A wonderful experience ... a well-maintained campground in a beautiful setting, and the hosts looked out for me (I was camping alone) and were very kind.

1 night stay, facilities were good, our little patch of gravel and 6 feet of grass was sufficient. very hot no shade trees and way overpriced.

Sites side by side—no separation or privacy! Water quality poor-bad taste, discoloured. Blamed it on being sourced from a well and recent line repairs. Sewer hookup kept pulling apart and had to be replied.

We enjoy are time at KOA . Very friendly staff and the place is well maintained. The only thing I didn’t like there was no fire pit . Camping with no fire is different for the kids. Other then the fire pit there is no complaints. We will go back for sure.

The wind made it impossible to sit outside. I know you can't do anything about that. The sites were too close together with no trees for privacy.

The park is clean and most of the staff is really friendly but the manager is a little grumpy.

We needed a place to stay one night on short notice, and KOA came through for us. Great camping sites and washrooms helped make our stay enjoyable. Thanks so much!!!

A woman that was management had no customer service skills. I parked in the wrong spot because the numbering system has more than 1 number 18. She was difficult and argumentative. The place wasn’t even half full so there wasn’t a need to close down and move. Finally, she agreed to figure out the difference in price and come back to me to discuss. She never came back and my CC had been charged

always stay at the Hinton KOA but this time whoever is running it is not taking care of it -- picnic tables in very bad shape and really no service as the operator just looks at a person like we are interfering with his life BUT if the tire of your vehicle touches the grass someone comes out and tells you to "get off grass now" -- we were not even finished parking -- BAD customer service

We had a very good stay, it is very quiet and well kept. My dog and I really enjoyed the dog walk area. The staff and as specially the manager lady were very nice.

Adequate but not as good as the last few years. Park seems to be lacking upkeep as there are many weeds on the roads and driveways. Many benches are in rough shape and need painting.

Our stay was good we were only overnight 10 hrs , it's much too expensive , they charged us extra for our 2 kids so we're a family of 4. Showers were not clean . We've stayed in this park a few times over the years it needs some improvements. The fire pit is a nice idea .

Très beau camping. Un peu loin de Jasper mais ça vaut la peine si on ne veut pas coucher dans le parc National. Les gens à l'accueil sont très gentils et le camping très propre. Nous recommandons sans problème

2 separate nights stay travelling back and forth and the KOA is very clean and well organized.

Very well maintained and very clean. Many added touches like bbq’s and tanked for guests to Use. Like the fact that there was camping available gir people without RV’s. The little cabins and park models are great

I wish there was a pool but the overall experience was amazing! Staff were amazing, washrooms clean and showers were non coin operated and that’s just mint!

The sites are all open as others have mentioned, so there is not much privacy. The gates close at 11 pm, which is a bit frustrating considering the town of Jasper is 45 minutes away and therefore if you're dining or hanging out in Jasper you have to rush back to make sure you make the gate it time otherwise your locked out. It would also be difficult for those wanting to take a day trip to Banff and have to return back to the campground in time. I understand making the campground safe by locking the gate, but perhaps closing the gate should occur a bit later maybe midnight? Only other complaint would be is we had to cancel the final night of our stay which was 3 days away, but we were not given any refund. We were aware of the 48 hour cancellation policy, but the policy means before arrival ONLY… despite if the date you're cancelling is more than 48 hours away… so that was a bit disappointing.

Loved our stay, however it was not the best. Had lots of trouble with the vending machines and washer and dryers taking our money and not working properly. Staff usually weren't around for us to bring up the concern because it always happened after hours. Other than that I would say the experience was great! It was quiet, and the spot that we had set up our camper in also had a concrete slab with its own picnic table which was really nice. For the most part we were out exploring so it was more less a place for us to set up. I would say it is slight over priced for what you get out of it.
