Had a great couple of nights here. The place is very well maintained, and has a lot of amenities. Big bonus for us was the dog playground and dog walk area. Wish each site had a fire pit but its county regulations that prevent that. Great view of the mountain as well.

Bathrooms were extremely dirty. Shower was bloody?! It was gross! Opted for pit toilet 20 miles away the morning of our departure!!

We had a great time.The staff was fantastic. Ed made sure we were well looked after in our spot.The girls in the front office were wonderful too. Ben you have done a great job keep up the good work. The fella that works with Ed was great also and made sure our little bit of lawn was cut..

Could be a nice campground. But no trees and no individual campfires. Also, disappointed with hidden charges for each of our kids. We will look for other alternatives next time.

Manager is very nice, helpful. We go switch to another site halfway throughout our stay because of leak issues on our site, which is totally understandable. The maintenance people accused us of creating the leak (which the night before was fine and started leaking throughout the night).Like I said, the manager was awesome about everything, but the maintenance people, very rude. Would not go again.

Stayed three nights. It was great! The staff was very patient and accommodating. They even jumped on a golf cart, and guided us to the RV site. Had a few questions. All of them were answered. I would go back again!

We stayed 4 nights on site 52 near the office ( june 1 to 4 2020 ) inter net was good and the owner was very friendly.The camp was not even half full as it was just opening .We have been here before and will be back again. Thanks

The only thing would be to ask to be far away from the playground.. We were tired and the playground was being well used... But in saying that, it was still great to hear people and children out and about.

Sewers way too close to wear you eat. Staff not current with COVID rules from Chief Medical Officer of Health. Placed an RV right beside us when most of the campground was empty.

Nice clean neat place, but it’s lacking a wonderful camping feeling. This place is in dire needs of some Tree’s It’s so windy. More privacy between campers and a fire pit would definitely be a much better stay The Hosts are friendly and very nice

Staff was friendly. Small glitch with no water access and I used that from a neighbouring site. Overall, it is a nice back drop for views and could have full services without COVID. Thus, the rating is more on the parking space as amenities were not open. The pull through is nice, but the small spacing between sites, and lack of trees, makes privacy almost nothing.

We were well behind where we thought we would be, and we looked for a place to stay.. found the KOA, went to the office, they had an easy to understand sign in sheet and super clean facilities. Great place, very clean!

Facilities have been well taken care of. Especially during covid-19 pandemic, all facilities have been sanitized and managed well. It is very well located close to Jasper and get to enjoy nature on site. Another benefit to mention, this site is close to Hinton therefore all amenities including grocery shopping is convenient.

While not treed, the campground was well kept and managed, and had water, power and sewer, as well as a great view of the ‘Entrance’ to the Rocky Mountains!

had a nice quiet stay which is what we needed. they were having water main issues but we still had water even though the pressure was not the greatest at times. They were friendly and very accomodating. We will definitely be going back.

It was wonderful to be able to get out into the fresh air and be away from home. All amenities were closed to the public due to Covid-19 restrictions but we were fully equipped so it didn't impede our relaxation and enjoyment. The view of the snow-capped mountains was a welcome sight every time we stepped out of our trailer!

I only stayed there for 2 nights. After the first night, My site was shutdown because the water line was broken underground. I moved to another site and the water tap was leaking water and lucky enough I had a long water hose and the next unit was vacant.

They had WIFI available, but could be a bit faster. They had a few channels to watch on the TV. Check In was easy. The staff were all friendly. The grounds were clean and grass cut as per weather permitting.

Booked for 4 days Very disappointed with site given. Given a site at End of a row, only room to take camper off and no room for truck to park Grass very long and uncut so couldn't use picnic table. It remained that way for entire stay even when told about situation. Immaculate washrooms and shower area. Great large common outdoor fire area under a gazebo Laundry room a great asset

Very nice looking KOA. Lots of green lawn. Campground host was very friendly and welcoming. Bathrooms were clean but showers in the office bldg. were another story. The curtain in the room I was in had brown slime on the inside folds. We didn't check out the other communal bldgs to see if they were better. We camped next to a covered kitchen area that would be very useful for large groups/family.

Great place to stay. Very clean, good facilities and very friendly, helpful & informative staff about the local area and what to see in the Jasper area. Would highly recommend!

The sites are all open as others have mentioned, so there is not much privacy. The gates close at 11 pm, which is a bit frustrating considering the town of Jasper is 45 minutes away and therefore if you're dining or hanging out in Jasper you have to rush back to make sure you make the gate it time otherwise your locked out. It would also be difficult for those wanting to take a day trip to Banff and have to return back to the campground in time. I understand making the campground safe by locking the gate, but perhaps closing the gate should occur a bit later maybe midnight? Only other complaint would be is we had to cancel the final night of our stay which was 3 days away, but we were not given any refund. We were aware of the 48 hour cancellation policy, but the policy means before arrival ONLY… despite if the date you're cancelling is more than 48 hours away… so that was a bit disappointing.

Loved our stay, however it was not the best. Had lots of trouble with the vending machines and washer and dryers taking our money and not working properly. Staff usually weren't around for us to bring up the concern because it always happened after hours. Other than that I would say the experience was great! It was quiet, and the spot that we had set up our camper in also had a concrete slab with its own picnic table which was really nice. For the most part we were out exploring so it was more less a place for us to set up. I would say it is slight over priced for what you get out of it.
