members were extremely rude, unable to shower, wash my hands or use the washroom during the stay without water. No sanitizer put out in the bathroom even if I chose to use the bathroom. Disgusting.

The campground itself is beautiful. I stayed at this campground 5 years ago and was happy about the public shower and washroom that I recommended this campground to my friends. Sad to say, our experience is not the same this time. Tap water is kind of brownish and smells rusty. Public shower stalls are dirty, shower curtains obviously old and needs to be replaced.

It is easier to write what was bad. Propane ran out, ran out of ice, could book over the phone, had to book all our family separately. Called x3 to get an answer to the question, what date we booked for. Bathroom doors don't lock or shut, not given more the 1 roll TP, advertised games outside & indoor, neither were available, says wifi on website, then once you arrive u r told its weak . 6 Cabins

The campsite is spacious. The cabin size was good, and my kids loved the bunk bed. However, there are a few things the Delex Cabin needed to fixed 1. BBQ starter isn't working, good thing I have my lighter 2. The water smell rusty and the toilet bowl looked disgusting b/c of the rust. My kid refused to use it at first. 3. the step boards outside of the cabin door are loose, kind of a hazard.

Enjoyed our stay. However our cabin could use a few repairs, front door did not close unless it was locked, bathroom door was not level. TV had very poor reception.

Loved the people and found every thing and everyone enjoyable. Plumbing could use some work though as it’s showing the hard water issues.

It was a fun stay coz kids love it though the washroom in the deluxe cabin doesn't look good especially the toilet bowl wherein there is a stain and water has a smell. But overall as I said its fulfilled experience.

Office/store only open 9-6, makes check in difficult and closes right when you want snack! Cabin steps broj=ken, fixed while we were there, bathroom door broken, sink leaking, 24/hr on-site manager was a ghost... people drinking and running around campground at 4am and had a fire at their site regardless of the fire ban. Maintenance and check in staff friendly. Have been before but wont go back!

The KoA associates did not have a lot of information about their site. They did not know if the water on the site was potable or not. The store on the site had no bottled water for sale. Had to go to the city to get water. To enter the site from north bound there is no left turn corridor, sometimes you have to come to stop in road where speed limit is 100 km/h. Dangerous left turns!

Washroom sink had stain and couldn't be cleaned. It was terrible and very bad looking. KOA has to fix it before rent it out.

It was our first time to stay at a KOA. We stayed in the Camping Cabins and it was a great first impression. Staff on site was friendly and the premises were kept clean. The cooksite was tidy and convenient. Will definitely try to be back again this season.

My family and I have stayed at this particular KOA many times over the last 8 years. In the past 12 months or so, it seems - different. When I checked out, the gentleman behind the counter did not greet me. He looked at me and instead beckoned to an employee who had just come in from outside to assist me. It just seemed less friendly, less welcoming. Disappointed.

the site was nice but very windy. There were no personal fire pits only common area and with Covid cannot say I want to hang with stranger. False advertising when the website shows firepits and you get there, there are none. but still charging rates like there are all the luxuries of camping

Overall great but there were a couple issues: The hooks behind our door in the camping cabin were all missing. Having stayed here before I was expecting them to be there and as such we had nowhere to hang coats and towels etc! One of the ladies toilets was dirty and unusable for an entire day!

We’re very happy with our 3 night stay in your cabin. It’s very clean and well kept. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is great. We’ll come again I’m sure, and recommend it to friends.

The water was brownish to yellow and has smell! The lady in the reception was confusing! Our cabins was supposedly close to each other ( 4 gros) on the day of checking in , she gave it to other people. Then one of my friend received a call why she did not check out the following day? Hello..we’re booked for 2 nights!

Drainer plug on the bath doesn't work. If you take a shower, you have to hold up the plug to drain the water by hand. Water coming out is kind of light brown. The hot water in the sink does not work unless you open the bath faucet and have both on at the same time. Waste of water and if you close the bath faucet, the water in the sink reverts back to really cold. Stayed 3 nights, wifi work 1 nigh

The sites are all open as others have mentioned, so there is not much privacy. The gates close at 11 pm, which is a bit frustrating considering the town of Jasper is 45 minutes away and therefore if you're dining or hanging out in Jasper you have to rush back to make sure you make the gate it time otherwise your locked out. It would also be difficult for those wanting to take a day trip to Banff and have to return back to the campground in time. I understand making the campground safe by locking the gate, but perhaps closing the gate should occur a bit later maybe midnight? Only other complaint would be is we had to cancel the final night of our stay which was 3 days away, but we were not given any refund. We were aware of the 48 hour cancellation policy, but the policy means before arrival ONLY… despite if the date you're cancelling is more than 48 hours away… so that was a bit disappointing.

Loved our stay, however it was not the best. Had lots of trouble with the vending machines and washer and dryers taking our money and not working properly. Staff usually weren't around for us to bring up the concern because it always happened after hours. Other than that I would say the experience was great! It was quiet, and the spot that we had set up our camper in also had a concrete slab with its own picnic table which was really nice. For the most part we were out exploring so it was more less a place for us to set up. I would say it is slight over priced for what you get out of it.
